Cet appartement est une toile de fond pour la nature et la romance! Il est entouré par des vues sur l'océan et la brise des Caraïbes. Il n'est pas rare d'entendre un coq au lever du soleil et coquis (grenouilles minuscules indigÚnes) au coucher du soleil! L'appartement 2/1 est spacieux et trÚs accueillant!

We could see the ocean from our balcony. The apartment was adequate. The host was very friendly and on top.of our reservation. Everything was ready when we arrived.

Kimberly was very welcoming and made sure we knew where to go when we arrived. Great communication before we arrived. The place is beautiful and relaxing! It was clean and unique. We loved laying in the hammock on the porch it was so relaxing. I plan to go back and stsy for a longer time. There is plenty to do and olenty of restaurants around. Staying here just made me want to come back.

After reading through all the reviews, I am shocked no one mentioned what I experienced. Overall, it was an ok stay. The view was beautiful, the parking easy, the manager responsive, and the a/c worked. But thats about it. The water pressure was horrible and there was no hot water at all. When I inquired about it I was told the water pressure is too low so there will be no hot water. There are actually two bathrooms not one, and the second (much nicer) bathroom never worked because the water would not turn on. Other issues were all small inconveniences but there were quite a handful that ultimately left more to be desired. Things that would’ve helped include citronella candles for the balcony. The view is beautiful but the mosquitos are insane. There were no extra blankets or pillows anywhere. The second bedroom does not actually have an enclosed 4th wall (its an open sort of lattice) so at night it can be rather noisy with the trees hitting the windows when its really windy. Last bit that was a little odd for a rental was the only picture in one room was of a naked woman. Not a huge deal but not my fav with my young kids. Again, overall small inconveniences but the water was a big one.

Absolutely beautiful place

A coworker and I needed a place to stay for a last minute trip for work. I will say we lucked out on finding this beautiful place. It was quiet clean and breathtaking view. The manager Kimberly was very helpful on making sure we found the place. We highly recommend this property.

East Coast Getaway

If you're looking for a place with spectacular views this is it. Numerous large windows to let in the ocean breezes. A large kitchen/dining area that opens to a large, beautiful patio. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. Kimberly, our contact, was very responsive and friendly. Watching the sunrise from the deck was spectacular. Bring your binoculars and camera.

Would definitely stay again. The views are amazing!! Beautiful scenery and tons of natural light. Great price/value! No frills but all of the basics. Clean, tons of space, and excellent communication from the owners. They changed the linens and towels every couple of days to keep everything fresh. great location for excursions

We ended up with a larger suite than we booked as renovations were happening in the suite booked. Overall the property had everything we need. The property manager was very available and helpful. Ocean view is accurate - stunning views from the veranda! While Oceanfront is technically accurate - there is no access to the shore/water from this property. Location rating - you absolutely need a car to stay here, there are no coffee shops/restaurants walking distance, and public access to the ocean/beach is about a 10-15 minute drive. This property is also in a strictly residential area, so the public marina is also about a 10-15 minute drive. It is a good location for accessing other sights in PR - many different things to see/do within and hour's drive from Fajardo

This property has an amazing view!! It was great to wake up each morning and be able to go out to take in the beautiful ocean view. The property manager Kimberly was extremely courteous and helpful. Communicating with her was very easy and she was always close by to give us what we needed (e.g. fresh towels and sheets, an iron, free mangos!, taking out the full trash). The property manager also gave us great suggestions for places to visit nearby. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone seeking a laid back stay near the locals of the town (not touristy).

When I started sailing over 30 years ago I'd sail by a small blue house perched up on a mountain.; Each year I'd knock on the owners home and ask if she'd be willing to sell her home. One year she said YES! I purchased the tiny blue house and began designing my dream house. It took me five years with two workers to build this unique five apartment oasis.
