The condo was very clean and the host was very quick to respond to any concerns. The condo is very spacious & love the screened in porch. There are a few updates that could be made, especially the main bathroom. The amenities of the resort are great

Great place to stay

We stayed for a week at the beginning of lobster season. The condo is spacious and well furnished. It was great to be able to utilize the amenities at the Faro Blanco resort next door as well

Location was great, condo was spacious, beds comfy, screened in balcony was amazing! Check in was very easy! Texted & emailed all info, had gate number & room code, so when we arrived at 3:45AM, we were able to pull in & crash. Would definitely recommend!

would do it again......the checkout is a bit tough, be out by 10 and do 2 loads of laundry by then....put up diswasher, etc....

Faro Blanco condo

We have stayed in another condo in this complex for many years. This unit is very dated.The shower doors were most disappointing as they are very old with a lot of staining & the master shower door had the inside handle broken off and very dangerous. The shiny tile floor was also slippery.

Additionally, the condition of this unit is very well kept. We are surprised to read in your review that the shower door handle was broken since we did not receive a call reporting the issue during your stay. This is definitely something we would have been happy to address while you were here. Thank you for staying with us.

Family Fun!

This property was perfect for my family. The condo was very spacious which allowed all of us to spread out and relax. The condo was extremely clean and has its own washer and dryer. The property grounds offered plenty of room for taking walks with a great view. My family really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit.

Great Marathon Key location

The pictures really do not show how nice this property really is. There are sliding doors from 2 of the bedrooms and 3 from the living room that open onto a wrap around screened in porch. Bedrooms were good sized. You have use of a nice pool that is adjacent to a nice restaurant/bar. The location of marathon key made it easy to go to different keys to see other things.

We’re disappointed by this review, as it does not accurately reflect the guest’s stay. We believe the review was retaliatory after we declined the guest’s request to host a 25-person birthday party at our small condominium, which was not permitted. The guest stayed for the full week and actually extended the reservation by an additional night. After the stay, the guest disputed the charge with their credit card company, claiming they had not stayed at the property, despite having occupied the condo for the entire reservation and additional night. The guest also checked out late and left the property in significantly poor condition.
