Owners, Stephanie and Sam, were quick and efficient to respond to any issues. We only had two minor issues .... blinds in bedrooom would not work .... they were fixed within a couple days. Netflix would not work ... Stephanie was ready to set up for Spectrum to come out, but first had Roku remote sent the next day ... and I installed it, then Netflix worked just fine. Again, the owners are very gracious and wanted our stay to be great ... and it was!

Loved the view of the ocean and loved the pool. Great location for families. Parking worked perfect. Downside…….mattresses, showers,2nd bathroom door, and the smell.

Hello! I'm truly sorry that you didn't let me know about any of your concerns during your stay because I would have loved a chance to address them for you and for future guests. When I say in the welcome email to let me know if anything needs attention, I mean it! I was in the unit a week before your stay and didn't notice any odd smell then, but in general, if you think something smells because it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned, the cleaners would be more than willing to come back out to address it. If it's due to something else, then I'm happy to talk with you more to try to find the right fix. I'm not sure what about the showers you didn't like, but again, if it's a cleaning issue, the cleaners can come back out. If something needs a plumber's attention then I can have one stop by. I'm also not sure what the issue with the mattresses was--the one in the king bedroom is a Sleep Number and sometimes the instructions get stuck in a drawer. The back bathroom door is a pocket door, so it's a little different than the norm, but if the hardware isn't latching or something then I can get that fixed. I'm glad I was able to help you meet the windshield repair company the day you arrived, and I hope you enjoyed your time in Hilton Head.

Great view of the beach, unit was clean and the host responded to our one small problem with a broken toaster immediately. Walkable distance to Coligny Shops and the Tiki Bar. Great stay overall.

We really enjoyed staying here! The view of the beach was amazing. Everything was clean and the unit was decorated so nicely. The owners were very responsive when we did have an issue with the AC and resolved it quickly. The location can’t be beat - close to everything. We look forward to staying here again!

Loved this place so much for my stay with my kids. It was a close walk to everything, Coligny Plaza for shopping and food. The pool was large and perfect walkway to the beach from the pool. It had EVERYTHING you need.

Fantastic !

This oceanfront condo was wonderful...the best place we've ever stayed at Hilton Head. Perfect location, elevator access a breeze and the view from the balconies were gorgeous ! Only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely book it again.
