Ce condo est situé à un endroit à la plage V à seulement un pâté de maisons du front de mer. À quelques minutes à pied des plages de Myrtle Beach et à moins de 5 km des attractions telles que Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, The Carolina Opry et Pirates Voyage. Donc, si vous ne voulez pas passer tout votre temps à la plage, vous êtes situé au centre d'autres attractions. C'est un condo de style appartement de 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain avec une cuisine complète. 2 lits queen size, et comprend également un canapé-lit. En outre, 2 salles de bain complètes. Laveuse et sécheuse inclus à l'installation, mais nécessite des quartiers. (Les remorques, véhicules de camping, motos et animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés. Property was clean and easy to access. Having no elevator was a little challenging especially being on the third floor, but we managed. Literally just steps from the beach. Nice little spot to grill, small store with the basics right across the street as well as a restaurant. Very quiet and relaxing. Host was very responsive.

Awesome Memories

This is a great location, minutes from several restaurants & shopping. The beach is clean & this condo has a very nice pool that has several lounging chairs & tables available. This was my second time staying here & we will book this condo again for our summer vacation in 2024.

Only complaint is the steps to the 3rd floor. I didn’t realize how out of shape I was in.

Bugs

It was a beautiful room, but there were cockroaches everywhere and one of the fans had a short in it. The property manager was friendly, and helped us understand what to do during the hurricane, but didn't seem too concerned with the bug problem or the fan issue.

We apologize for any inconveniences you had during your stay. Unfortunately the HOA is in charge of pest control, so they had just sprayed the building before your stay so that would explain the one or two dead bugs. Unfortunately we couldn't get to you during that time to fix that or the fan because of the hurricane and the evacuation orders. Once again we apologize for any problems you experienced. We hope you give us another chance!

Very good location

This was a great place to stay. The location is spectacular for the price. Needed a few things fixed. The screen door to the balcony wasn't attached and just standing on the balcony. The door handle to the balcony was missing. It was very clean except the ceiling fans being very thick with dust. If you come here make sure you bring extra towels because not many are furnished. Also read the information on the listing, unlike me. This is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. My elderly father had a hard time but that was my fault. I would definitely rent again as long as I wasn't bringing anyone that has a hard time with steps.

Si vous n'aimez pas les marches, ce n'est pas la bonne place, ; c'est au 3 étage et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. La cuisine est bien, il manque juste une planche à decouper.

First timer

We enjoyed our stay. Contact with owner was ok. Had issue with air conditioner in bedroom blowing hot air. Did not get repaired. Repairman stated a new u it would need ordered. No response from owner or repairman on when to be replaced. Fans were there so we used those and ran the other unit. Sliding door to bedroom would not lock and no board to put there to keep closed and screens needed to be fixed. The other bedroom that has a window to the hallway needs a curtain on it to block the light at night. Daughter had issues sleeping. Cleaning group needs to be checked on randomly to be sure things are getting done. Trash in bedroom, cabinet had syrup spilled, which I cleaned up cobwebs.

Breathe the Ocean Air

Even though the week was a bit rocky weather-wise we found pleanty of time to soak up the rays. Being just a little over a block from the beach helped a lot because we could hop over there in just minutes. The balcony was an early morning favorite- watch the sunrise and sip our coffee, so peaceful. A few things to be aware of as it caught us off guard. You only get the alloted supplies like tp and garbage bags. With an apartment full of girls, it didn't take long to run out and we were told we needed to purchase our own. Communication with the owner was very prompt and he answered other questions about the tv, etc in a clear, quick manner. The apartment is nice, make sure you understand you have to walk up to the 3rd floor. We just decided it was our aerobic workout each day as we came and went multiple times. It is stated in the description, just make sure you aren't surprised by it. The beds are very comfortable, water is nice and warm when it is supposed to be and the a/c works very well. Bedrooms are supplied with fans both box and ceiling to accomodate having to shut doors at night to the a/c. It was pretty warm and humid when we were there and it worked just fine to make up for the a/c circulation being cut off a bit. Overall, we'd recommend this place, esp if you are coming for some beach time. It was so nice to be so close. Parking was NEVER an issue, we were always in a close spot. We felt very safe and would stay here again. Enjoy your trip!

Great location, clean and comfortable!

We had a little trouble finding the actual unit as there were no signs outside, but the unit is actually toward the end closest to the ocean. We could see the ocean from the balcony and it was a nice view. Great location! Easy access to beach. Unit clean and comfortable. One bedroom window goes to the shared hallway, so that was a little odd- but we hung up a towel there to dampen the light and that worked. Close to shopping and grocery stores. Nice get-away! Would rent again!

The owner was nice but the management and cleaning people sucked they had no cleaning supplies bough

Had to buy my own cleaning supplies and the people didn't even clean the shower had disgusting I had to clean it. I did get my cleaning deposit back though

Last minute

We made plans for Myrtle Beach at the last minute and what a good choice we made!! Perfect location-50 yards from beach. Yes there are stairs but they won’t kill you!! Host was quick to respond about last minute rental. Met great “local owners” at the pool and enjoyed 3 great days at the beach. Highly recommend this property. Not a high rise, plenty of parking, well equipped, very well maintained older condo. You won’t be disappointed.

Quiet Getaway

The location of the condo was perfect... far enough from crowds but close enough to walk the beach, pier, and restaurants - across from Flip-Flops, down the street from Ocean Annie's, and a 2 minute drive to a convenient store, more restaurants, and shops. Definitely would rent the unit again. The unit was clean, the bedrooms were a good size, and the view from the balcony – early in the morning, sitting with a nice cup of coffee to see the sunrise, hearing the beach in the background with a diagonal view of the beach, was beautiful. Wished we had stayed longer.

Prefect stay

We have never been to Myrtle Beach and this property was perfect. Bigger than the pictures make it seem. Literally right across the street from the beach. Super quiet. The place has everything you need In it. Swimming pool was also convenient. It's about 15 mins from the downtown main boardwalk. Shopping is less than ten minutes away. And everyone that lived/stayed there was super friendly. Will definitely be staying here again

1st VRBO stay

Good Location, no elevator, 48 steps + to room, neither sliding glass doors lock, shower stall & frame filthy, carpet on balcony needs to be vacuumed. screen door off track from the start. Bedding and pillows crammed up top every closet. Towel over bedroom window to keep out light . Would not recommend.

Hi Kathy! Thank you so much for your review! We do state in our booking information that our condo is unfortunately not handicap accessible and doesn't have an elevator. It was also mentioned that we are located on the 3rd floor. So sorry this information didn't come across clearly! We always love to hear feedback about cleanliness. Since your stay, we have hired a new cleaning service that is very detailed. Unfortunately beach condos can be quite small and have very little storage space so often times the closet is the best place to store bedding and pillows. Unfortunately we also don't own the building and have no control over that light in the hallway. We appreciate your review and will take it into consideration for future stays.

Relaxing trip

We wanted to stay at a place that was close to the beach. It was nice having bedding, cooking utensils and laundry provided. The place was in a quiet place in town. We felt relaxed after the vacation
