P46 - Belle maison rénovée du cÎté du golfe avec piscine et quai!

CANAL AVANT

C'est un charmant 2 chambres avec mezzanine 2 salles de bain, la maison unifamiliale est située sur le cÎté du golfe. Cette maison offre une piscine privée à chauffage facultatif, un amarrage en eau profonde pour un bateau et un bel espace de vie extérieur.

Le niveau de vie principal offre une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec tous vos besoins de cuisine, salle à manger et salon. Vous trouverez également 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain à ce niveau. Le troisiÚme étage abrite 2 chambres (lit Queen) et une baignoire. La troisiÚme chambre est une chambre de style loft et n'a pas de porte.

Les motifs sont luxuriants avec un paysage tropical et la piscine est parfaite pour se prélasser à l'ombre ou profiter du soleil. Il y a une grande douche extérieure ainsi qu'une station de nettoyage du poisson. Si vous avez besoin d'une pause du soleil, il y a un bar spacieux et salle à manger situé sur la terrasse de la piscine.

Les maisons sont équipées d'Internet sans fil, cùble, barbecue à gaz et tous les draps sont fournis.

C'est le refuge parfait pour ceux qui aiment pĂȘcher. La maison est situĂ©e sur le cĂŽtĂ© du golfe et offre une station de nettoyage du poisson et des impuretĂ©s pour un bateau. De la maison, vous ĂȘtes Ă  un court trajet du pont Vaca Cut ou du pont 7 Mile.

Wonderful Week!

We had a great week at this property. The space was perfect for us and our adult son. We used the pool every day and appreciated the beach towels and fishing poles. We had one issue with some cleaning but management was very responsive and handled to our satisfaction. We will be back and plan to take advantage of dock and get a boat for the week!

Family Vacation

We had a great week vacation! This house is great for the whole family. The location is great with easy access for boating and local restaurants. The house was very clean, fully equipped in the kitchen for cooking meals and plenty of towels for the pool and the bathrooms. Our family had a great time and would definitely come back again.

I have nothing negative to say about this property. Very well stock, pool was great. Would definitely stay here again. To top the vacation off we saw a manatee on our last day. Thank You for a great vacation!

Total scam – Avoid at all costsThis place was a nightmare. The pool was filthy and unusable, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the power was cut off during our stay. To make things worse, they stole our deposit with fake claims about cleaning costs, even though the property was already in terrible condition when we arrived.They are scammers. Do not waste your money here – there are far better options with honest hosts.

Great home

My girlfriend , daughter, son in law, granddaughter and her boyfriend stayed for a week. Very clean cool home with a great pool and was very private and pleasant. I told the property manager that I would be trying to book the home in the future. Stayed at many different places in marathon before but we all absolutely loved this home above all of the others.

Favorite Vacay house ever!

We fell in love with this house and property. There were 5 of us on vacation together and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The house is beautiful and extremely well maintained. The pool was perfect! Getting our boat in and out of the canal was a straight shot, it could not have been easier. The layout of the house was great, the kitchen well stocked, the rooms were so comfortable. We could have stayed forever! Thank you!!

Family vacation !!!

It was nice we didn’t know that we had to pay extra for the pool to be on a colder temperature... we called 2 days into our vacation and were informed of this ....The boatlift that is shown on picture you cannot use and you must do some wash before you leave ,but they had no laundry detergent or bleach we had to run out last minute to do this before leaving the house nest an orderly ,also make sure you bring enough toilet paper and paper towels ....house has only one roll for each bathroom and one paper towel in kitchen . Besides all that ,weather was great and vacation with family was fun !!!!

If renting I would suggest a bug spray for the no see ems that do appear when more humid and less windy. Like a mosquito bite but not really visible.

Beautiful House in Marathon, Convenient to Gulf and Atlantic

The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owners had it well provisioned with a large supply of dishes, cookware, utensils, bath towels, spices, beach towels, kayaks etc.--more than any rental we previously experienced. We cooked 5 out of 7 evenings since we were limiting our dining out due to Covid-19. However, there are so many great restaurants in Marathon for those who would rather not cook. It was also wonderful having the pool especially since it was a very hot week. Very convenient to the Gulf and Atlantic for those who like to fish, snorkel or dive. We actually caught some fish! We would definitely rent this property again if staying in the Marathon area.

Wonderful peaceful vacation home

Myself and five teens/young adults had a wonderful seven days in June. The checkin process was touchless and efficient, the home spotless, spacious, cool and modern. The pool was clean and refreshing and the outside sitting area peaceful and secluded from neighbors either side. No concerns about noise or disruptions from neighbors .. there are small dogs next door but I was in the room closest and didnt really find their barking especially intrusive. Canal is clean and quiet and has quick access to the gulf. Absolutely recommend.

Fantastic Marathon Rental

We had a wonderful stay here at the end of August, 2019. The house is terrific and was spotless upon check in. The location was great and Marathon is an excellent choice if your intention is to visit the Keys. Definitely would repeat.

The house was really nice and we enjoy the week

The rental personal was not friendly or professional we don’t feel welcomed at all, they said we need to bring basic stuff like toilet paper and the house was full equipment and also lm not agree to have to clean oven or bbq we pay for cleaning service... l will be back to the house just don’t feel ok with the rental personal.

Great Home great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our winter break in sunny Marathon FL. Well maintained home in friendly neighborhood. Our collage aged kids loved the downstairs bar/ game room. Kayaks provided. Excellent proximity to the Gulf for fishing we practically sunk our boat with mackerel. Five Stars!!

Wonderful stay at a well kept home! Will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very clean and very well maintained. The property management company went above and beyond. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night. They had lights on in the house for us and the AC down so it was cool and comfortable when we arrived. We called the office a couple times during the week to get suggestions on various things to do and they were so helpful and accommodating. The pool and grounds were a tropical paradise. Location was great. We already booked our next trip back to this home! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
