Beautiful home, wonderful resort and the home owner answers quickly! Great getaway ♡

The house is gorgeous each room was done perfectly. I loved how the welcoming book explained everything from the wifi password to what we may want to purchase as guest. We will definitely be back. Great vacation!

The property management company was great to work with and the resort had lots of amenities to utilize. The property itself seemed outdated which made it look dingy.

My visit at Regal Palms

Nice place and neighborhood. The only complaint I had was having to pay the resort fee when I did not get to use any of the amenities because my week included activities away from the resort. Also downstairs bed was not super comfortable but it was not horrible.

Great location / amenities

Overall a really good stay at this unit in Regal Palms. There are some insects however keeping in mind you are in Florida’s climate it is not uncommon. The unit is getting dated however for the price and what you get in terms of space, amenities, etc, it was a great deal. 6 of us were very comfortable. The pool area is well done and a welcome break from the parks, Frankie’s restaurant was good as well. Check in/out was easy and quick.

Not bad

Good for the prices. Very close to the pool. Angela responsables very fast however she is not the one that makes the decisions. That persons takes too long. Would’ve like a later check out instead of rushing.

Towels were awful. Laundry facilities very old and unclean. Bathrooms needed attention and updates. All beds squeaked, headboards were loose. Loved the pool and having a downstairs master bedroom. Management agency was helpful.

Great! I'd do it again

I loved everything about this place. It was so spacious and it was perfect for my family. It had everything we needed and more! I cooked there, I did laundry there, it was like being in my own home! The beds were not the best but it overall it was great. The pool onsite was always closing because of little rain storms and that was annoying.

Beautiful property

The house was huge and very nice. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. And the resort that comes with it is amazing. Nice pool and slide. I will be staying here again when I travel.

Large townhome, sad space

Excellent space with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths! Perfect size for our family of 5 adults. Kitchen had basics for cooking. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. IN NEED OF DEEP CLEANING. Furniture and decor is outdated, it felt "sad" needs a lot of TLC and it's a shame it isnt taken care of because the space is excellent and the high ceilings are elegant. When we arrived we headed to the kitchen to make lunch. 80% of the dishes in the cabinet were filthy! Dried food on plates and cups. We had to hand wash and soak all dishes. The upstairs shower curtain had black mold all over it, we threw it away. A towel was also moldy. I cleaned the condo and washed all the sheets and towels so we could feel comfortable staying there. Luckily there was a washer and dryer. I never called management or the owner to complain, we just didn't want to take any more time away from our vacation dealing with phone calls and maintenance coming over, I just took care of the issues that I could deal with. There was also a broken lamp in the master bedroom, drawers were dirty inside so we kept our clothing in our luggage the whole time.

Price was great, perfect for a disney get away. Parks are close. Amenities at the regal palms was great, the kids loved the lazy river and water slide. Overall, great time was had by all!

Great Place for Family

For the money, this place was very nice. It's very spacious with plenty of beds and fit our family of 6 very comfortably. The resort pool was really nice and our kids had fun on the water slide and lazy river. The place and some of the appliances/fixtures are a little older and some things could use an upgrade like the towels and kitchen items. But overall this place was great for a bigger family.

Property is as pictured, there were a few issues with the bathroom(s), however I contacted the owner the evening of arrival, and he had someone out the next day to resolve. We also had an issue with the cleanliness of the unit, and again the owner resolved the issue in a prompt professional manner.

The house was great but a little dirty.

The house was great and the location was excellent but the house was a little dirty. The Cilling fans where a little dirty, the window that is on the stairs had a dead dragons fly and some spider webs. Through out the house. This has been the fifth time we have been there. And we love it.

Beautiful condo. Great location.

Loved the property and the resort. The biggest issue was the traffic from the road that was very loud during the nights in the master bedroom. Property was well stocked with towels and dishes. Great place to stay with a family.

it was a very good stay the only complent was one of the tvs did not have a cable box so there was no tv in one room and the back door really needs some help it is really hard to open and close but everything else was great it purred down rain 2 days so we had to stay in but with every thing from washer and dryer to all the cooking stuff we made meals and just stayed in it was a really nice place
