Cette maison de rangée 1 Baltimore compacte est parfaite pour un couple, mais peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 amis proches / famille avec deux canapés-lits dans le salon. Nouvellement remodelé de haut en bas avec des caractéristiques de luxe tout au long - walk-in, douche à l'italienne avec baignoire séparée, cafetière Ninja, bain à remous, laveuse / sécheuse et plus encore. Sont également inclus gratuitement Wifi, TV par câble / Netflix / HBO, café, blanchisserie, serviettes et draps. J'accueille des quêtes tranquilles et respectueuses de tous les horizons.

La chambre et la salle de bain sont situées à l'étage, la laveuse / sécheuse au sous-sol et le bain à remous sur le patio arrière très privé.

En plus du lit queen luxueux au 2ème étage, il y a deux canapés-lits très confortables dans le salon (un plein, un jumeau). La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes.

Situé dans un quartier calme et sûr, ce ranch baigné de soleil se trouve à distance de marche du front de mer de Fells Point et de la vie nocturne ainsi que du campus médical Johns Hopkins. L'Inner Harbour, le centre de conventions et le centre-ville se trouvent à seulement 3,2 km, soit 10 $ par Uber. Vous êtes littéralement au coin de Patterson Park, l'un des espaces verts urbains les plus fantastiques du pays.

Le moyen le plus agréable de se déplacer autour de Fells Point est de marcher! Sinon, l'arrêt de bus du centre-ville est à 5 minutes à pied. PARKING EST TRÈS DIFFICILE APRÈS 17h. Vous trouverez très facile et proche de trouver un parking pendant la journée, mais la nuit, vous vous trouverez à la recherche d'un endroit pour une demi-heure ou plus. S'il vous plaît anticiper en utilisant Uber / Lyft / taxi la nuit.

Brandon's property was a perfect fit for us - clean, efficient, plenty of amenities, and most of all close to Family and a great urban experience. It's a perfect fit for a couple and has all the comforts of home. We will definitely stay here again when our travels bring us to Baltimore.

My son and I stayed three nights at this property. It was one of the best VRBO bookings we have done. It was perfect for the two of us. So clean, and had everything we needed. A cozy stay while in Baltimore

A cozy stay while in Baltimore. Patterson Park was just down the street which was a nice area to walk around. Broadway market was just a 20 minute walk that had many restaurants and clubs. But would Uber it at night to get back. Brandon was a super host who was attentive and quick to any questions or needs that we had. Lastly, the hot tub was a great evening escape after exploring the Baltimore area. Would stay here again.

Absolutely love this place! every attention to detail is made. Brandon is just such a pleasure and great host. Super clean and super appointed, cozy, and in a quiet lovely neighborhood---yet CLOSE to all things Baltimore. Patterson Park is a historical beautiful gem and the harbor waters are equally as close. Who doesn't want a hot tub soak after a day of exploring?! Yummy restaurants all around and tons of convenient shopping. Hope to be back soon!

Two night stay to visit with my son, daughter-in-law and new grandson after they moved to Baltimore. Brandon was wonderful. He checked in how the stay was going and asked if I needed anything. The apartment is very well-appointed, having all required items including cold filtered water in the fridge! I didn’t try the hot tub, but the solar lights outback would have made it a lovely experience! I plan to stay again in future visits!

Modern, updated townhouse in Upper Fells

Our host, Brandon, provided us a wonderful home convenient to so much of Baltimore from the Upper Fells Point neighborhood. It’s a beautiful home with all the amenities you could want or need. We have stayed here on more than one occasion and Brandon has made sure that we were well taken care of each time. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Baltimore and staying at Brandon’s again!

My home is located equidistant from the world-renowned Johns Hopkins Hospital, Fells Point and Canton - all walking distance. You are also just 3 blocks away from the majestic Patterson Park which is home to multiple ecosystems, sports fields, summertime concert series and more. My neighborhood is vibrant and safe - you get the urban experience but are able to return to a home on a virtually silent street.
