Maison privée spacieuse, lumineuse et propre de 3 chambres située à Tropical Shores à Sarasota. 1/2 bloc de Little Sarasota Bay - à quelques minutes de la plage de Siesta Key, de la plage de Nokomis et du centre-ville. Plan d'étage ouvert avec deux grands espaces de vie, cuisine avec bar à petit déjeuner qui s'ouvre sur la salle à manger. La chambre principale a un lit king et un grand dressing + salle de bain privée. Les chambres # 2 et # 3 ont des lits Queen, un grand placard et des fenêtres lumineuses.
Air climatisé central neuf installé en mars 2019, fraîchement peinturé, planchers de bois dans les pièces à vivre et les chambres. Carrelage dans la cuisine et la salle de bain. Machine à laver et sèche-linge. Ventilateurs de plafond dans toute la maison!

Grand espace privé et arrière-cour pour une escapade parfaite .. equipt avec grill et salle à manger extérieure. Allée 2 voitures + garage.

Excellent emplacement, parfait pour ceux qui aiment le canotage, la pêche, la natation, la plage, le shopping, les restaurants ou tout simplement passer du temps à la maison avec des amis et la famille.

The pictures are an accurate representation of the interior of the home. It is clean, spacious and comfortable. Upon arrival, the worn appearance of the entrance/front door was a little worrisome, but the inside was very clean and comfortable.

Disappointing

Our stay was most disappointing. This is an old house that has been neglected. The back-yard is unsightly. What was once a lawn is now a dirt bowl. Flowerpots are empty and the fence is in an uneven state of repair/disrepair. But the worst part is what did not work: • Both toilets backed up and continued to back up after a plumber came. Plumbing needs some major work. • The air conditioning failed (began to work after an A/C technician came). Three nights with no air conditioning. • Two of the three lights outside were burnt out when we arrived. Several burnt out inside while we were there. • The dishwasher works sometimes, and not other times. We were there for 12 days, and three of them were wasted (25%) as we had to wait while tradesmen came to repair. Our son and his wife came for three days as we arrived. We were humiliated to have them see what we had rented. We chose this area because we have several friends that vacation there. We did not dare to invite them to our house. The owners (Vanessa and JP) were frustrated with the events and reacted quickly. As all this took place, they volunteered that they would make some accommodation for all the problems. However, as the end of our rental period approached, they grew silent. We reminded them once, but they said they had to check with VRBO, and we have not heard from them since. On the positive side, the location is handy to shopping and recreation, the house is roomy, the kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are fine. We are looking for house for next year, but we will not be returning to this one.

The Brand new AC system was clogged and was fixed immediately during your stay. The plumbing issue has now been addressed and new toilets installed. Five weeks not long enough !

Our family enjoyed our stay on Joyce Street. The neighbors are friendly and the house is located near the beach, gym and stores. The house is roomy and comfortable. Vanessa stocked the house with all the necessities and was very east to rent from. Thank you!

Summer vacation 2021

This house was clean and very spacious. Perfect for our older teens. Location was excellent. Minutes to shopping, beaches and all touristy activities. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were very friendly. The house older, not fancy, BUT very comfy and has everything you may need. The kitchen is fully stocked. Loved the washer and dryer. Certainly would stay here again. Absolutely perfect for my family.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

The house was just as advertised--a roomy house in a quiet residential neighborhood convenient to beaches and downtown. We had one question on check-in and both Vanessa and JP responded immediately. We were in town to visit family, and this made a great "home base".

Excellent stay

House was very comfortable, great location and maybe the listing should be updated to state -- there are bunch of goodies in the garage to use at the beach like fishing rods and boogie boards! (Wish I had seen it a day earlier). Very close to the beaches, and stores like Target, Publix. House was comfortable and has everything you will need. If I am in the area again, I will surely consider them. I had minor issues and great comms from the owner. Thanks.

Three golfers

Perfect for 3 men with the large size beds in each bedroom. Location was convenient for shopping, golfing, and restaurants nearby and to Venice island. The owner was easy to deal with.

This house was close to anything you needed. Beach was only 12min away depending on traffic. Quite neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Furniture in front room needs some attention

My husband and I have 3 children: 16, 14 and 7 years old. Born and raised in NYC, we moved to Tampa, Florida in 2012 for work opportunity.
My family (including sisters, nieces and nephews from NY) have always enjoyed spending the holidays and vacation time in Sarasota. We have endless memories of Siesta Key... it's our home away from home. Our children have grown up coming to this house. It allows us all to unwind and enjoy the things that are really important... family, friends and the beach!

Our favorite beach is Siesta Key... although my in-laws prefer Nakomis Beach (also beautiful). On casual afternoons or evenings we love the mexican restaurant THE HUB in Siesta Key followed by icecream at OLAF's... and for a more dressy evening (although still casual), we LOVE The SHORE in St. Armands. Don't forget to go for icecream at Kilwins! And a 5 min car ride away is our newest favorite resaurant, NAPOLI! A must!!

We rent boats often... usually Pontoon boots since our crew is 13 - 14 people. We rent from Cool Breeze and Boats near Nakomis and always stop at Casey Key Fish House for dinner and drinks on the way back to the house after a day of boating!

For non water days, we love Sarasota Jungle Zoo (especially when kids were little). So fun. There are escape rooms near by, go cart racing for bigger kids, and tons of shopping and dining options. My nephews golf every time they visit!

We hope you enjoy your stay at our get-away home! and hope it becomes your get-away as well :)
