Sortez directement vers l'océan et la piscine récemment rénovée à l'arrière! Matelas grand luxe sur lit de rangement IKEA. Wifi haut débit gratuit. Station de charge électronique. Utilisation gratuite du chariot de plage et du parasol. Allez directement à la plage - pas de rue à traverser! Quartier calme mais accessible à pied partout. Aussi disponible pour les locations mensuelles et annuelles!

Vous arrivez tard? Aucun problème! Auto-check-in et check-out sans stress. Les clients peuvent accéder à la clé de l'entrée principale avec un coffre-fort. Vous recevrez un code unique pour accéder à la porte de l'appartement. Je vais aussi vous donner un gousset (morceau de plastique que vous scannez) Il y a un jeu de clés pour vous à l'intérieur de l'unité sur le porte-clés. Veuillez remettre la clé du coffre-fort une fois que vous avez les clés de votre appartement. La clé du coffre-fort est juste pour la porte d'entrée du bâtiment. Cependant, une fois que vous avez le gousset, vous pouvez également l'utiliser pour la porte d'entrée. Nous avons une sécurité vidéo 24h / 24.

This place is a perfect location and very fairly priced. It was exactly what we needed for a perfect beach vacation! The bed was comfortable enough, the host responded promptly, and the water pressure was phenomenal. We will definitely stay here again!

No wifi so we couldnt watch tv or check phones when in for the night. No hand soap. Felt dirty. Nice part was awesome shower and access to beach and public transportation. Bed was soft and had working air conditioner

Appreciated the location, use of pool. Unit was clean and comfortable. The area south of 5th and the building was very quiet The only negative was the low water pressure in the shower but very doable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat when I visit beautiful South Beach!

Upon arrival it was not what we expected. It was not tidy. It was way too small. Pictures deceiving. Just want for us. We never stayed overnight but we did go into facility. Communication with owner was good. We weren’t satisfied but that’s us.

There was not a key fob to get in to the place so we were unable to get in and had to scramble for a new place. And a side note to future renters, onsite parking is actually street parking that you have to pay for

Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Small space. Bathroom door didn't shut all the way and a lamp was missing a light bulb. Great if you don't need much space. Enjoyed the beach chairs and location

It is important to note that the listing includes parking- there is no free parking here. The cheapest parking we could find was about 160 by Target, which is about a half mile away. The inclusion of free parking was a huge reason that we booked the place, so that was pretty disappointing. We also called the host 3 times while trying to figure the parking out, leaving a message after the first call, and texted her number as well and never received any replies (until the next day asking how everything was). The floors in the room were a bit dirty and the silverware also looked dirty. The wifi also did not work very well. Other than that, the room was as advertised and decent. The location of the building and the room was also convenient, as you are close to a lot of businesses, and you are the room next to the laundry in the building which is nice. The pool and beach access are also great, but the pool does close at dark. Overall it was alright, but not hearing back from the host when we were really anxious about parking (we had driven from Maine so we were exhausted) was unfortunate. Then the vrbo message the next day asking if things were okay with no acknowledgement of the calls, message, or text sort of felt like a slap in the face. The communication had been good before the stay, though.

Unbeatable location. Small but well appointed

My boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding and had a lovely extended weekend. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We loved staying close enough to walk to Collins Ave but far enough away from the party atmosphere to get a good nights sleep. The building was clean and safe.

Great location

Amazing location! Walking distance to everything in south beach. Best part of the apartment was the 50 feet it was from the beach. The room was a bit small but is perfect for a couple. The addition of the pool was amazing.

It was small but the location was great access to the beach

First time in Maima and the parking is a ripe off I wouldn't stay there again...i was charge 20.00 just to go in a lot and turn around to come out. I didn't like it. The apartment was leave but it didn't have enough tissue to last through the day right after we got there and the shower back up on us

Dear Annette, I do not understand why you leave me a bad review like this after all. Honestly. You knew there was pay parking and I have done everything to make your stay comfortable. You told me you liked the apartment but was just very frustrated because of parking while other guests never have a problem with finding parking for their car. I am sorry you had this experience but it had nothing to do with the convenience and quality of my apartment and service.

Dirty

Checking in was fine but as soon as we liked in we saw roaches. We we’re only supposed to be there for 2 nights but we ended up just staying the first night (4hrs) and left immediately to check into a hotel. Talked to the owner to see if we can get a refund for the second night but all she told us was that she would try to get pest control to take care of the problem. I didn’t ask for a full refund I figured she would work with us and at least meet me halfway but nope. She also told me that pest control had just been there but afterwards I looked at other reviews and noticed that multiple people had the same problem. Wish I saw that before but that was my fault.

There are no roaches after I have send Pest Control. It happened 2 times and once I send Pest Control they were complete gone and have not had any bad experiences from guest ever since.

Bijoux qui manque d'amour.

Très bien situé, plage, piscine et restaurant se qui était parfait pour nous. Par contre, l'appartement était décevante par rapport aux photos qu'on voit sur l'annonce. Propreté et l'entretien restait à désirer. Un vrai petit bijoux qui manque d'amour, dommage.
