**** 8 / 19- a mis à jour certains meubles de patio, a remplacé la table et les chaises, a fait laver la maison et les biens, 11/18 nous avons mis à jour le décor de la maison, 07 / 18- a remplacé l'unité centrale de climatisation. 04 / 18- nouveau tapis dans le salon et nous avons ajouté un nouveau barbecue.

Belle villa de 4 chambres au bord du lac se trouve sur une impasse calme. Nous avons une piscine creusée, chauffée et privée avec véranda. Notre piscine a un panneau de chauffage solaire. Nous offrons du chauffage au gaz pour la piscine si vous préférez. La terrasse de la piscine vous offre beaucoup de soleil ou vous pouvez préférer vous asseoir dans une chaise longue rembourrée sous le portique avec une vue à 180 degrés sur le lac. Profiter du lever du soleil avec du café ou des couchers de soleil avec votre boisson de choix ne vieillit jamais. Cet espace extérieur est incroyable et relaxant.

Nous avons des clÎtures «kiddie / pet» en option sur la véranda pour la sécurité des petits enfants et des animaux.

Nous sommes Ă  proximitĂ© des attractions Disney: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom et le Disney Strip qui regorgent de boutiques et de restaurants. Universal Studios est Ă©galement dans la rĂ©gion. Nous avons tant Ă  offrir. C'est un lecteur facile Ă  la plage sur la cĂŽte est ou la cĂŽte du golfe. Lakeland, Tampa, Saint-PĂ©tersbourg et Busch Gardens sont Ă©galement facilement accessibles en voiture. Vous prĂ©fĂ©rerez peut-ĂȘtre une promenade tranquille dans le quartier ou sur les sentiers de la nature qui entourent la rĂ©gion des lacs Crescent. Nous avons des parcs familiaux, des terrains de basket-ball et de tennis et un dĂ©panneur Ă  distance de marche de la maison.
La chambre principale a un magnifique lit queen à baldaquin avec salle de bains et dressing, lit queen dans la 2e chambre, 2 lits jumeaux dans les 3e et 4e chambres. Nous avons un canapé-lit pouvant accueillir 2 personnes. Téléviseurs avec télévision par cùble sont dans toutes les chambres et les espaces de vie. Il y a des ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres pour votre confort.
Le wifi est inclus pour votre confort.

Animaux acceptĂ©s. Nous n'aimons pas partir en vacances sans nos animaux de compagnie, nous ne voulons pas non plus que vous ayez Ă  le faire. Les animaux doivent ĂȘtre bien Ă©levĂ©s et la maison brisĂ©e.

Mecum Auto trip

Great house! Wish we could have enjoyed the pool but the weather didn’t cooperate

Stay Away This House!

It is worth remembering that when I rented the house, it belonged to another owner and he really cared about the house. Upon arrival, we found the house dirty with construction dust, a very strong smell of cigarettes, and a completely dirty bathroom. The house has no lights outside the pool, the heat is controlled by a neighbor who comes and turns it on and off whenever he wants because the owner refuses to give the code, the house has cameras outside where he monitors everything, so zero privacy. It was so stressful staying in this house that we decided to give it back to him; my family left a day early and I left with 2. And before Mr. Onyeka comes to talk to me about extra people, everything was duly paid for! If you want a good vacation, don't rent this place!

Amazing house

Our family had an amazing time. Everything was so close to house from the theme parks and attractions to the restaurants and grocery stores. The did not disappoint and we will be back again

Very nice house and lovely neighbors

The house is lovely. Kitchen is very well stocked. Great location for the attractions we visited. Be advised that traffic in this area can be overwhelming depending on what you are used to. The Orlando area is expanding. Lovely the living room furniture. So nice to enjoy the beautiful pool. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home with amazing pool!

We stayed here in Aug 2023 and had such an amazing time that we ended up extending our stay by a few more days! The home was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The backyard/pool is what stole the show! It was an absolute treat to be able to enjoy a warm gas-heated pool almost every night, especially after coming home from a long day at the parks. This house was so pet friendly as well with its retractable backyard gate - our dog enjoyed sun-bathing and chasing the geckos. We absolutely recommend this home and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Very nice home

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay in Feb. This home is located in a quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbours. Living area is comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. Theresa was always prompt to answer any questions although instructions on site were excellent and everything was working fine. We spent our time enjoying the large, heated pool and lanai. The canal view with wildlife was entertaining and backyard felt very private. We appreciated being able to bring our little dog. She exhausted herself daily chasing geckos. Would definitely recommend this lovely home. Thankyou Theresa for your hospitality.

