Notre exécutif Florida Maison de ville

Offrant un accĂšs wifi gratuit et Ă  moins de 5 minutes Ă  pied de la piscine et du club-house, notre maison de ville exĂ©cutive Florida se compose de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains, dont 2 sont en suite. Le salon a un canapĂ©-lit, permettant Ă  la maison pour dormir 8/10. Le bas en suite a un lock-out installations sĂ©parĂ©es et une porte d'entrĂ©e sĂ©parĂ©e, permettant une totale intimitĂ©. Il dispose d'une cuisine et salle Ă  manger entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. La maison a une politique non fumeur. La maison est situĂ©e dans le Regal Palms Resort, qui est une communautĂ© clos et fermĂ© environ 15 minutes des parcs Ă  thĂšme Disney. Adjacent Ă  Regal Palms est un magnifique parcours 18 trous par 72 parcours de golf au Highland Reserve. Il ya beaucoup de commoditĂ©s sur le site, y compris une grande piscine tropicale avec riviĂšre lente et toboggan. Des chaises longues peuvent ĂȘtre trouvĂ©s tout autour de la piscine. Il ya un grand restaurant et bar, salle de jeux, un gymnase, un spa et un centre de beautĂ©, et d'un jacuzzi extĂ©rieur, ouvert jusqu'Ă  23 heures sept jours par semaine. Great location, great value

I stayed with my adult kids and younger grandkids. We had a great time, enjoyed the resort pool and lazy river. The condo was great, 3 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs.

Nice Place to Stay

Location was out away from all the hustle and bustle of Orlando but close enough to drive every day. The townhome community was clean and maintained, the only complaint was from the kids who said the arcade was very disappointing. A lot of the games have been damaged and were not working.The townhome that we stayed in was very nice. It included all the necessities to make it a comfortable stay.The only complaint would be the queen bed downstairs was very loud and squeaky. It would literally wake you up all night every time you moved.The same complaint was addressed about one of the twin beds upstairs.Overall enjoyable visit.

Besides the carpets needing a good cleaning this place was great. The rest of the house was clean. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Great location . Very comfortable house. Easy check in and out. Great amenities.

This was convenient to all area attractions. Great amenities. Nice size townhouse. We did have some trouble checking in, and the bath tubs were very slippery. But we just when out and got bath mats to help.

Loved it!

We had a wonderful time at your condo! We had everything we needed and plenty of space for all 7 of us. The kids really enjoyed the pool - especially the slide :) It was so nice being close to Disney and Universal too. We will be back next time for sure!

My first time using this method to book a townhouse for a holiday and I will definitely consider using this again for future trips. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed for our group of four adults and two small children. Location was close to a grocery store, fuel, and some restaurants and shopping. Good overall experience.

Perfect Launching Place

We stayed while visiting Disney and also had a few days to hang around the resort. Our only disappointment with the resort is that the arcade wasn't working. Otherwise, the pool and lazy river kept everyone occupied.

Family vacation

The first thing was the nightly fee for resort fee, it was not clear that I'd have a additional 160 to pay at check in. That was upsetting! Seeing the location I was a little relieved. The place had some dirty linens in the kids room an the tent an toys left behind were a little nasty. We saw a few bugs an some micro bugs as well as we could not get the TV's in the kids rooms to work. . Other than those issues it was a great Stay.

Needs Updated!

Few of the bedroom center lights didnt work with the light switch. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a weeks stay. There was no dish soap or dishwater tabs. Pretty much you need to bring everything you need for a week stay. Pool was nice. Pictures made it look huge which it wasnt that big.

Property good. Regal Palms NOT GOOD

We checked in
took 40 mins
was given a brochure and parking passes. Told them we had a 4th car..they did not give us a red pass for overflow and the brochure does NOT say it should be. So they towed a car at 245am instead of just waiting a few hours to make sure we knew what the process was since it did NOT say so in the brochure. House was nice however and our property manager was very good

Overall good

Property met expectations according to its description, with one exception: the main entrance could not open from outside or inside due to broken lock; this meant all entry had to be through main floor bedroom which has limited space for maneuverability when carrying groceries, pool gear etc. Also a concern for escape route in case of fire. Property management was contacted and nonchalant response about fixing the lock. No hangers in closets, so we purchased and left for next tenants. Overall and enjoyable stay.

We live in Saint Johns, Florida. We enjoy going to Orlando and visiting the theme parks! We fell in love with Regal Palms. There is so much to do at the resort, we often spend our weekends around the pool. The kids love the lazy river and water slide.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We Purchased in Davenport after much searching as the area is close enough to the Disney parks [ approx 20 mins], and the Attractions of Orlando and Disney area but without the hustle and Bustle..
We also chose this Property as it was on a Purpose Built 5 star resort, allowing us to use all the facilities without having to go far .Also as one of the earlier Built properties we are close to the Pool and Cub house , which is very important if you have children or anyone who is not so mobile .
We also have a large supermarket and places to eat all within walking distance
we also liked the fact that we could drive to the East and West coasts of Florida with easy access to the motorways [ approx 1hr 20 to cocca beach in the East , and 1 hr 45 to clear water tampa in the West].

We Were attracted to the First class Resort due the facilities available on site and the on site sports bar and restaurant, and kiddies club,The outside jacuzzi and gym with indoor steam room , sauna and health club [ basically all you would expect in an all inclusive 5 star resort] , but with your own house to go home to .
We were also drawn to the fact that we had a large supermarket, various shops and eateries all within walking distance if required.
The resort also offers an 18 hole Golf Course over the road at Highlands Reserve.
