PROCHE DE DISNEY, VILLA DE LUXE AU LAC, ANIMAL FAMILIER

**** 8 / 19- a mis à jour certains meubles de patio, a remplacé la table et les chaises, a fait laver la maison et les biens, 11/18 nous avons mis à jour le décor de la maison, 07 / 18- a remplacé l'unité centrale de climatisation. 04 / 18- nouveau tapis dans le salon et nous avons ajouté un nouveau barbecue.

Belle villa de 4 chambres au bord du lac se trouve sur une impasse calme. Nous avons une piscine creusée, chauffée et privée avec véranda. Notre piscine a un panneau de chauffage solaire. Nous offrons du chauffage au gaz pour la piscine si vous préférez. La terrasse de la piscine vous offre beaucoup de soleil ou vous pouvez préférer vous asseoir dans une chaise longue rembourrée sous le portique avec une vue à 180 degrés sur le lac. Profiter du lever du soleil avec du café ou des couchers de soleil avec votre boisson de choix ne vieillit jamais. Cet espace extérieur est incroyable et relaxant.

Nous avons des clôtures «kiddie / pet» en option sur la véranda pour la sécurité des petits enfants et des animaux.

Nous sommes à proximité des attractions Disney: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom et le Disney Strip qui regorgent de boutiques et de restaurants. Universal Studios est également dans la région. Nous avons tant à offrir. C'est un lecteur facile à la plage sur la côte est ou la côte du golfe. Lakeland, Tampa, Saint-Pétersbourg et Busch Gardens sont également facilement accessibles en voiture. Vous préférerez peut-être une promenade tranquille dans le quartier ou sur les sentiers de la nature qui entourent la région des lacs Crescent. Nous avons des parcs familiaux, des terrains de basket-ball et de tennis et un dépanneur à distance de marche de la maison.
La chambre principale a un magnifique lit queen à baldaquin avec salle de bains et dressing, lit queen dans la 2e chambre, 2 lits jumeaux dans les 3e et 4e chambres. Nous avons un canapé-lit pouvant accueillir 2 personnes. Téléviseurs avec télévision par câble sont dans toutes les chambres et les espaces de vie. Il y a des ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres pour votre confort.
Le wifi est inclus pour votre confort.

Animaux acceptés. Nous n'aimons pas partir en vacances sans nos animaux de compagnie, nous ne voulons pas non plus que vous ayez à le faire. Les animaux doivent être bien élevés et la maison brisée.

Heatherlake Villa was a great find! Check in was easy. Inside it was spacious, updated and stylishly designed. Beds were very comfortable. The theater room is impressive. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The pool was very clean, with a nice water view and surprisingly quiet. The host was also very kind. We would stay again.

Great Get Away

Great house! Wish we could have enjoyed the pool but the weather didn’t cooperate…..rented the house to attend the Mecum Auto Auction……worked out great! Would definitely stay here again in the future!!!

Wonderful home

The house was very clean and had comfortable furniture and beds. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and not too far from Disney. Theresa was great! One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in!

Love This House!

Even Hurricane Ian couldn't ruin this vacation! This house is great for relaxing but is 10 miles from the parks. Lots of good restaurants and shopping. Thanks to Theresa for all of her help!

Awesome experience

We were very pleased with everything at this property. The house was fully equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Spent a lot of time in the pool and on the lanai. It was perfect and would definitely stay there again!

Great house for a good price!

We loved the pool, everything we needed was there. From a high chair for our baby to ice in the freezer we had ALL we needed. The lake is nice to look at, there was even a baby gator in there!! (Completely safe though...it is Florida after all). We have already discussed renting this property again later this year!

Fantastic place for our winter get away!

We couldn't have selected a nicer placer to stay. The home was move in ready and very well maintained. The location was perfect; close enough to the attractions, but far enough away that we could relax and enjoy the pool and the lake behind the house. The homeowners were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. It was the perfect get away after being sheltered in for the last year. We look forward to returning to Florida and will definitely stay here again.

Toilet leaking on arrival. No instructions on TV use. Lake access out back was GREAT. Easy access to house and Garage.

Thanks for your feedback. As you were made aware. No leak was found when the plumber came to check the toilet. All that was found was that a screw of the toilet to the floor was a little loose. As regards the TV, I'm sorry it was difficult for you to use. It's a new Smart TV and the assumption was that usage would be self explanatory but we will try to add some instructions to make things clearer.

Very nice house and lovely neighbors

The house is lovely. Kitchen is very well stocked. Great location for the attractions we visited. Be advised that traffic in this area can be overwhelming depending on what you are used to. The Orlando area is expanding. Lovely the living room furniture. So nice to enjoy the beautiful pool. Would highly recommend.

The pictures are an accurate reflection of the property. The property is clean and located in a quiet neighbourhood. The owner and housekeeper were very responsive to queries. The damage deposit had been fully refunded before we even arrived home from our stay.

Our stay was wonderful.

The house was spacious and clean. We had a pet and needed something pet friendly and this was perfect. The owner supplied everything we needed to make it feel like home. My grandsons loved the pool area and the boys bedroom. The house was decorated nicely and was very welcoming. It was in a quiet area and felt very private but was only a short drive to all the attractions. My family loved that there were TVs in every room and the sound system for music while out in the pool. We will go back there again!

Nice, quiet stay

We stayed for 4 nights on a staycation. It was quiet and just what we were looking for. The AC had a clogged drain when we first arrived. One call to the management company and Tonya was there within 30 minutes and then the repairman was there shortly after. Great service! We thoroughly enjoyed lounging in the pool. The neighborhood is a bit older but very quiet.

Home away from Home!

We stayed in this beautiful home for 3 weeks with our family. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the pool and used it daily. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of privacy. We did meet a couple of neighbors and they were very friendly. Therese is a great host...she provided everything we needed. She even checked-in with us the morning after we arrived to see how things were going and if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this home.to anyone visiting the area.

I live in Pennsylvania with my wife and kids. I visited Kissimmee Florida and after looking at different homes I was considering as a vacation home for my family, I was drawn to this location and this home. There's a sense of calm and quietness I felt when I visited the neighborhood and the view from the back of this home is breathless.
I enjoy being in nature, feeling the cool breeze on my skin, watching the ripples on the lake and the birds that come around. It feels so soothing...
This home has both the proximity to all the major theme parks (Disney, Sea World, Universal and so many other activities) as well as having the privacy and space that other housing developments don't.
We are blessed to have this home and we would like to share it with others.

This neighborhood is on the outskirts of Kissimmee and being at the end of a cul-de-sac with a backyard lake view is an added bonus. The neighborhood is so serene and beautiful. The neighbors are so kind and willing to help with anything.
