Everything was great. This was a short stay and we were only there a little over two days but everything was well taken care of and as expected. I appreciate the good communication and the view and property was excellent.

It was nice and clean. Ice maker did not work. Elevator did not work on our floor had to walk a lot to the elevator. I thinkWe should had known that before hand my husband has health issues. No bathrooms by the pools. The beach access was awesome !!

Overall the place was great, wonderful views of the beach and ocean we even seen dolphins from our balcony! We were not aware the elevator that was in our building was not working so had to use one in a different building. We also set the AC to what we wanted and would come back in a few hours and the thermostat would be set to something a lot warmer than what we preferred. Other than those small things it was great and would recommend! We walked across the street and played mini golf and multiple other things lots of things in walking distance!

Wonderful AC and Heat, and great view of the sunset, you can’t see the sunrise and there was mold in the bathroom above the bathtub, building 3 elevator was down so we had to use building 4, host did not mention this while booking so that was an inconvenience but we didn’t mind walking.

Family Trip

This was a wonderful place to spend vacation for our family of three. We loved the ocean front and access to pools. It was also convenient to area attractions and supplies. I highly recommend and would stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay

Your unit is beautifully decorated and was very clean. It had all of the kitchen supplies needed to cook anything. We enjoyed looking out from the deck at the ocean and people below. Our kids swam at the pool below and we were able to watch them from the deck too. We want to come back again.

Great Place!

The condo was in a great location. Beachfront, 9th floor. Clean and comfortable and furnished with all the things needed for cooking. Very nice decor, and the owner is very helpful and friendly. We will be renting again for sure. Loved it!

On the beach

I couldn't shut then sliding door.It needs to be replaced. The HVAC system was very loud. THey didn't even supply salt and pepper.

I’m sorry you felt your stay was not up to par. It is not our practice to supply food items, I’m sorry that was your expectation. We will check the AC unit, as we have not heard from anyone that was an issue.

Pictures are deceiving

Great view! Very disappointed with the cleanliness!! Dining room chairs filthy! Area rug filthy! Mildew on shower curtain! Was afraid to sit on sofa and chair b/c they were made of black material and could only imagine how filthy they were. Broken chair on patio! Really unkept condo!! Would not rent this condo again.

We appreciate your feedback! I wish you had let me know that you were not satisfied with he cleanliness of the home upon your arrival. I would have definitely sent my cleaning crew out to revisit any trouble areas. I was just there this weekend and the shower curtain and chars have been replaced.

Relaxing stay

Our rental was a 9th floor, one BR room condo that was very clean and well appointed. The view from the balcony was awesome and we spent early mornings and late afternoons enjoying the view and the sounds of the waves, gulls and osprey, and saw an occasional pod of dolphins just offshore. Very relaxing. Weather was perfect, beach was always clean not crowded at all this early in the season.Only a couple minor inconveniences: our Building 3 elevator was inoperative and though building 4 elevator provided close-by service, it was a bit more of a walk for my wife who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis. Did not see ANY attempt to repair the elevator during the week we were there. The other inconvenience was the sliding door to our balcony. The door opened "ok" but was virtually impossible to close without a lot of effort and aggravation! My wife couldn't open or close the door at all (noticed other renters having the same problem with their doors). That needs to be rectified immediately. May just be an adjustment, or repair/replacement but the door did become a nuisance during our stay.

The view from the balcony is breathtaking. When we did not want to go to the beach, we still had the beach feel by just going out on the balcony - as easy as opening up the door. The condo is well equipped with thoughtful items. The dishwasher and washing machine/dryer combo work well. The air conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable.We look forward to our next booking! Thank you Ms. Julie and Mr. Greg!

The listing says the top floor but I didn’t realize it was the 9th floor. Even though I don’t like really tall heights, I must say that the view out over the ocean was amazing! The host was extremely response and super nice. I would much rather book with a personal owner than a company. This is a small place (bathroom and balcony are rather small) but it fit our needs. It was just me and my husband. I would definitely book with this owner again. Thanks for a great experience!
