Nestled on the deepwater canals of the Homosassa River, just minutes away from the world famous blue water of Homosassa Springs. It is the perfect getaway for your family. The 3-bed, 2-bath vacation home was recently renovated and is nicely furnished with everything needed for outdoor adventure, including kayaks, a private dock, and access to fishing and scalloping. We want to make sure your stay is the best it can be and if you need any assistance we are on the same street and strive to become a super host for all your needs. Had a great stay with family for the holidays at this spacious house on a quiet canal in Homosassa. Host was very prompt in replying to inquiries. We enjoyed the location (very close to Publix and wildlife park), the holiday decorations, and the kayaks and games that were provided.

Our host David is a great communicator and his home was lovely. Its location—just a 1/2 mile kayak paddle from Homosassa Spring, home to wintering manatees—was fantastic. The home is lovely and clean right on the canal. There is a garage you can use as well as a carport in case it rains while you are loading the car like happened for us. Location is great. Kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. Nice front load washer and dryer. Fenced yard if you bring your dogs.

This place was absolutely amazing! The boys fished the first night and caught a bass and catfish immediately! Location is amazing! Short paddle ride to Homosassa springs where we spent a lot of time admiring the manatees! We came to Homosassa last spring break and stayed one street over from this place. This place has a fenced in backyard there are a few places if you have a smaller dog they can get out because ours did lol. Kayaks were amazing and the boys stayed in them! Beds are very comfortable. Had an issue with the garage door (our fault) owner was 45 min away and luckily his neighbor was able to help us. Owner checked in with us day before also offered to have his neighbor help us get kayaks in the water but the boys did it. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house in the best location!

The property is beautiful. Everything is new and very well taken care of. The owners are very nice and extremely easy to communicate with. They have stocked the house with literally every thing you could possibly need and it made it feel like home. We can’t wait to stay again!

The best stay in Homosassa

There are just not enough good things to say about this place. The house is beautiful and well-maintained, there is a full kitchen complete with everything you need to make meals at home, there is a laundry room with supplies to do laundry, there are kayaks and pool floats, and so many more amenities that make this place so amazing. It is a two minute boat ride from the heart of Homosassa Springs, and about a 20 min ride to the ocean. The host, David, is so pleasant to deal with and is wonderful about communication during your stay. I truly cannot recommend this place enough.

Beautiful and relaxing

Brand new renovated home! Beautiful decor and house was fully stocked! This is where to stay to see manatees! The kayaks were so fun and we saw manatees in the backyard canal everyday! If you paddle down the canal for five minutes, the spring opens up and we saw tons of manatees swimming around. It was truly special. The house was two minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants overall very convenient and beautiful place to stay!

Family Summer weekend

David was an amazing host, extremely quick to respond to any question. House is beautiful exactly as listed and was spotless. Very well stocked with kitchen essentials (including a crock pot). Our group consisted of three adult couples and a 3 year old. Kayaks were so much fun to use for a quiet paddle in the canals. Very quiet neighborhood location, close to restaurants and stores. We all had a great time fishing from the dock(caught catfish, crabs, bass, a small crappie and one small stingray). The perfect location for a family weekend. I recommend David's house to everyone looking to relax and enjoy the Homosassa area. We look forward to renting again in the future.

We lived in Spring Hill, FL and we came to Homosassa Springs for a long weekend with friends and fell in love with the nature and crystal clear cool water. By the end of the weekend we were looking for a place of our own and then added this home right across the street. Should you ever need assistance we are here to make sure your stay is terrific. We found this little paradise in the Presidential section of Homosassa Springs with great neighbors and well kept yards and homes. Just minutes from the springs by kayak and great flats fishing for Snook and Redfish.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

With dead end roads with very little traffic. Neighbors looking out for neighbors we were very lucky to stumble upon this little paradise of the best that nature has to offer.

Location, Location, Location. On the best river for boating, Kayaking, Great food and entertainment at the local restaurants. Just pull your boat up and dock and enjoy the night life. River Life ! Beautiful pet friendly fenced back yard. Please note though we are pet friendly and love our pets and welcome yours there is a pet fee so please include your pets on your inquire so they are included in your reservation so there's no miscommunication.
