Cette maison est incroyable! Parking pour 2 voitures (c'est très rare dans ce domaine). Le Skatepark se trouve au coin de la rue, ainsi que des courts de tennis, du shuffleboard, des terrains de basket-ball, etc. Asseyez-vous sur le pont avant et prenez votre café, puis arrêtez-vous la nuit dans l’un des nombreux marchands de glaces, tous accessibles à pied. La maison comprend, télévision par câble dans toutes les chambres et le salon qui comprend HBO et Internet haute vitesse WiFi. Tous les pots / casseroles / ustensiles et une machine à café Keurig sont inclus. La maison comprend également 4 balises de plage. Les magasins Asbury commencent à la 6th Street et un marché fermier est situé à quelques pas tous les mercredis. Nous sommes sympathiques Pooch (pour un petit supplément). Our family had a wonderful time staying at this beach house, the proximity to the boardwalk/beach as well as downtown restaurants/shops was perfect. The house was clean, cozy, and just enough room for all of us. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and chatting with folks walking by.The homeowner was quick to respond to any questions and thoughtfully shared events happening around the city with us. The farmers market was great! I highly recommend this property.

Spacious, clean, and amazing location!

Perfect location between Asbury Ave and the beach. Large enough for family and children. Kitchen well stocked with dishes. The shaded porch was an asset in the evening. Owners are great communicators. Would stay here again.

Lovely Quick Getaway

We were looking for a last minute getaway and were so thrilled to find this wonderful property. It was cheerful and spacious, conveniently located to the beach and boardwalk and the owners were friendly and quick to respond! Would definitely return.

Family gathering

Accommodations perfect for us. We love the open concept kitchen, dining and living room. Well stocked with dishes, flatware. Easy access to downtown and boardwalk. Owner accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Jay and his family were fantastic. Very responsive and helpful, but not overbearing. Property was neat and clean. I'll be honest, the pictures did not do the property justice... much nicer than we anticipated. We're already looking to book again for next year!

Good everything location a plus

I olanned to take my daughter and grandaughter to OC, mabe fourth or fifth but it turned out the three. A bedroom aspiece which was luxurious but i had wanted the tween to have a space of her own.Thwrs a big bed w bsth in back and two up the hall. For 5 everyone weould have lots of room and a seperate bed and the layout is great. AppllIasnces are industrial grade.OC has been visited about 50 times in my life.I coze it here because its cdntral to the coast. Its also central to Ocean City! The weather was B and we never left town at all. Except for a few forays into the restaurants in Somers Point. The tick for communication was due to VRBO snd my credit card and was a page glithch. Thanks, Jay and Kim.

Fun in OCNJ

Overall pleased with the space. Host was super pleasant and always available to answer any questions.Kitchen is well stocked. Kuerig is only coffee option but they do have a reusable filter if you aren't into buying k-cups, instapot for tea, blender, mixer, crockpot, airfryer, microwave and plenty of cook/bakeware/utensils (If you're a cook bring your own knife! They do have knives and I suggested a sharpener) Plan to bring linens/towels. Soaps, tp, etc might be there if you want to wait to see, but you might have to buy- depends what others left.My daughter and her friend raved about the comfort of the king bed, I stayed in the room with the queen/double which was very comfy (no tv- not that i needed one, but just fyi.) TVs in living room master bed and kids room. If your kids are bringing a gaming system I recommend bringing a power strip or something to allow for multiple plugs. Couch was also super comfy! We loved having the porch, especially my dog who loves to lounge outside. Also air conditioning worked great!House comes with 4 beach tags. 3 blocks to the beach/beginning of the boardwalk. Plan to bring your own beach gear or if you rather rent some for the week the owner can give you the details. Park to walk the dog across the street, tennis and basketball courts a couple blocks away, an amazing location for a family vacation.Thanks again for the use of your home!

Great start to the summer season!

This was our first time in Ocean City. We found the house to be in the perfect location. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. And walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house was spacious and very clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and we liked the open floor plan of the kitchen, living room and dining room. We also loved the porch and just hanging out relaxing. Other pluses were the off street parking and that its dog-friendly. We also got to meet the host. Jay stopped by as were getting ready to check out. He's very friendly and very easy to contact him when needed.

Amazing Beach Getaway!

This property is highly recommended, and the owner, Jay, is very friendly and great on communication! The location is perfect, just a few blocks from the wide, sandy beach and the very best part of the Ocean City boardwalk where all the rides, shops, and food/treats are. Also, just blocks away are the great shops and eateries on Asbury Avenue. Just steps away across 6th Street is a grassy, well-maintained city park. The home is clean, bright, and welcoming, with off-street parking in the back of the property. Outdoor shower head and foot hose at the rear of the property, for when you get back from the beach or other shore activities. The furniture and beds were all comfortable. We really enjoyed the open concept layout of the kitchen, dining area, living area. The charming front deck, with seating for many is just through a patio door from the living area. Plenty of windows with adjustable louvered shades in the open concept area, to let in as much natural lighting as you wish! We had our toddler with us, and the setup was perfect for a little one. Once in the door, everything in the spacious home is on one level, so no need to worry about indoor stairs. Also, access to the front deck with plenty of seating was only through a patio door from the living room, therefore once again no need to worry about steps. We rented in mid-September, after Ocean City beach tags were necessary for the season, but the house had beach tags available for when they were required (just remember to put them back!). Jay was available to answer all of our questions, and we had several since it was the first time we ever traveled with our toddler. Everything was amazing, and we look forward to renting from Jay again!!

Excellent Beach Rental

If you are looking for an affordable beach getaway in Ocean City NJ that is close to the boardwalk, shops, the park, and the beach then look no more. The owner is also very nice and accommodating with any needs or concerns.

Great property perfect location

My family and I stayed here for one week. Everything was great. We had the availability of two parking spots in the driveway which is a huge plus because parking can be very scarce. We were only a few blocks away from the boardwalk and beach. the grocery store Was only a 2 minute drive. Our dog was allowed to stay and there was a park across the street. Definitely would stay again

Clean, enjoyed the porch. The porch fan didn’t work and the hot water was way to hot. The light in the small bathroom kept going off on its own. Little annoying stuff but I feel the owner should know about it.
