"The Bungalow" est situĂ© sur le terrain de "Linwood", demeure historique et jardins, un domaine de l’époque victorienne construite en 1883. Il se trouve Ă  quelques pas du centre-ville de Summerville. Il est idĂ©alement situĂ© pour atteindre les comtĂ©s historiques de Charleston, Dorchester et Berkley pour le travail, les loisirs, la mobilitĂ© ou la visite du quartier enchanteur de LowCountry.
"Le Bungalow" est un hĂ©bergement spacieux pour quatre personnes. Il a deux chambres Ă  coucher, deux salles de bain, est entiĂšrement meublĂ©, avec cuisine / salle Ă  manger, ainsi que dans la salle Ă  manger, le salon, patio, terrasse et jardin privĂ©s. C'EST TOUT SUR UN ÉTAGE. La salle de bain principale a une douche de plain-pied. Les beaux meubles comprennent tous les draps et les serviettes de bain.
Les installations comprennent lave-vaisselle, laveuse / sĂ©cheuse, TV, wifi, parking dans la rue pour un ou deux vĂ©hicules, utilisation du gril. Il y a une grande piscine creusĂ©e situĂ©e dans les jardins pour les locataires. Les clients sont invitĂ©s Ă  parcourir les jardins luxuriants et Ă  dĂ©couvrir leur enclos prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© pour une surprise, un moment privĂ© ou un dĂźner en plein air. The bungalow was as described and the photos are an accurate depiction of the rooms and outdoors. We stayed for one week with no problems and we were very happy with the accommodations. The rates were fair and reasonable. Definitely recommend this VRBO listing to interested travelers!

The house was very clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful with the large Spanish moss trees. Summerville was exactly the kind of area we are looking for and will definitely be back.

The accommodations were perfect. We enjoyed the bungalow and the beautiful scenery. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The town was close and walking distance for fun.This is my second time to stay in this bungalow and I will definately be back. The cottage is located down a short and quiet gravel lane within walking distance of beautiful Summerville. The historic 2 bedroom/2 bath guest house was cozy, clean and very comfortable; furnished with antiques and it had all the modern conventions. With a living room, spacious eat in kitchen and 2 large porch, we had plenty of room. There is also a washer and dryer.Our host could not have been more kind and hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at The Bungalow, we look forward to or next visit.

The stay at the Bungalow was one of the highlights of our visit to Summerville. It was quiet, clean and very safe. We had everything we needed. I highly suggest you walk the grounds of Linwood or ask for a guided tour as we did. It was very informative. You are also within walking distance to historic downtown Summerville. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location nestled in lush and beautiful gardens! Very close to historic downtown Summerville with great shops and restaurants.We were in town for a family event and our 2 adult sons stayed with us. Plenty of room for all. Hosts were great to communicate with.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the bungalow in Somerville. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and looking at all the beautiful homes. The property was very beautiful and quiet would definitely go back.

Incredible Stay!

We stayed here last year in a different cottage on the property but could not get the same one as last year. So we got the bungalow. It exceeded our expectations. We love the beautiful southern setting with all of the historic housing in the neighborhood. My mom and I walk every morning to look at all of the beautiful houses, and the property itself has a beautiful garden.This is the go to place in Summerville SC

Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful trip! Everything was seamless from beginning to end. The home was clean and had eveything we needed. It was so quiet and peaceful! A true retreat. We, also, loved our host kitty, Earl Grey. He spent lots of time with us. Sweet, sweet boy. Thank you to our hosts and to our liason, Nicole. We enjoyed the cottage and the location in Summerville. The cottage was quaint, quiet and comfortable. Wonderful cozy cottage

Loved our three days here as used it as a launch pad for our new home. Clean cozy and welcoming in all regards. Owners incredibly responsive to our requests and changes. Gardens ate lovely. Truly a sanctuary and refreshing respite from the hassle and fatigue of moving to a new location.

Excellent place to stay and make forever memories !!

I checked a bucket list this last week staying in Charleston and Summerville. The Bungalow at Linwood did not disappoint. The Bungalow was a perfect place for me and my two nieces that that took off work to meet me in Summerville for a fun filled relaxing weekend. The house and the grounds are beautiful. Walking distance to a wonderful friendly community and restaurants. I highly recommend this property for all your travel needs. THANK YOU for making our trip so successful !!

A Delightful and Secluded Cottage!

We enjoyed our visit at Linwood and highly recommend it! Our official greeter, Earl Grey, (a super cute kitty) was very attentive and stopped by for regular visits. We dubbed ourselves “Earl’s Girls”.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the cottage! My husband and daughter kept telling me what an awesome job I did picking it out LOL! It was quiet, the perfect size for our family, and the perfect place for us to relax after long days of competitive dance and/or sightseeing. Only wish we had more time there. Earl Grey was a wonderful host as well đŸ˜»! Thanks for having us and if we’re ever that way in the future, we would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect Summerville Cottage

We were in town for a wedding and stayed at the cottage for three nights. It was perfect for our family. The check in and checkout process were easy with good communication from the host. The property is so peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. The house was exceptionally clean and all of the linens and bedding smelled wonderful and were very comfortable. The back patio and yard are very secluded and private. We enjoyed having our coffee on the screened in porch every morning. The house truly felt like a home away from home. We have family in the area so we will definitely be re-booking the next time we are in Summerville! Also, we fell in love with Earl Grey!

Best one so far! Very cute, old southern and clean. Communication if I had any questions was great. Only thing, parking wasn't great. I have a truck, so it was hard to fit but they didn't have cars like now a days when they built the house lol

Relaxation

This property is nestled on a quiet lane next to a historic home. It was the perfect setting to relax in; a peaceful environment after a busy day exploring the area. It provided all of the things we needed as a family to feel comfortable. The property manager was very helpful with questions. The host was a wonderful guide when she provided a tour of the historic home and gardens.

Linwood Summerville

We had a fantastic time at The Bungalow, it was very comfortable, private and within fabulous gardens. Linda was absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable creating a relaxing atmosphere, contributing so much to our fabulous holiday. Summerville is not only a lovely town itself but within an easy 30 minute drive to most local attractions including Charleston. We would have no hesitation in returning, we had such a lovely time there.

This is a very livable, one floor, pretty house situated on the historic LINWOOD estate with -in easy walking distance of the quaint town of Summerville. Beautifully furnished, it has some very special features with the screened in patio, private courtyard and garden. Amenities include dishwasher, washer/dryer, wifi, TV, off street parking for two vehicles and the use of a grill as well as the large swimming pool for residents.
