Bienvenue au Sunrise Village 103!

Cette unité de deux chambres et une salle de bain peut accueillir six personnes avec canapé-lit dans le salon. Condo a de nombreuses mises à jour de décoration! Nouveau 40 "HD SMART TV avec DVD dans le salon. NETFLIX disponible avec votre propre compte! Très proche de la plage ... seulement 2 portes en bas de la plage!

Peinture fraîche, nouvelle tuile et décoration partout! Téléviseurs à écran plat fixés au mur dans chaque chambre, avec chambre avant avec écran plat de 40 "et Playstation 3 (nouveau octobre 19)!

Les chambres comprennent de nouveaux matelas améliorés pour un confort et une détente ultimes. Horloges de chargement USB dans les chambres et prises de chargement USB dans la cuisine aussi!

La cuisine est bien équipée avec des appareils de qualité et remplie de tous les éléments essentiels. Vous aurez une seule tasse Keurig et M. Café Cafetière 12 tasses disponible.

Superficie approximative: 600 pieds carrés

Condo est proche de la ville, à seulement 2. 0 miles à l'ouest de l'autoroute 59, directement sur la plage.

Stationnement pour deux voitures directement sous ce condo au premier étage. Pas de balcon privé, mais grande passerelle pour s'asseoir, à quelques pas de la plage de sable blanc!

Dépanneur / plage mart avec restaurant et magasin de paquets directement de l'autre côté de la rue.

Zones de terrasse communes / publiques pour la visualisation. Zone de grillades également (pas de grillades fournies). Unité non-fumeur. Les véhicules surdimensionnés ne rentreront pas dans la place de stationnement. Aucune remorque, fourgon haut de gamme, bateau, etc. n'est autorisé sur les lieux. Les fourgonnettes avec barres de toit ou les véhicules plus hauts avec des barres de toit devront être démontés pour s'adapter aux espaces de stationnement.

2nd stay at this location. A bit older (beds/bathroom) but was a very comfortable stay. Easy, quick access to the beach. Quiet at night. Perfect location to see the sunrise. We had a family emergency and had to leave within 10 minutes of getting the call, a day earlier than expected, but aren’t even mad at the loss of money, would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

The location was great! Right on the beach and the grocery/convenience/liquor store across the street was very handy! We loved our stay and definitely recommend it to anyone looking.

Excellent family stay

This was an excellent stay. It was clean and was just as described. There was construction on the third floor but they kept the noise between business hours. There were 3 adults and two teenagers so it was perfect.

The condo was the perfect hub for our trip. We had 2 condos with a total of 7 people. We are breakfast and lunch in the condo and had plenty of space. We will definitely be back.

Great location

Such a great location! So close to the beach and even during the busiest part of summer the condo didn’t feel crowded with people and usually only 1-2 people at the pool or nobody there. Only complaint is the floors were sandy when we got there and the bedroom/bathroom was really cramped for our family but overall great place and would stay here again!

This unit was clean and neat. It was conveniently located across from a grocery store, seafood market and bar and grill. Best of all it is right on the beach. Also, it is just a short drive to many attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Great Stay!

Great location within vicinity to all activities and restaurants. The Condo was super close to the beach. We are a family of five and the only complaint I have is the unit had 1 bathroom. Complete oversight on my part when booking. But! If you are a smaller family, the condo would be perfect for you!

Everything was ‘as advertised’. Being right on the water is the most important requirement. I like the digital lock checkin procedure. I wish that the pool was a bit bigger. We will consider this when booking for next summer. Thank you.

Spring Break

If you are looking for a place that is steps away from the sand, this is it. Was located perfectly for our kids… steps away from the beach to the condo for quick bathrooms breaks with kids or making lunch. The bathroom has some improvements needed with the shower faucets and some minor improvements needed, but for the cost and the location…. You can’t beat it.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Village#103. I did appreciate the appliances they have a avilable for you. Regular coffee make (not a Keurig like in the post we saw). It has pots, pans a pitcher for making tea or lemonade. Two huge closets in both bedrooms. They provided us plenty of towels. It really was steps away from the sand. There is construction going on, but it wasnt too bothersome for us. The location is perfect for those who dont feel or want to drive anywhere. The Restaurant, Seafood Market, ice cream shop and the convenience store is literally across the street!! That was a bonus.

Great time!

Nice property and the description was pretty accurate. Nice location. The only thing I would change is the check in process. We had family stay in the same complex and I guess their unit had a different owner. They didn’t have to check in anywhere. We had to drive to an office away from the property to check in and out. Other than that I’ll stay there again.
