Il faut 1 minute et 20 secondes pour marcher de notre premier étage porte avant à la plage. Il ne faut que 20 secondes pour marcher à votre voiture garée sous notre condo. VOUS NE POUVEZ PAS TROUVER UN ACCÈS PLUS PROCHE À "LES DEUX" PARTOUT AILLEURS À MYRTLE BEACH !!!!
Shore Drive est une destination familiale très populaire. Shore Drive est une rue sans issue sans circulation. Notre condo côté océan est au premier étage avec un accès pratique à la plage et au parking couvert. Notre condo est meublé avec des couleurs vives et est fraîchement peint. Les fauteuils et le canapé du salon sont rembourrés pour votre confort. La table de la salle à manger peut accueillir six personnes confortablement et il y a deux tabourets au bar / comptoir. Animaux interdits.

SUPER ENDROIT!! Pelican's Landing est idéalement situé entre Myrtle Beach et North Myrtle Beach, près de la nouvelle autoroute 22 vers Conway et de l’autoroute 31. Nous sommes entre Barefoot Landing et Broadway at the Beach - les deux plus grandes attractions familiales. Plusieurs des 100 terrains de golf sont à proximité. Dans notre quartier, vous pouvez accéder au Super Wal Mart 24 heures sur 24, aux épiceries Kroger 24 heures sur 24, au centre commercial Tanger Outlet, au parcours de golf Arcadian, à la discothèque 2001 et au restaurant Row tout en évitant la circulation sur l'autoroute 17.

Vous pouvez vous promener sur la plage à une courte distance au sud de notre condo jusqu'au Ocean Annie's Beach Club et profiter de leur bar en bord de mer très prisé, d'un groupe de musiciens et de deux restaurants. Ou, vous pouvez marcher un peu au nord de la jetée de pêche Apache, qui est la plus longue jetée de pêche en bois de la côte sud-est. En plus de marcher sur la jetée ou de pêcher, vos enfants peuvent jouer à des jeux sur leur arcade. Il y a aussi un bon restaurant au bord de l'océan.

Very nice beach stay for a fair price

Brian was great to rent from. Easy renting and check in process. Place is very nice and perfect for 4-6 person groups. Literally a 2 minute walk to beach and pool from the door. Will be renting here in the future!

The condo had everything we needed plus more! The location was perfect, rate on the beach, close to restaurants and shops yet away from the congestion. It was very clean and well kept. We will definitely be returning, our family had the best time!

Family experience

Highly recommend this place!!

The condo was everything we needed with plenty of room and in an awesome location!! Everything was perfect! We had an issue with the dryer and Brian responded quickly and made sure to get it repaired promptly, even bringing extra bath towels, etc just in case! We will definitely be coming back here for another stay when able!!

We have owned this condo since new -- 40 years ago this year. Our adult children grew up with vacations here and now their children are reaping the benefits today as well. Now we enjoy our vacations with our children and grandchildren. We are retired and enjoy family get-togethers, traveling and visiting our other vacation property at Jefferson Landing Club, Jefferson, NC off the Blue Ridge parkway in the mountains.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We bought Pelican's Landing because it is on a dead end street with no flow through traffic. It is situated directly in the center of the Grand Strand halfway between all major tourist sites and destinations. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths so that you can bring grandma, grandpa, mom, dad and the kids. The entire neighborhood is well kept with no dilapidated buildings. You can access a Kroger 24/7 grocery store and a Wal Mart supercenter 24/7 without having to get on the highly traveled business highway 17.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Most importantly, we are consistently blessed with one of the largest ocean front beach areas on the Grand Strand. Your use and the close proximity of our amenities are understated benefits for our condo.
Our building is oceanfront, but our condo is not facing the ocean -- it is on the side of the building with limited ocean views, and this is why it is called oceanside. A limited view of the ocean from bedroom on the north side and a view of the ocean from the master bedroom balcony on the south side of the building. We are on the first floor with a very short walk to the beach. It takes 1 minute and 30 seconds to walk to the beach from our front door. It takes about 20 seconds to get to your car. You can park your car directly beneath the condo and walk up the steps directly to our unit. As opposed to parking a far away and taking an elevator to the 12th floor when the kids are through playing with it. Can you imagine carrying your luggage, groceries and beach stuff these distances? A quarter of a mile walk north is the longest wooden fishing pier in the southeast. Four properties south of us is Ocean Annies, an outdoor bar and band on the beach for you adults. Also, there are two ocean front restaurants at the same location. Across the street is a convenience store, shops, restaurants and FLIP FLOP'S BAR. Our condo complex has a low-density population. It is a four-story building ocean front and 3 story buildings across the street (not a 25 story). You can actually find a vacant chaise lounge by the oceanfront pool or second pool across the street and have some elbow room by the pool and on the beach.
