Oasis au bord de l'eau! En hiver, regardez les lamantins! Apportez vos bateaux! Emplacement central pour tout ce que Crystal River a à offrir. Tarifs d'hiver à long terme !!!! Appel à devis !!! Grand salon / salle à manger avec canapé-lit et télévision à écran plat. Planchers de terrazo dans toute la maison. Le salon s'ouvre sur la grande salle de jeux de Floride. Profitez d'un trou de maïs, d'une table de ping-pong, d'une télévision et d'une station de jeux. La chambre principale a un lit king-size, un sol stratifié en bois, une télévision à écran plat, des placards pour lui et sa salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne. De l'autre côté de la maison se trouvent les deux chambres d'hôtes - la chambre d'amis n ° 1 a - 2 lits superposés - plein en bas et un jumeau en haut. Chambre d'hôtes # 2 a un lit king size, salle de bains et placard. Il y a une salle de bain d'hôtes entre les deux chambres avec un combo baignoire / douche. Il y a un foyer au bois entre le salon et la salle à manger au centre de la maison. La cuisine comprend deux fours, un réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes intégré, un évier double et un coin petit-déjeuner. Buanderie intérieure avec laveuse et sécheuse. Machine à glaçons commerciale !!!! 2 glissades pour votre bateau sans toit - bateaux avec tours OK!
Il y a un grand porche grillagé à l'arrière de la maison donnant sur l'eau. 2 cales de bateau. À côté de la maison se trouve une grande zone clôturée pour les animaux domestiques et les remorques à bateaux. Il y a un grand garage et 3 kayaks disponibles pour les clients. Cette maison est à distance de marche de Plantation Golf Course, restaurant, bar tiki et location de bateaux. Petits animaux acceptés avec frais pour animaux. 12 couchages! Apportez vos bateaux ou louez-les à côté. La rampe de mise à l'eau est à quelques minutes. Regardez les lamantins arriver jusqu'au bord de la mer. The property has many exceptional features. The location allowed us to walk, ride bikes and, of course drive to all of Crystal Rivers venues. On the water, we were a ten minute paddle to the bay and the King Spring manatee sanctuary. The rooms are all spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The screened porch provided a great place to eat or just chill. Several manatees visited the canal behind our house every day. Our puppy enjoyed the fenced in area and his daily walks to the nearby neighborhood. Dani is an excellent and responsive host.

Perfect winter getaway!

Great house four our group of 9 and a couple of pups! Close to everything in town, easy paddle to all of the springs, well equiped kitchen, comfy beds, manatees in the back yard, etc. Had a great week and would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect house for our group! We came to go scalloping, and we trailered a 28 foot boat. The location is perfect and the house is very large, clean, comfortably decorated and FULLY stocked. We would gladly book again, any time of the year.

Great stay!

This house was perfect for 4 adults - comfortable king size beds in 2 of the rooms. Loved sitting on the back patio watching boats and kayaks. The ping pong table was fun to play also.

Loved being so close to all the action on the canal. House was spacious and nice—we loved the huge ice maker and being able to dock the boat right out back. Plenty of parking!

Property manager, Dani, did a great job. We could find everything we needed during our stay. Location is superb, we were kayaking almost every day. Property was super clean when we arrived. Really enjoyed it!

Great Place

We stayed here for memorial day weekend. The place is much bigger than the pictures show. We were very impressed & plan to book again. Ice maker out back is a huge win. Also, the spare propane tank in the garage came in handy when the other on the grill ran out. Filet table out back was great.

Perfect Location.

Great house in the perfect location. We had 11 people in the house and there is plenty of room to have your own space. Well equipped with everything you need. The ice machine is a life saver. The only bad news is the house is already booked for the dates we wanted next year

Spacious and well equipped home

Great spot to stay and dock boat. Easy access to waterways for a great day of fishing or scalloping. Everything is here for a wonderful stay. Hosts are warm, responsive and thought of everything to ensure home is perfectly equipped. A great choice for our long weekend with friends.

Rent this house every time you visit Crystal River!!!

The house was great with plenty of room for our family and a couple of extended family. Very close to town and all the amenities! The property manager was super helpful and always just a text away! We really had a great relaxing time with no worries at all! Thank y’all!
