I’m sorry to hear that certain aspects did not meet your expectations. I would like to kindly clarify that our listing description, as well as the photos, clearly show the layout of the apartment, including that the bathrooms are located off the hallway and are not en suite. The home is accurately presented as a 2-bedroom plus den, with the den being an additional sleeping area featuring a queen bed and privacy wall rather than a traditional third bedroom. Your stay took place during the peak Easter season, when the property is at full capacity and families are enjoying the holiday. While this creates a lively and joyful atmosphere, we do understand that it may occasionally lead to more activity around shared areas such as the pool. That said, all of our units are equipped with hurricane impact windows, which are specifically designed to significantly reduce outside noise and provide a comfortable indoor environment. We also have quiet hours in place and always encourage guests to reach out to us immediately if anything feels disruptive so we can address it right away. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve and ensure future guests have clear expectations. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would be happy to welcome you back

Also, thank you for leaving the sand screws for the umbrellas and even sharing them with other guests. That was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the welcome items and wanted to clarify for future guests that we do provide starter supplies including trash bags, paper towels for the kitchen, toilet paper, hand soaps, cleaning supplies, coffee filters, often coffee, complimentary beach chairs, sun umbrellas, as well as complimentary washers and dryers in every apartment. Since many guests stay for longer periods, we simply recommend bringing extra supplies depending on personal usage and length of stay. We truly appreciate your stay and hope to welcome you and your family back again in the future.
