Resort has changed

This resort use to be amazing! They are now allowing for anyone to come in which has changed the quality of the resort. Guests were wearing tee shirts, head scarves and head bonnets in the pool!

Nice condo but could use some updates.

We enjoyed our stay. The location of the condo was close to the pool. The property manager, Oscar was quick to resolve any issues we incurred. The beds were comfortable. There were just a few things that needed to be updated like the stove; coffee pot; refrigerator. But these were minor inconveniences for us.

Perfect Location

This location was perfect for the college baseball tournament we were in town to watch. Nice that it was out of the way of a lot of the Disney traffic, but also nice that it was close to get to everything that we needed to get to. Very clean and a very responsive manager. Resort staff was very helpful with anything we needed. Super great location inside the development. About a one minute walk from the clubhouse and pool area. We really enjoyed the lazy river! One drawback would be that the hot tub was extremely hot and almost unpleasant at times. Also, a lot of children ranging from two years old on up. They overwhelm the hot tub and made it a little unpleasant at times. Restaurant and bar staff were awesome. Always hustling. Food was very good. Love that the pool area is open until 11 PM for us, it would’ve been great if it was a little longer because a lot of our games ended late. The manager of our property again, was extremely responsive to anything we needed. For example, we needed a few things for the kitchen and a bedroom and we had it within 45 minutes of messaging him. Wasn’t expected but was greatly appreciated. A very nice property and we would definitely stay there again.

Regal Palm stay

Property was good but townhouse needed us to clean when we got in. Tables and counters needed attention. Stove top didn’t work as management company must of known of since had a two unit hot plate in closest for cooking. Refrigerator was loud as well. Back door lock was broken and front door old luck still in place broken as well. Upstairs bathroom outlets didn’t work. Probably would not staying there again. I

Close to Disney.

Large Clean condo close to all Disney parks. Oscar the property manager stopped by same night we called bc we didn’t know how to lock a window correctly. He also showed us that the burners on the stove weren’t plugged in correctly bc the cleaning people remove them to clean. Everything worked just fine.

Great layout and Excellent Responsiveness

This place was a great place to sleep at night after a long day in Disneyworld. It was about 20-30 minutes to Disney. And definitely needs a refresh. The people at the front desk were not very friendly but we had not problem checking in and checking out. Need a wristband to enter the premises. Beds unfortunately were not very comfortable but after a long day in Disney it didn’t really matter. Loved having the washer/dryer in the unit. As well as the pool and playground within walking distance. The price was fantastic for all the space you get as well as bathrooms galore. It met our needs as well as let our friend have his own space. The property manager was very easy to contact. Overall, it fit our needs and is very budget friendly.

Great place

This property was as advertised. Plenty of room and very clean. Close to the pool, gym and clubhouse. We did not have any issues checking in and the owner was quick to respond to any inquiry.Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great place for family

This is a good condo in a really nice resort. The listing does not mention the daily resort fee, but the pool, gym, restaurants, spa, and arcade make the fee reasonable. Davenport is an easy drive away from Disney, and the condo is extremely comfortable. The beds are fantastic! The place is walking distance from a grocery store, but check the kitchen before you go, because it could use a few more cooking instruments (especially a cookie sheet). The road noise and sprinklers might upset light sleepers, and a few upgrades to the property, like better shower heads and a new coffee maker, would make this a top-notch rental. The price is fantastic, and I will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip.

Great place, but missing the little things.

Large condo with plenty of beds and rooms for guests. It was clean and ready for us. We arrived late, but were still able to check in okay. Only the small stove burners worked and the rental only had coffee filters provided. We had to purchase everything else, even salt and pepper. Every VRBO I have rented has provided the essentials - trash bags, dish soap, etc. No one travels with those things! So, it was extra cost and had to leave all the leftovers there, hopefully for the next guests. Pack what you can to avoid those costs. We did not use any of the amenities there, so that was another $80 that we didn't need to spend. Not the owner's fault, but something for renters to consider. Wasn't a bad drive to Disney.

Relaxing Stay

This property was everything advertised. Nice property with plenty of room and very comfortable location. Close to entrance and also the resort pool and club house. Enjoyed out stay and would definitely stay here again.
