Cette unité Gulf-Front de 3 chambres, 4 salles de bains est située au 23ème étage dans le développement le plus récent de la côte du Golfe. La suite principale comprend un lit king-size et une salle de bain privée, comprenant un bain à remous et une grande douche à l'italienne à deux pommes de douche. La deuxième chambre dispose d'un lit King et dispose également d'une salle de bain privée. La troisième chambre dispose de deux lits queen size et salle de bain privée. Chaque chambre et salon dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat. La quatrième salle de bains dispose d'une douche à l'italienne.

Cette unité mesure environ 1 958 pieds carrés et comprend un accès Internet sans fil, un canapé-lit queen dans le salon et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit et un bar avec machine à glaçons. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Le condo Phoenix West II offre une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe et des équipements fabuleux. N'hésitez pas à vous détendre dans les eaux chatoyantes de la rivière paresseuse du golfe, tandis que les plus petits profitent du toboggan aquatique ou de l’aire de jets d’eau. Enjoyed our time at this location. We did find that they didn’t offer much in regards to the kitchen but it gets the job done. Would stay again!

Liquid Life never sent me a code to get into the property, so on the day of check in we were delayed getting into the condo. The condo did not have a lot of kitchen items, very basic. The person at the front desk of the Oasis was not friendly or helpful. Staff overall at the property were rude and did not show great customer service. You pay a lot of money and spend a lot of time planning a vacation, and it is disappointing when the staff that work in hospitality aren’t friendly or helpful. Also mid week our door code stopped working, and it was a hassle to get a new one. The staff blamed us, saying “we must have done something”.

This was my first time staying at this property. The condo was very clean and we had almost everything we needed. The pools were pretty nice and access to the beach was nice.Check-in was AWFUL. It took almost 2 hours to get all of our luggage to our room. This is because for 30 floors there are only 6 elevators. You also have to pay 60 for parking.(2 vehicle max)Our Ac was having maintenance done and stopped working half way through our stay in the evening.Sent messages-no response. Called the help line and was told they will have to keep trying to contact someone to come look at it since it was so late. Luckily my husband reset the breaker a few times to get it to kick back on. But still got NO RESPONSE and no one came to look at the unit. Also there is no cell service in the room which sucked. I will not be staying here with this company ever again.

Beautiful and spacious condo right on the beach. Our group of 5 adults and 5 kids never felt cramped. Easy access to everything the area offers. Perfect place for a family vacation and we can't wait to go back.

Spacious and Nice

The room was spacious with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Even though the 23rd floor was super high, we had amazing views. The lazy river was nice and relaxing. The entire stay was enjoyable!!

Excellent stay October 2024

My family and I had a wonderful time over fall break staying in this condo. My kids have requested to come back to the same location in the future. There was plenty of space for 8 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. A favorite was the ice machine! We look forward to staying again in the future.

Christmas get away

Condo was very nice. Plenty of room. Minor issues. Was disappointed that hot tubs at pool were not usable during stay therefore the hot tub and sauna on the 14 th floor was always full. Property was very clean

Fantastic get away

The property was pristine clean. Everything was beautiful and perfect. The pool areas were great. No complaints. Our. Offer maker was broken and property manager replaced it within an hour.

Great condo, spacious and comfortable.

The condo was just as it appears in the pictures. Very comfortable and spacious. All staff was courteous and helpful. We loved the lazy river and of course the proximity to the beach. Liquid life was quick to respond. My only recommendations would be to take binoculars and try The Flying Harpoon across the street, everything we had was great!

Awesome Condo W/ Great Amenities!

We had a wonderful time in 2307! Four adults and two children with plenty room. Awesome balcony views and the most equipped kitchen ever, literally anything plus more in there. The only thing I’d say is a downfall to this complex is the lack of elevators, sometimes it took us about 20 minutes to get where we were going but otherwise everything was perfect!

Great cocdo. Only downfall..been coming 20 years, 1st year stuff was stolen out if our cart wed night from common area. Lady on camera going through all the carts and picking stuff out..security could not find her after she got off on 4th floor..has to be an inside job.
