Dernier étage, vue directe sur l'océan 2BR dans le complexe Ocean One, Ocean One 517

Ce condo au dernier étage (unité 517) dans le charmant complexe Ocean One offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis le salon et les balcons de la chambre principale. Il a été entiÚrement rénové et réaménagé à l'hiver 2010-2011 pour lui donner la sensation d'un luxueux chalet de plage avec une vue penthouse. Nous avons fait tomber les murs de la cuisine pour la rendre spacieuse et ouverte, et nous avons installé de nouvelles armoires en bois, des comptoirs en quartz, un éclairage et de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Les salles de bain des deux chambres ont été totalement vidées, et la moquette et les carreaux sont également neufs. Il y a tous les nouveaux meubles dans les chambres, le salon et la salle à manger, y compris les téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon et les deux chambres. C'est un endroit parfait pour se détendre et écouter l'océan!

Le condo est à quelques pas de Coligny Plaza avec sa variété de magasins et de restaurants et de divertissements --- vous pouvez laisser votre voiture dans le parking pendant toutes vos vacances. Vous pouvez sortir du complexe Ocean One pour parcourir des kilomÚtres de pistes de course, ou faire du vélo pour une balade sur la plage, ou conduire quelques kilomÚtres vers les parcours de golf de premier ordre à proximité.

Nous avons des gestionnaires immobiliers locaux pour rĂ©pondre rapidement Ă  toutes les prĂ©occupations que vous pourriez avoir pendant votre sĂ©jour. Cette villa est non-fumeur sans animaux. Le nettoyage est inclus dans les tarifs, mais 10% Hilton Head et les taxes d'État ne le sont pas. Des cartes de stationnement pour deux voitures sont dĂ©livrĂ©es pour chaque sĂ©jour.

We loved our stay in this unit. It was beautifully maintained, and everything that you could need is there for you. We enjoyed the heated pool and fire pits in the evening. The location is perfect for walking to shopping or the many restaurants around Coligny. Communication was spot on.

First VRBO experience
 The best place we have stayed in 30 years on Hilton Head

Stephanie went above and beyond and was very easy to reach. Beautiful views. Great location and we will be back here from now on for every trip to Hilton Head.

Wonderful unit and location

My family had a great stay and will be back if the unit is available for our next trip! It was perfect for my family of 4 ( including a 4 year old and 1 year old). The unit had a high chair and pack b play to use as well as beach chairs and toys! We ended up eating in for a lot of meals because the place was so nice! It’s an awesome location walking distance to coligny. Stephanie was communicative throughout the whole stay and super helpful!

Overall great property

We had a great stay overall with all the amenities we enjoy - ocean view, great proximity to shops/restaurants, and updated finishes. Slight cleanliness issues but let Stephanie know and she was very easy to contact whenever needed. Will be very likely to return in the future!!

Beautiful Beach Front Condo

Beautiful clean condo that is large and very spacious. Very close to the elevator. The entire area is handicap/wheelchair friendly. Well stocked kitchen with everything you would need. Easy access to the beach from a private access ramp. Very large and well maintained pool. Great location right in Coligny with access to unlimited food options and shops. The owner/manager is top notch with great communication including being proactive prior to check in. Will definitely return.

Perfect for 3 sisters. We love the quiet. We love Netflix membership available to us. We love view.

This was the third time my two middle aged sisters and I have stayed at ocean one. We hope to return in 2024. The condo is quiet . The pool is clean. Steps to the beach . We also enjoy the close proximity to coligny shopping areaera. We appreciate the Netflix membership. Stephanie is a five star landlord . She communicates well and cares about her guests. This condo could not be more perfect for a sister get together. We also drove an hour to Savannah and visited family in bluffton. The price for one week is reasonable. Five star experience!

Great First Time Experience

This was our first time in Hilton Head Island. We loved Ocean One's convenient location to Coligny Plaza, Sea Pines, and other local attractions. Unit 517 was recently updated with all the amenities of home. We loved the openness of the unit, the art work, pool and ocean view (5th floor was perfect), large balcony with table, chairs, and lounge chair, well equipped kitchen. The closet has four beach chairs, noodles, wake boards, boogie boards, sand buckets, and other fun supplies. The washer and dryer are full-size side by side GEs that were wonderful. The unit was spacious and perfect for our family of four. Both bathrooms are full-baths that are connected to each bedroom. If you are looking for a full master bath with tub and separate shower, this unit does not have that. This was not an issue for us. For a rental the beds were good. The owner was fantastic to work with. She provided very helpful information. We would definitely stay here again.

Best HHI Condo Ever!

We have returned from our HHI vacation and wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed your wonderful condo! We've stayed many different places in HHI, and yours is the nicest condo...by FAR! Your decorating was beautiful, the condo layout was perfect. Your place was sparkling-clean when we arrived! It was great to have 2 beds in the second bedroom so our kids didn't have to share! The way you have shelving and hooks just inside the door was so helpful, as is a key code rather than a key. We loved the master shower, nicest ever, and so roomy! All furniture and beds were very comfortable. Great towels! Loved having an icemaker and water in the door of the fridge. And the washer and dryer come in quite handy! Ocean One seems to have it right, the layout of the entire complex is great, and kept very clean. The pool is nice and roomy with lots of chairs. The walk to the beach is nice and short. Very secure feeling with the 24/7 security. Also appreciate all the info you provided regarding places to shop, eat and other things to do..this is most helpful to families who have never been to HHI. It's great that there are 4 grocery stores so close by, and there are some great restaurants. We felt very at home and will certainly look to book with you when we return to HHI. Thanks so much!

Lovely

I must say I was excited when we got the email we could arrive sooner to our villa. So we packed up early and headed south from Indiana. The condo was as pictured, a lovely home away from home. Once we arrived we unpacked and began our vacation! We had everything we needed at the villa therefore we only communicated with the owner prior to arrival which was nice. The owner communicated everything we needed to know so there were no surprises when we arrived which was also very nice. Our stay was amazing. We loved everything about Ocean One and Hilton Head. Someday I hope to have a second home here.

Perfect Beachfront Condo!

This condo is perfect. It had everything we needed to cook in and was within walking distance to several good restaurants! The property always responded within minutes and was extremely helpful. If available, this is definitely the unit we will be renting on our next trip to HHI!
