Oasis à 6 km de la ville, dans le quartier le plus historique de Cincinnati. 2 entrées séparées et un deck pour vous tout seul! Idéal pour le voyageur d'affaires à la recherche d'un endroit très proche de la ville mais avec sa propre vue boisée privée. This is a stylish flat and in a great part of Cincinnati. Convenient to everything.

Wendy did a great job when she finished this walkout flat in her home in late 2017. It is stylish and well thought out. My wife and I spent a week in Cincinnati and we were very happy to have such a convenient and nice place to stay. Wendy was a great host.

It was so nice hosting Brent and Lois in my apartment. They communicated their arrival and departure we’ll and they were so quiet I barely knew they were here! I hope they stay again in the future.

Great Deck

The house was easy to find and we got to park in the driveway. We had a key to get in the side door and basement apartment. The kitchen had all we needed for our short stay. The shower was great! The best was sitting out on the deck in the morning and watching birds with our morning coffee.

Perfect place

This was the perfect place to stay. Wendy was great to communicate with. Location was excellent and the apartment was spotless! Our favorite part was the deck overlooking her lovely backyard and woods. Very private setting. We will definitely be back!

Great view with lots to do, one of the best VRBO experiences

From the start, communication with Wendy was great and checking in was a breeze. Parking was easy, the location is super close to all that Cincinnati has to offer (stadiums, parks, museums, lot of foot options, bars, whatever you want to do, a short drive to the river). The unit was cozy, clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had great pressure and was hot. Comfortable couch and ottoman with enough room for 2 people to lounge and watch TV or sit outside and take in the quiet, peaceful wooded view of the backyard. The full size fridge allowed us to store leftovers, snacks and eat-in breakfast/lunch. There was also plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, dishes and that sort of thing. It was well stocked. Our host, Wendy, went above and beyond, as I had a very painful issue with my neck happen right before we left. She called me the day after checking in to let me know about her sister who worked at a chiro office. While I wasn't pain-free during the vacation, I would have been ridiculously miserable during the trip without those daily chiro visits. I was able to manage the pain enough to enjoy the vacation. Wendy was a blessing to me in this time of need. She also loaned me her foam roller and neck massager, which made a big difference. I cannot thank her enough. We loved our time here and will definitely be back when we can enjoy her unit and the area more, pain-free. We would definitely recommend this unit and our lovely host was awesome to deal with. We also enjoyed the visits from Louie and the brief sightings of the other 2 pets.

Great stay in Cincinnati!

This was a great property! The space was well appointed to maximize the space, and the furnishings were high quality. The deck and outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. Wendy was easy to communicate with and provided us with a safe, charming rental that is a short drive to downtown and other sites. We also had a visit from a couple of her pets, which helped us to not miss our dog too much! We would definitely recommend this rental.

Great location!

The apartment was very clean and relaxing on the deck was absolutely wonderful. Close enough to downtown to be super convenient but far enough away to avoid the hassles. Walking distance to a number of eateries ranging from very fancy to super casual. it was all just perfect.

I recommend the stay

Wendy was amazing and very accommodating. I really enjoyed the stay. They were doing construction next door that slightly disturbed the stay but overall it was great! I recommend this Vrbo.

All that you need for a comfortable stay. Be sure to walk up the street to Lars Anderson park overlooking the Ohio river and northern Kentucky.

Great place in Cincinnati

This is such a cute little apartment, perfect for two people. Wendy immediately responded to any questions we had, and the location is super convenient for zipping over to downtown. There are plenty of cool little restaurants near the apartment too. Would definitely stay here again.

A Great Place to Stay

This little gem in the city far exceeded my expectations. It’s even nicer than the photos show. Very very very nicely renovated and decorated and super clean. It’s small, yet spacious and very comfortable. We were only in the city for a weekend so no time to enjoy the deck or get any use out of the kitchen facilities but the location was ideally located to our activities. Wendy was a very gracious host and checking in and out were a breeze. I’m pretty picky about my vacay rentals and I was very impressed. This place is perfect for a single traveler or a couple. I would definitely stay there again.
