Tiny House with 2 lofts for sleeping. Just a mile from Grass Valley.
Tiny House living at itsâ best. Nestled in the pines and a half mile from the Empire Mine. Itâs got 2 lofts and a kitchenette and full bath. Also the sofa sleeps 2 people. A deck too for outdoor space.
Great location near town and within walking distance to state park trails. The house is adorable and was very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, beautiful deck, and comfortable sofa. We really enjoyed our weekend here.
We absolutely LOVED this tiny house! So well built. So clean. Everything worked so well. We totally appreciated the holiday decorations and all the little and not so little details. Everything was so on point! Thank you! We will be back!
The host was wonderful, great communication and very nice! Our family loved the tiny house, it was clean, well stocked, great location and very comfortable. Highly recommend this property.
The tiny house is so clean and beautifully decorated. The location was very convenient. Itâs a small space, but very well designed. We didnât feel crammed inside at well. It felt very cozy!
The host was extremely friendly and made sure to reach out to me a few days before arrival. All of the thoughtful details were greatly appreciated! The house was immaculate. It by far exceeded our expectations!
This tiny house was a wonderful place to stay in Grass Valley. It had everything we could need or want provided. The home itself was impeccably clean and easy to find. The space itself feels larger due to it's high ceilings (when not under a loft). The neighborhood was quiet and had trails not far away. Rose was very thoughtful with everything inside and communicated well. Would recommend!
A very high quality tiny home. Feels spacious for it's size. Immaculate and cute. Host provides generous amenities!! This will be where I stay anytime I return. You cannot beat it for the price.
Lovely, bright, and cheery, this tiny compact space made us smile with its well thought out design. As a result of the high ceiling and a large sliding glass window opening out to a view of pine trees, the house felt down right spacious. The deck outside the slider with its resident table and chairs, was inviting. The three of us ate our meals there. We enjoyed our stay very much, even with a 10 year-old grandson who loved his ladder and loft.
Went for a weekend getaway and it was amazing. I always wanted to stay in a tiny home and this being my first one I stayed in, I wouldnât change a single thing! The host was amazing and super communicative. Very nice! The place was cozy and had everything we needed. There was hot chocolate for those cold nights and plenty of food options nearby in downtown grass valley. We brought food back after exploring and the host had everything we needed for a good evening meal. The tv was a little small making the speakers sound a little poor, but we were able to still watch our favorite Christmas movies. The bathroom was really spacious too. The bigger loft does get warmer up there being at the top. The heater warms the place up just took a little while but boy did it heat up and the night was perfect! My mom being older slept on the pull out couch, glad that was there! It was so amazing. Just go visit! Iâd love to return again. Oh and even though this tiny home is close to the Colfax Hwy, you really donât hear the cars unless outside. This also made the home easy to find.
A wonderfully appointed tiny house! So peaceful and quiet. Good to visit Nor-cal again and see friends. Honestly like a home away from home. Hard to ask for more. Very cool that there's a Cal state Park trail to walk/run so close by. You'll be glad you picked this one! Thanks Rose!
March is both my daughterâs birthday month. My oldest wanted to get away for a couple days. I find this adorable tiny house and thought this would be a great space to spend some time together. The property, the house, and the owners are all amazing. Just what we needed for a little RnR!
We absolutely loved our stay at this tiny house! It was the perfect blend of cozy and stylish, with every inch thoughtfully designed and fully functional. Despite the small space, it felt open and airy thanks to the clever layout and large windows that brought in lots of natural light. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals, and the outdoor area was a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening stargazing. It was so quiet and relaxingâexactly what we needed for a short escape from the city. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, with great attention to detail. From soft linens to little extras like coffee and bottled water everything was spot on. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique, serene retreat!
This house was the perfect size for my little solo trip. So incredibly comfortable and full of lovely touches. And the beauty of the environment canât be overstated. What a wonderful retreat.
Clean and comfortable, well appointed for the two guests. The hosts care well for the property and made themselves available for traveler's needs. The design of the tiny home suited our needs. Compact outside, large inside. Furnished for comfort, with kitchen and bath accessories, and food/bev pantry.I could reach the city and family in a five mile radius. It's near roads yet is quiet. This location was ideal. Added bonus that state park property trails can be walked into!
