Ce magnifique condo d'une chambre avec vue sur la mer et la piscine au dernier Ă©tage de ce complexe au bord de l'ocĂ©an a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© avec une nouvelle cuisine, une nouvelle salle de bain et un nouveau plancher. Il a un lit king size et un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon pour les membres de la famille ou des amis supplĂ©mentaires. Nous venons d'installer la climatisation, qui fonctionne trĂšs bien! Profitez de superbes vues sur la piscine et l'ocĂ©an depuis cette vĂ©randa de bonne taille oĂč vous pourrez vous restaurer ou vous dĂ©tendre du matin au soir. Nous avons Roku, donc si vous avez un compte Netflix ou Amazon, vous pouvez profiter de films spĂ©ciaux. Profitez de la piscine chauffĂ©e avec douche Ă  rincer, des toilettes et d'une bibliothĂšque Ă  l'abri avec des livres partagĂ©s. Il y a une porte au bord de l'ocĂ©an pour descendre sur les rochers et attraper un poisson pour le dĂźner. Il y a aussi un banc face Ă  l'ocĂ©an pour observer les baleines, les couchers de soleil toute l'annĂ©e et attraper le feu vert. Il est situĂ© parmi les beaux jardins et les palmiers cĂŽtiers sur Alii Drive, Ă  deux kilomĂštres Ă  pied des restaurants populaires (comme Huggo et Huggo's On the Rocks), des boutiques, des plages et bien plus encore. Il y a 140 $. Consultez les frais de nettoyage. Check-in est Ă  15h00 et le dĂ©part est Ă  11h00. A nice condo with a beautiful view

Our family stayed here for 5 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is right by the ocean and the view during daybreak is stunning.It is centrally located and you can reach many of the beaches and attractions in less than 30 mins. We bought groceries and cooked at the place as the kitchen was very well stocked. Highly recommendedminutes.

Awesome Stay.

My wife and I had a great stay. Pictures match the unit. The lanai is nice and private. Great for watching sunsets. Being on the third floor we had great breezes every night, only had to turn on the AC one night in 8. Pool and grills are clean and well kept. The complex is quiet. Location is perfect, can walk to Kailua. We highly recommend.

Paradise!

This was our first time on the Big Island and thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was everything as advertised and well equipped. We really enjoyed having our breakfast on the lanai each morning with a view of the pool and ocean, listening to the birds singing. We would stay here again.

Beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The bed was comfortable. The view was amazing. The owners were great about giving information about places to visit locally. We ate all of our meals on the lanai enjoying the sounds and views.

Beautiful condo with an amazing lanai overlooking the ocean.

Everything was exactly as advertised and then even better. Place is difficult to find when it is dark. Suggest a reference to it being located in the first building on the left rather than the parking spot which you cannot read on a rainy dark night. Experienced problems with the solar heating system for the pool, the first portion of our stay it was unheated and far too refreshing. But overall, we loved our stay at this wonderfully equipped/located vacation spot. Thank you, Danny and Donna

Big Island Adventure

This property is fantastic. Great place to stay. Condo has everything a couple could need. Very clean, well equipped, and loved the A/C unit in the bedroom. Wife loved the lani every morning. Can't say enough great things about this condo don't hesitate to stay here.

Great condo on the Big Island!

We enjoyed our second stay at the Alli Villas! This condo was everything we needed for our 8 day stay. It is well stocked with kitchen items, linens, and beach supplies including beach chairs, umbrella and snorkeling gear. The bed is very comfy. Donna was very responsive to a couple questions we had during our stay and also helped out in improving an issue at the property which was out of her control. We hope to return again and would deficntely book here if it's available!

Well-stocked condo

This unit contains everything you might possibly need, and the owner is very prompt to reply to any questions. The property is very quiet. Would not recommend this for families with children. The pool is fairly small, and they have a lot of signs that tell you not to bring any drinks, food, toys or floatation devices into the pool area. The condo was very clean and the bed is really comfortable. We were overall happy with our stay.

Great weekend get away!

My wife and I live on the island but needed a staycation get away for the weekend. The owner hosts were wonderful to work with and very fast in response. The condo is great and well stocked with everyday needs. We had the pool to ourselves for the most part. Very quiet around the property on the weekend. Close to the village and areas to order food. Overall excellent and I recommend this unit. Mahalo

Excellent condo!

I can’t emphasize enough what a gem this condo is- very clean, excellent accommodations, loved having the A/C, bed was very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, and the closet has beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and more! The only reason I didn’t give it full 5 stars is outside the control of the condo owners - the neighbors had a crying baby at all hours and we woke up one night to a domestic dispute in the parking lot below us. As I understand it full time residents are working with the authorities to address these issues.

Pleasant Stay

Clean and beautifully decorated condo. Has everything you can think of and even more. We enjoyed having breakfast at the lanai with a great view. The owners are very thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a pleasant stay and we wish we could stay longer.

Kona Condo

We are so happy to have found this condo! The condo was clean and ready for guests. Kitchen had plenty of supplies to cook at home. The views were amazing and the landscaping was beautiful. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and watching the sunset. The owners were responsive and kind. Would love to stay here again.

PERFECT condo and location!

Our stay in February 2019 at Donna’s condo was the best. Her condo had everything from the amazing view, comfortable bed, everything you need in the kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, large lanai, everything mentioned in the description and more. The weather was high 70’s and sunny. My husband and I enjoyed having the windows open with the overhead fans on the whole time. Donna’s recommendations from sight seeing, beaches, and restaurants were right on. Don’t hesitate to book this condo, you will not be disappointed. We would love to return and do it all over again. My wife & I met at the Kona Airport when she was working for Mokulele Airlines and I was going to flight school. I am a Water Operations Manager. We have been together for 15 1/2 yrs. and got married last Feb. in Bora Bora. It was my first cruise and we had a great time with friends. Between us we have five children and five grandchildren. I also have a condo over in Kauai at the Kauai Beach Resort. My wife is a Realtor/Broker on the Big island. Her name is Donna Bowles - RB-21681

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The top floor of our condo has great views overlooking the pool and the ocean. It has been completely remodeled with new appliances and furniture. This corner unit has an oversized private lanai. The library of books down by the pool is a nice addition. The ocean front bench and gate access to the rocks is a bonus. I like the idea of being able to walk to restaurants, shops and beaches too.

The benefit of the top floor and direction of the lanai allows you to enjoy great views overlooking the pool and the ocean in this true ocean front complex. The close proximity to town is also very appealing.