Love This House!

Even Hurricane Ian couldn't ruin this vacation! This house is great for relaxing but is 10 miles from the parks. Lots of good restaurants and shopping. Thanks to Theresa for all of her help!

Cool and quiet

This property was perfect for my family. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, which was important to us as my youngest goes to bed early. The house kept cool the entire stay, which was another huge hit for us. The pool was a perfect temp and the patio area was clean and had plenty of shaded seating areas. We went to the Disney parks during our stay and it took about 30 minutes to get to and from. Theresa was very quick about responding to any questions I had. We will definitely be staying at this house again in the future!

Great Villa for young and old

We don't do the parks much these days but why should we? We found Heatherlake to be a peaceful and tranquil spot. Very clean kitchwn well stocked with appliances and every utensil you would ever need! Theresa the host was ever obliging and just left us to enjoy ourselves, but always there if needed. I can thoroughly recommend Heatherlake to all age groups as you have the parks, Disney etc. on your doorstep and Kennedy Space Center a mere 45minutes drive as well as all the other attractions that Kissimmee has to offer.

We are returning.

This property has everything we needed for our four week stay. The close proximity of both Walmart and Publics make for easy shopping and the house is a short drive from a multitude of various restaurants on the 192. The house was spotless on arrival is comfortable, well equipped and with adjustable seats in the lounge area, perfect for a brief nap. The outside area was ideal with a shady sitting area, with a ceiling fan and a built in barbecue, sublime for outside living. The owner was very accommodating with our request for a late checkout and the management company, Gary, corrected a minor issue in a matter of minutes, we could not ask for better service. The wildlife living in and around the pond at the rear of the house was enticing and watching the osprey fish and the various wading birds was joyful. All in a wonderful and pleasant location, so much so we intend to return next year.

Fantastic place for our winter get away!

We couldn't have selected a nicer placer to stay. The home was move in ready and very well maintained. The location was perfect; close enough to the attractions, but far enough away that we could relax and enjoy the pool and the lake behind the house. The homeowners were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. It was the perfect get away after being sheltered in for the last year. We look forward to returning to Florida and will definitely stay here again.

Long Weekend in Orlando

The property is entirely as described. Spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Orlando is a large and growing place so plan for some distance and time to get around. We will stay here again should the opportunity occur.

Wonderful home

The house was very clean and had comfortable furniture and beds. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and not too far from Disney. Theresa was great! One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in!

Great relaxing time

We have used Vrbo (or Home Away) for our vacations for several years. This home was, by far, the most well appointed and amenities inclusive stay we've ever experienced. The home is beautiful. The pool area is amazing and we used it often. The location is excellent whether you're there to relax, see Disney, or any other venue. We had a great time and would love to stay there again.

Perfect Getaway

My Husband and I, and our dog, rented this house for a long-needed vacation. As soon as you enter this house, you can tell how it is well-maintained. The owner supplied everything we needed. We ended up staying at the house 99% of the time - we didn't go to any of the parks, even though the location of this house is close to the parks. We sat on the back porch and watched the geckos! Hopefully, if we decide to go to FL again, we will definitely rent this house again.

I live in Pennsylvania with my wife and kids. I visited Kissimmee Florida and after looking at different homes I was considering as a vacation home for my family, I was drawn to this location and this home. There's a sense of calm and quietness I felt when I visited the neighborhood and the view from the back of this home is breathless.
I enjoy being in nature, feeling the cool breeze on my skin, watching the ripples on the lake and the birds that come around. It feels so soothing...
This home has both the proximity to all the major theme parks (Disney, Sea World, Universal and so many other activities) as well as having the privacy and space that other housing developments don't.
We are blessed to have this home and we would like to share it with others.

This neighborhood is on the outskirts of Kissimmee and being at the end of a cul-de-sac with a backyard lake view is an added bonus. The neighborhood is so serene and beautiful. The neighbors are so kind and willing to help with anything.
