À côté de la plage publique Siesta Key, 60 marches seulement!
Mise à jour appartement 2 chambres et salon, 2 salles de bains complètes (1 lit King + 2 Twins + 1 Queen) 1,200 sq / ft. suite au deuxième niveau avec deux patios privés et vue partielle sur le golfe à partir de la 3ème chambre supplémentaire.
Tous les appartements ont été repeints et mis à jour en août 2019.
Tous nos appartements sont entièrement meublés et équipés avec des lave-linge, sèche-linge, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et 2 télévisions à écran plat.
Notre mini complexe hôtelier nommé Gumbo Limbo propose 2 grands duplex et une piscine à cascade à fond noir avec des salons et un espace barbecue.
Des chaises de plage, des parasols et des jouets de piscine / sable sont offerts gratuitement.
Wifi gratuit.

En haute saison (février à fin avril), nous louons du samedi au samedi exclusivement.

Trip was so much fun! Host was super nice and had great communication. Located right across the street from the beach and close to the free trolly stop. We went during "lovebug" season so the bugs were crazy!! But nobody can control that :) still loved our stay!

We had an amazing Four day girls trip! The location is absolutely perfect right across from public Beach Access, as well as across the street from one of the breeze trolley stops. We used the trolley several times to go into the village when we did not feel like making the walk. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas in the shed by the pool which we enjoyed using at the beach.The unit itself was very clean and well appointed. The only slight downside was because of the intimate nature of the property I was kept awake several nights hearing other guests out at the pool past quiet hours and I was able to hear the guests in the unit below us at night as well. However overall considering the value and the great location, we still had a great stay.

It really does make getting around the island easy and fun. We are also glad you enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, the pool area, and found the apartment very clean and well appointed. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the noise. Since our property is a smaller, intimate beach complex centered around a shared pool area, there can occasionally be some sounds from other guests enjoying their vacation. We do have quiet hours in place and always encourage guests to be respectful of one another. Thank you again for staying with us and for your kind recommendation. We would absolutely love to welcome your group back again for another Siesta Key getaway.
