Bienvenue à Casa Grace Victoria, votre maison loin de chez vous.

À l'entrée, vous êtes accueilli avec de hauts plafonds, de grandes fenêtres, du soleil et beaucoup d'espace ouvert.
En bas, la Casa Grace Victoria dispose d'une belle cuisine spacieuse, d'une salle à manger classique et d'un salon intime. La salle à manger formelle peut accueillir 4 personnes, le coin petit-déjeuner peut accueillir 6 personnes et une barre de petit-déjeuner peut accueillir 3 personnes. A l'étage, il y a des mezzanines confortables pour se détendre.
La maison dispose de 5 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes et deux demi-bains.
La chambre principale dispose d'un énorme lit king et d'une magnifique salle de bain principale. La salle de bain principale comprend à la fois une douche à l'italienne et un grand bain à remous, parfait pour se détendre après une longue journée au parc.
Deux chambres supplémentaires disposent de lits queen, et deux autres chambres comprennent deux lits jumeaux dans chacune; la villa peut accueillir 10 personnes confortablement.
Faites-vous plaisir dans votre propre piscine privée dans l'arrière-cour. Détendez-vous dans le patio, écoutez de la musique ou profitez d'une cuisine familiale avec nous! Un barbecue est inclus sur la terrasse pour votre usage privé.
Vous préférez rester? Profitez de la télévision connectée, du câble / DVD, du système stéréo, du Wi-Fi et des appels interurbains gratuits.

The villa was first class & was great for my family of 6, lots of room for us all. We went to all the big parks & travel times to parks was between 20 to 40 mins depending on traffic which was good for us. The villa was in a very nice & safe area. We had no problems at all & Scott was great.

Perfect Stay

House is wonderful. We loved the private pool. House was cozy like you were in your own home. The house location is in the center of all major attractions in Florida. We only had a 1/2 hr drive for everything we did. We will definitely be booking this place again.

Worry free stay

The house looks just like the pictures and summarized description. Very clean, plenty of space, nice pool and located within 10 to 15 minutes of the Disney Parks. Scott, the owner, is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you might have. I highly recommend this vacation home.

Big beautiful house

This was a lovely house in a nice neighborhood. It’s close to restaurants, gas station, and grocery store. The house had everything we needed. The kids had games and space to play. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home and Great Location

My family of 9 stayed at this beautiful house. The house accommodated all of us very comfortably. The house is very clean and located close to a lot of attractions. We went to Disney and Universal both were approximately 25 minutes away. My grandchildren loved the themed rooms and the beautiful pool. We had cook outs on the grill and had a great time ! We will definitely be returning!

Perfect Home

This home was perfect for my family to stay in on our trip to Florida! It is located very close to any store you could think of, but just far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. We went to Florida to visit Disney and Unviersal. The home is the perfect distance to all parks. It’s very clean, well stocked and has that homey feel. I would recommend the property to anyone looking to go to Disney but not stay on Disney property!

Nice house for big family

The house was nice and clean. I didn’t have any issues while I was there a few cosmetic things could be updated but nothing major. The game room was great with kids but got hot really quick and the fans really didn’t help. Overall if we plan a big family trip we would definitely stay here again! Scott was great to communicate with as well.

Fantastic property!

We stayed as a family of 7 over Christmas and New Year. Scott is really helpful and easy to communicate with and the property itself is spacious and comfortable. The property is in a safe, gated community and the area is very peaceful. It is convenient for restaurants and shops. The drive to the Disney parks takes about 20 minutes and to Universal about 40 minutes. The roads are easy to drive on. There is a pool area and a games room as well as plenty of different seating spaces in the house for people to have some personal space. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. I would highly recommend the house and the price is very reasonable.

Stunning home!

This home is all you would need to have a wonderful vacation. The details and decor are compared to those on a magazine. The home comes with all you may need. They even have strollers, ponchos, electric cords, tools, etc. I point this out because I did not think we would have needed it but we did and it saved a trip to the local Walmart. The area is quiet and very safe. Scott is very quick to respond and he is very attentive. Overall my family and I really enjoyed ourselves.

Family Time

Enjoyed our family trip to Orlando. Scott was awesome from the booking, to answering all of my questions and my needs for the visit. The house was clean upon arrival. The kids enjoyed the pool and the game room. We enjoyed the theme parks, but we also enjoyed relaxing at the house with the kids. Will definitely save this listing for my future trips to Orlando.

Amazing

This was the absolute best Vacation Rental I've ever stayed at. The house us gorgeous, clean, big, and has a lot to keep everyone occupied when you're not at the parks. I cant thank Scott enough for being such a gracious host and so so easy to work with! I hope I'm able to rent again next time we return!! Definitely do not pass this up!!

Everything about the house was perfect. It was safe for the kids and the heated pool was nice for the 2 cooler days it was still warm enough to swim. Perfect distance from attractions to enjoy them but stay out of traffic the days you aren't going. Had one issue that was resolved super quick. Highly recommend this property

Lovely home and close to everything

We love the house. It was cleaned, and the pictures are very accurate. Communication with Scott was great! We look forwars to renting again. The pool is big and the patio is a very decent size.

Our family has always traveled to Walt Disney World since our 3 children were young and some of our best vacations have been spent there. Now that our family is growing we thought it would be a great idea to own a home in the area so future generations of our family could also enjoy the parks at a more reasonable cost.
