We never met our hosts, but they greeted us with fresh fruit, Kona coffee, miscellaneous Hawaiian treats and a welcoming card. It was a great location for us and a place for some of our family staying in other areas to have a few meals together that we could prepare with some of the wonderful fish and fruits the island has to offer. The well equipped unit and supply of beach gear was great ... couldn't ask for more!

Great Ocean Views!

This condo is so spacious and well equipped with everything you need excellent ocean views! Very clean and the grounds of tge complex are beautiful! Owners communicate well too will stay here in the future!

This is I think our 4th time staying here. We love the location, the connivence to everything and the view from the balcony is beautiful from sunrise to sunset! We had a great experience. The place is spacious and very comfortable. Everything you could imagine you might need is there. We enjoyed the pool and were gifted rainbows on the lanai two mornings during our breakfast. Wonderful stay.

Clean, well-stocked, nice ocean view and resort pool & facilities. Fast communication with owner, overall great stay. Only problem is location: shopping and restaurants are right across the street, but if you are looking for sandy beaches, they are an hour north.

Perfect Hawaiian vacation location for retirees. Great ocean views (see whales from the lanai!), good acces to dining, shopping and activities. Safe, quiet neighborhood. What more could you want?

Great place to stay in Kailua-Kona area!

This condo was an ideal home base for our family trip to the Kailua-Kona area. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable, with a huge lanai and beautiful ocean views. The resort was great, with multiple pools and many sports activities for kids to enjoy. The location was also great, close to many restaurants and great beaches with tons of water activities, snorkeling, etc. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay. We were VERY sad to leave!

Enjoyed our time in this location. Nice view off the balcony into the ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed including basic spices, foil, and generally the items you might need during a week long stay. Location was fine (about a 10 to 15 min drive to the main downtown "strip") and easy access to main roads to get around the island.

Lovely 4-day visit Fall 2023

As frequent visitors to Hawaii, we were especially pleased with the cleanliness of the condominium and the care that the owners took to ensure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. Kitchen was nicely stocked with condiments and well equipped. Furnishings were in excellent condition. Sunset views from the lanai are striking. We would gladly return.

Great place to stay. Beautiful view off the lanai to enjoy sunsets. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need. Air conditioning would be nice…but open windows and fans worked just fine for us. A designated/reserved parking spot would be nice, but again, wasn’t a big deal. Comfortable bed, nice lanai, well stocked kitchen. Owners were easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

1 bed rm condo is very spacious for 3 adults. Shopping center with grocery store right out side the complex. Very well stocked and surprised by welcome gift -- 100% Kona coffee, cookies, and a pear. Only thing I wish to have is darker window covering in bed room and living room.

Great rental

The condo is very spacious, also generously furnished. The kitchen is well stuffed - it is nice to not worry about buying salt, oil, coffee filters etc. It was easy to reach the property manager when we had questions. The unit is located in the corner top part of the building and has beautiful views from the balcony. The resort has bunch of amenities and beautiful grounds. We loved staying there and are looking forward coming back!

Amazing panoramic ocean view retreat!

I've been coming to this home for many years and don't even look for other options. The home is super spacious and all rooms are generously sized. The floor plan is perfect with all public spaces overlooking panoramic ocean view. I love using lanai as my living and dining room - it's wonderful at any time of the day, even if it's raining! (maybe especially when it's raining). The home is well-stocked and has every possible item for your daily adventures. The hosts are most gracious people, very responsive, kind and helpful - I'm so appreciative. I can't wait to be back!

Enjoyable Visit

We enjoyed a weeks stay here in August. The views from the lanai are wonderful and were our favorite part of the condo. We just sat out there enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the lanai. The condo is exactly as advertised and is clean. The kitchen needs updating especially the kitchen sink faucet and microwave, but had everything you need in terms of condiments and amenities. Lots of fans to help keep us cool but we just coincided with a hot weather week for the Kona Coast. The master bedroom is large and the bed comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay and would rent again just for the lanai, but will probably look for a more updated/air conditioned condo for our next trip to the area.
