À distance de marche ou mieux encore, utilisez les 2 vélos fournis avec la location et le vélo à Cape Harbor avec tous ses restaurants, boutiques, canotage, kayak et pêche. Vous pouvez également louer un bateau à Cape Harbour sur une base quotidienne et naviguer dans le golfe. Le quartier est haut de gamme avec de belles maisons de canal en face. Relaxing spring break vacation

The layout of this home is fantastic for vacationing families. The home was spacious, clean and well stocked. The pool and outside space was wonderful which we used a lot. Plenty of seating in the sun or under the covered patio. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. The owner was very responsive and stopped by in person to show us how to use the spa. We have taken several family trips to Florida and this home is our favorite.

Comfortable, well stocked, helpful

The owner was very responsive and quick to come over and show us how to work the pool. The place is clean and comfortable with nice furniture and fluffy towels. The kitchen has a lot of appliances and dishes, silverware, making it easy to cook.The area is great for long walks or bike rides, everyone we saw was friendly.

Nice home, Nice neighborhood

This home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with great neighbors. The property is equipped with a wide range of outdoor gear for a day trip to the beach or a bike ride to the store. The entire home and pool area was very clean and well maintained. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property.

What an amazing vacation!

Words cannot explain how wonderful this house was. We really enjoyed our stay. Ths house was very clean, and had a lot of amenities to use which was very helpful. The owner was very kind and easy to contact.100% will return! Thank you for such a good time. We mostly hung out in the pool and jacuzzi, the kids loved it!!!

Well-stocked, easy to access, clean and even better than advertised. Ideal base for exploring SW FL or just hanging in house. The Bowes respond very quickly to any queries and are very hospitable.

Family Getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this vacation rental! The pool was amazing, as was the spa. The owners were more than willing to accommodate whatever we needed and helped us when asked. The house was stocked with anything we would need, including; dishes, towels, bed linens, and a clean environment! Our large family of 6 felt right at home. We will definitely be booking this house again!

House was in a great neighborhood & top condition...pool had a leak which had to be filled daily so heating was a small problem but owners had no problem having us turn up heater

Amazing!!

This is a beautiful home! It is very clean and well supplied. The host was very attentive and stopped by to show us some of the pool controls. It was wonderful to have our own private pool for the week! The neighborhood is nice and I enjoyed taking a morning walk to the marina each day. I hope we can return soon!

We had a wonderful time at the home. The owner Roger responded immediately to any of our questions and was very nice. The house is located in a beautiful area of Cape Coral, the bikes were a bonus and the outdoor lanai area was covered with ceiling fans and an outdoor gas grill and countertop area which were very convenient for eating outdoors. The water was kept very warm and we really enjoyed ourselves

Beautiful home

We had a great time relaxing by the pool at this beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The layout of this home is ideal to all ages, there is a door going to one of the bathrooms to the lanai which is really nice for when you are chilling by the pool. There is a huge television with many channels, the WiFi works great and the pool is clean and plenty warm. Roger and Vicki are really nice and gracious hosts that make themselves available if you need anything.

Beautiful home in a great location

We spent a little over a week in this beautiful home and enjoyed every minute of it. The home was very well stocked (which is not usually the case when you rent a house) and the décor was very tasteful. We spent most of our time walking the neighborhood and sitting out on the lanai by the pool. We were able to walk to Cape Harbor for dinner which is always a plus and the weather was gorgeous. We come to Florida about three times a year and we would definitely return here!

Great place

The house was comfortable with a nice pool. We didn’t get to use pool because of our schedule. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towels after being there 3 days so I would’ve liked to have had extra of those items or at least enough for a 7 day stay. The owners were prompt in responding to messages. Overall, I would stay there again.

The property was very comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. We would have enjoyed using the spa but it didn't work due to a leak. We did use the pool often and enjoyed sitting by the pool every morning and evening. Would recommend securing the fabric on some of the high top patio chairs. All of us had a very nice and relaxing time.

Perfect relaxing HOME

Villa Bowe was truly a HOME away from home. From the minute we walked in it was peaceful. The house is beautiful and is exactly what was pictured. The Bowe’s are very easy and quick to communicate with. Came in to a little welcome gift … which was my favorite chocolate 🥰. Plenty of towels, linen and house was well stocked with anything that we could have needed. Pool and spa was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed using it daily! Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed and would highly recommend this property to anyone!!!

A wonderful home in a lovely neighborhood

Our 2 weeks stay in this beautiful and well-maintained Cape Coral home was truly a blessing. We felt at home from the moment we stepped through the front door. There are plenty of appliances that make for a comfortable stay. We slept well every night. It is a nice neighborhood with friendly people. Every tuesday a pool cleaner shows up and the gardener drops by regularly to maintain the lawn and everything else. We received a garage door remote (clicker) to open the door from the street when approaching the home, which is a truly comfortable feature. The best part about the house is that almost every room has pool area access through a sliding door. The closest businesses are Publix and Walgreens along with a few mom and pop stores. They are about a 5 min drive away. We fully recommend this home to rent for vacation.

Family getaway

Fantastic property! Great family getaway place worked great for our family - myself and my husband as well as our daughter and her family which included a 5 year old, 3 year old and 1 year old. The floor plan worked great for 2 families - the master bedroom with bathroom is on one end of the house and on the opposite side are the other two guest bedrooms and bathroom. Owners were always very responsive and helpful to our questions. The home is very comfortable and spacious, had everything we needed. Spent majority of our time on the spacious lanai and pool area, kiddos loved it and we used the pool toys that were available in the garage. We went to the local Cape Coral beach almost every day because it was so close and very family friendly and only 5 minutes away . It had clear shallow water, nice swim beach, bathrooms, playground and the kiddos just want to go back there. Our only critique would be the master bedroom mattress was not very comfortable and would recommend replacing it. Would definitely recommend this property to others and would love to come back here some day. Thanks to the owners for making our family getaway so enjoyable!
