Condo, 2 chambres, 2 bains, (5 personnes)

Ce condo au dernier étage (unité 519) dans le charmant complexe Ocean One offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis le salon et les balcons de la chambre principale. Il a été rénové et réaménagé à l'hiver 2017-2018 pour lui donner la sensation d'un chalet de plage coloré avec une vue penthouse.

Les murs de la cuisine ont été abattus pour la rendre spacieuse et ouverte, et de nouvelles armoires et comptoirs en quartz ont été installés. Les salles de bain des deux chambres ont été totalement vidées, et la moquette et les carreaux sont également neufs. Presque tous les meubles des chambres, du salon et de la salle à manger sont neufs. La chambre principale a un lit Sleep Number, et les trois téléviseurs ont Netflix. C'est un endroit parfait pour se détendre et écouter l'océan!

Le complexe Ocean One est trĂšs bien entretenu et dispose d'une nouvelle zone de grillades en plein air.

Le condo est à quelques pas de Coligny Plaza avec sa variété de magasins et de restaurants et de divertissements --- vous pouvez laisser votre voiture dans le parking pendant toutes vos vacances. Vous pouvez sortir du complexe Ocean One pour parcourir des kilomÚtres de pistes de course, ou faire du vélo pour une balade sur la plage, ou conduire quelques kilomÚtres vers les parcours de golf de premier ordre à proximité.

Cette villa est non-fumeur sans animaux. Le nettoyage est inclus dans les tarifs, mais 10% Hilton Head et les taxes d'État ne le sont pas. Des cartes de stationnement pour deux voitures sont dĂ©livrĂ©es pour chaque sĂ©jour.

Great view of the beach, unit was clean and the host responded to our one small problem with a broken toaster immediately. Walkable distance to Coligny Shops and the Tiki Bar. Great stay overall.

We really enjoyed staying here! The view of the beach was amazing. Everything was clean and the unit was decorated so nicely. The owners were very responsive when we did have an issue with the AC and resolved it quickly. The location can’t be beat - close to everything. We look forward to staying here again!

Very clean and updated unit. Loved the top floor location and view. So close to Coligny circle, could walk there. Lovely roomy kitchen with all amenities. Four sand chairs and an umbrella on the premises were a great bonus ! The grounds were beautiful and enjoyed sitting around the gas fire pits in the evening. Very pleased.

We loved this property and its become our number one vacation spot! Everything was provided for us, which is nice since we flew in and didn’t pack a whole lot. The oceanfront views do not disappoint.

Perfect Vacation- Highly Recommend!

We arrived to HHI about an hour ahead of check-in time and Stephanie contacted me to let me know the condo was cleaned and ready to check-in. We were greeted with a clean and nicely decorated condo. After we got settled, I had Instacart deliver groceries from Kroger. They arrived within an hour. After we unpacked, we were ready to begin our vacation. The condo had anything and everything that one could need for a comfortable stay. Including pots, pans, utensils, iron, hair dryer, plenty of outlets, beach chairs, and beach toys to name a few. The couch, chairs, and beds were all comfortable. Stephanie provided us with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish and laundry soap and personal toiletries. The appliances worked perfect and were all very clean! Ocean One Villas is clean and well maintained from the pool to the elevators and all the grounds.Everything is quiet after 10 p.m. We were walking distance to Tiki Hut and Coligny Shopping Center. While in HHI, we ate Hudson's, Salty Dog Cafe in Sea Pines/Harbour Town, and had breakfast one morning at Harold's Diner. These places were all recommended to us and were very good! We were there on 4th of July and enjoyed the day on the beach although crowded we still had no problem finding a place to set up. We were able to see the Salute from the Shore which was military planes that fly down the South Carolina coast. We ended the evening with being able to watch fireworks being set off on the beach.

Loved this place so much for my stay with my kids. It was a close walk to everything, Coligny Plaza for shopping and food. The pool was large and perfect walkway to the beach from the pool. It had EVERYTHING you need.

This oceanfront condo was wonderful...the best place we've ever stayed at Hilton Head. Perfect location, elevator access a breeze and the view from the balconies were gorgeous ! Only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely book it again.

Fantastic and clean condo!

This is absolutely the cleanest place we have stayed, ever! The open floorplan was very nice and the location was perfect. This is our third time coming to Hilton Head Island and if we are with family this is definitely the only place we will stay from now on. There were a couple small issues like needing batteries for the sleep number bed and the owner had batteries to is the next day! The owner was very responsive and nice, really could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Spacious property in fun location

Overall we appreciated the condo, the property location, and the owner's communication. We had a much needed vacation, on the oceanfront, just the two of us, . for just the two of us I've shared some detail below that stood out for us. Pros: - Clean property and lots of shared space for a family. - Balcony was even larger than expected with plenty of seating! - Master bedroom was great - - good mattress, good television, good bedside lighting, nice desk for some work things I needed to attend to. - Kitchen was well stocked with glassware, dinnerware, cookware (some wear and tear on those), and starter packs for dishwashing. - Central air works like a champ. - TONS of shared space for a family to move around in. We were just 2 people and were impressed! The layout of the condo is great. - Full size washer and dryer - yes! Loved it. (And plenty of hangers in the closets.) - Owner was very responsive to a couple of issues and even had some kitchen towels drop shipped to us when the cleaning company didn't leave any. Cons: - Couch cushions are worn down and uncomfortable. Throw pillows could use refills as they were pancake flat. We like to chill on the couch at night with a board game or books so that was problematic for us overall.

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean One 519. You can't beat the view and the condo is located in the heart of everything. It was nice being able to walk to coffee and restaurants. We also appreciated the beach chairs and toys.

The condo was exactly as describe. Perfect view of beach. Unfortunately we had several overcast / windy days the later part of the stay. Got some sun though and at least 3 delicious places to eat.

Excellent choice

Everything was outstanding.. Fully stocked beach condo. The view of the beach was outstanding. The pool was very nice. Very clean.So much within walking distance ... restaurants, and shopping. I would highly recommend this condo for a family or a couple vacation.

Perfect beachfront condo for a family

This condo was perfect for our family on vacation. The view of the ocean is perfect, and it is just off to the side so you don’t hear noise from the pool area. There are bathrooms by the pool which were incredibly convenient for those with kids, and all of the grounds are well maintained, including the pool. The gated parking lot felt secure, and there was always enough parking. The location was amazing having just 2 minute walk to Coligny for ice cream, restaurants, etc. Inside the unit you’ll find everything updated with more than enough space in the bedrooms, kitchen, living room. The unit was stocked up with anything you would need, better than anywhere we’ve ever stayed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and store food for the week, plus a washer and dryer which were super convenient. The closet had beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, pool noodles etc. the bedrooms had sound machines, a pack and play, an extra fold out twin bed, tons of blankets and more. All around this was one of our favorite beach condos ever, and we travel a lot. The owner was incredibly responsive every step of the way, which was appreciated. Book this unit and you won’t be disappointed!!
