We were pleasantly surprised!! The host was timely with responses. The resort was EXTREMELY clean, professional, welcoming, SO PEACEFUL!!! We took a walk and it was such a relaxing environment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Worst Couples Vacation

I booked this stay for me & my husband for our birthday getaway. This was the worst vacation ever, I booked a deluxe suite, decorations, jacuzzi tub, kitchen, washer and dryer with a balcony patio. Only to find out that upon check in. Nothing was done correctly at all. So I politely asked front desk to look at my reservation to see why my reservation was incorrect. Come to find out Vrbo booked my reservation wrong the entire time. Talk about angry I was pissed off because this outing was so suppose to be special. Both the resort and Vrbo wasn’t trying to fix anything at this point. They only wanted to charge me more money than fix the issue. Then to top off everything we had death in the family I asked On Thursday the 10th if we could get a refund for the last 3 days. Due to me and my husband having to leave early for our Aunts funeral the host denied the refund. We still left despite not getting a refund. So our room was empty for 3 days without a refund and no one else could even rent it until our reservation was finished. Talk about a bad experience this is exactly what that was and a bad taste in my mouth!

Great place

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo in the resort, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning views and the well-maintained facilities. The condo was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after our days filled with fun activities.The resort amenities were fantastic! We took advantage of the pool and hot tub, which were both well-kept and inviting. The location made it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants.The hosts were very responsive and provided all the information we needed for a seamless experience. I can’t recommend this place enough! Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this condo is an excellent choice. I’m already looking forward to my next visit

Pleasantly surprised

So when I booked this location, I wasn’t sure what I would get because the photos appear to present something different than the narrative that’s in the listing. We got with the photos presented, and we could’ve been more happy at this rental, which was located in a resort in Kissimmee.

Beautiful property

Lots of things to eat and do on the property. Very clean and beautiful while appointed room with a washer and dryer. Host was very easy to chat with. Check in with a little bit long probably took 20 minutes to check in. When we came in at 8 o’clock at night, there was a lineup to get in so it took us close to 10 minutes to get in to the property but other than that everything was excellent clean and pretty.

Great accommodation

The resort was very nice and very very close to the Disney attractions, anything you may need is in walking distance and there is a Walmart across the street. There are about 9 pools including a water park. We stayed in the most basic room and thought it was nice. We even stayed an extra day by booking through the hotel. Steve's communication was great and he was always available.

Fun time

The room we stayed in was great! Especially loved the fluffy pillows and the "rain" shower, great water pressure. It was very nice to have a kitchen. The pools were lovely and we especially enjoyed the steal drum musician and island drinks at the pool bar. The Italian Chophouse restaurant was outstanding! My only complaint is that we didn't realize that a lot of the fun activities at the hotel we needed to pay for. We had assumed that the water park, swan boats, and miniature golf was part of the hotel stay fee. I would make that known in the hotel description. Also, the train ride was under repair and that was disappointing. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience.

Great alternative to off-site stays

Close to Epcot, very big resort with alot to offer and the rooms were very very big. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future travel.

The room itself was nice and as described, however the Wi-Fi on the property had to be purchased and was horrible and didn't work. I ended up getting a refund on the Wi-Fi. Also you cannot bring your own streaming devices such as fire stick, or a Roku as it is not permitted on the property.

I’ve stayed at a different Westgate property last summer and there was definitely a difference in the cleanliness and service. Not very clean Dirty sheets and shower. We will not return to this location.

Great location and property

Great place to stay, especially if you are visiting the parks. Property has everything you need inside: store, restaurant, coffee shop and Ice cream shop. Very clean, comfortable and convenient. Host was easy to communicate with.

Amazing!!!!

Staying here was so nice and relaxing! Plenty to do on property, you honestly don't even have to leave the resort. The check in time was long took us about an hour to check in but we also got to check in 2 hours early so definitely not complaining lol All staff was so nice and very attentive! Will definitely be booking again soon.
