Beachfront Oasis -2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Family Friendly PCB Condo, Dunes of Panama

Come relax at our little slice of heaven with your family. Remodeled in 2022, our amazing 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is on the east end of Panama City Beach away from the crowded side of the beach. This is the more quiet and family friendly part of PCB. Located at the Dunes of Panama, A building, 6th floor. You will have gorgeous gulf front views from the living room, private balcony, and master bedroom. Our 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds and a TV to entertain the littles. You have direct access to the beach as well as 2 pools. Parking at Dunes of Panama is excellent compared to to other condos, but just in case, we do have 1 dedicated covered parking spot. The Dunes of Panama amenities include: pools, dedicated beach, new Pickle Ball and tennis courts, fitness center and your own private tiki bar! Come relax, soak up some Vitamin D and make countless memories at Casa de Gooding.

Always enjoy this spot. Great view of the ocean and easy to acces shopping and other ammenities. There was a little construction going on during this visit. However, thats to be expected with upkeep and upgrades. Thanks again Alex

We have stayed in multiple units at the Dunes of Panama over the last 10 years and hands down this one has been my favorite yet! We loved everything about this condo! Seriously, the bed in the master bedroom was SO comfortable. The other bedroom had super comfy beds too. Unit was clean and stocked adequately. Just overall comfy and had a welcoming atmosphere. Also, have to praise the well written welcome manual that was provided to us for our stay. The owners have put a lot of heart into this unit and it was felt. Thank you for hosting our family during our vacation. It was a great experience!

Gorgeous View, Lovely Condo, Excellent Host

We loved our stay at Casa Gooding! The condo was really clean & comfortable! The views of the beach & sunset were breathtaking. My kids loved the pools & the beach was never crowded or rowdy. The building itself had a few maintenance issues (only one elevator working, crumbling bridge deck structure) but there room was in great condition. Alex was super helpful with excellent recommendations & always quick to respond to questions. I would highly recommend this condo to families looking for a vacation spot on the slower side of Panama City. We enjoyed our stay & have already recommended this place to our friends & family.

We do a lot of offshore fishing and this spot is a prime location. It has a beautiful view and is close to the marina.

Great condo, great owners, great location

We had a great stay at this super cute condo! Alex was super responsive, though not a single thing was lacking that required communication once we were checked in. I usually stay on Front Beach Road when I come to PCB. The Dunes were such a better option! Private beach wasn't super busy, so it was nice to be slightly off the main drag. Definitely recommend staying here!

Sister visit

This property is a great clean location with beautiful views of Florida's most beautiful beach. Host is very accommodating with a coffee bar and plenty of linens. Washer and dryer in the room for extended stays. Only wish our visit could've been longer. Great parking and access to the pools, tiki hut and ocean. Umbrella chairs are avaliable for rental.

Great Location and Amenities!

Family of four stayed here for a week in July. The condo was just the right size for us. It was really clean, everything worked, and having a washer and dryer was HUGE! The location is fantastic! Super easy access to the beach, not crowded, and away from the “main drag” so really easy to get in and out of the property. The two pools were great as well. Nicely maintained for sure. Really liked having the tiki bar there for drinks and lunch by the pool as well. The only negative I can share is that the property itself is showing its age and could probably use some updates. That being said, it did not detract from our enjoyment at all, and that is NOT a reflection on this condo or the owners. Highly recommend this condo!!

This was a great time for our family. Condo was great, hosts were great communicators with everything we asked. The beach wasn’t very crowded and the public life guard was just to right of the building. We will definitely stay here again. The sunsets were amazing from the balcony.

The condo was great everything was nice and clean .The building and elevators need some work but I think they are working on that . I have to say the view from the balcony was amazing.

Cozy comfort

We have stayed at several condos in PCB, this was one of my favorites. I liked the dedicated parking spot for the unit. I have stayed at some condos where we could barely find a parking spot. The beach access was ideal. The pools were nice and clean. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the conveniences of home. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to messages. I would absolutely rent this unit again.

Spectacular sunsets

We had the greatest stay in PCB at this condo. Our kids loved the heated pool, easy access to the beach and we all loved the spectacular sunset views from the balcony. Very well equipped, comfortable and clean, this condo was perfect for a family spring break far enough from the main PCB crowds to feel truly relaxing. Communication was easy, and all the check-in and instructions clear and accurate. We had zero issues, so no real communication with the host was necessary.

Big relaxing sigh
 this condo was fantastic. Very clean, sooooo comfortable. Had everything we needed for our visit. The bed in the master bedroom was a little too soft for me but didn’t prevent decent sleep. The ice maker was very slow at processing but we just went & got a bag of ice & we were good to go. Couldn’t find anything else negative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!
