Grand espace avec un trĂšs haut plafond, laveuse sĂ©cheuse petite kitchenette. Nouvelle construction terminĂ©e en 2017. face Ă  la baie SF beaucoup de fenĂȘtres, avec accĂšs Ă  la cour.

Plancher en bois et belle salle de bain privĂ©e petite kitchenette, avec une entrĂ©e privĂ©e. Vous avez une grande cour privĂ©e. Il y a beaucoup de fenĂȘtres qui permettent au soleil de traverser avec une belle vue sur la baie SF du pont Golden Gate de l'Ăźle d'Alcatraz au pont San Mateo.

Very nice view. Very private. Very clean.

Hardwood floors, glass shower doors, kitchenette, make it cozy and feeling like home away from home. I wood recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful view!

Alabsolutely gorgeous view with big windows. Balcony is beautiful during the day and night. Unit has lots of amenities, and a very modern bathroom.

Forestland stay

Faz is an attentive host and is highly responsive. The studio has a nice view. Two important notes: 1) the wifi was a bit intermittent. Faz made efforts to improve it during my stay, which ultimately helped. 2) This is an inhabited residence, so you will hear talking and walking above you (and lots of laughter, which made me smile). I, thankfully, had earplugs, which allowed me to sleep past the time that the people upstairs were up and about. The door that leads down to the studio has an open space above it, so as I could hear the residents, I imagine they could hear me too. The location was convenient for my needs and I appreciated having a washer and dryer in the space.

Beautiful studio perched on the Oakland Hills

The location of this quiet studio is exceptional, and in the midst of trees the view of the Bay is grandiose. The studio is well appointed, modern, spacious, with everything you need. Faz is very gracious and attentive to details, the perfect host.

All about the view

The view was great and the unit had everything I needed. Faz was really friendly and flexible. The kitchenette has a hot plate, microwave, small fridge and kettle, coffee maker, and some other appliances - no oven. When I first go there, I had some trouble at first finding the right door but eventually got it. The bed is low to the ground but that was fine. It's a great location in the Oakland hills, not far from some gorgeous hiking and still only a 15-20 minute drive to many places in Oakland and Berkeley.

Simple, hip, relaxed, and beautiful.

The Oakland Hills are an interesting area, where houses built into the hills are incredibly unique in their structures. This lovely house is no exception. Faz made sure I was comfortable even though I had a late flight and didn't arrive until after midnight. He made me feel very welcome and that my stay was important to him. A great experience.

Great Place in the Hills

Wake up early for the great sunrise. Accomodating owner and a quiet location to relax. Modern finishes with everything you need for a quick getaway. Fun drive to get there as well!

The studio apartment is lovely, has good amenities and the owner is friendly and helpful. The location would be impossible to find without GPS, but using GPS it was easy. A few of the amenities need a bit more attention (e.g. no microwave but heating element that had no manual; washer-dryer setup with stain remover and fabric softener sheets but no detergent; WiFi was weak). But Faz was very nice and I liked having a place in the hills where I could retreat after many business meetings during the day.

A very nice stay

Quiet, clean, airy, comfortable, with a lovely view of the bay. Very friendly owner. Perched on the side of steep terrain, near wild areas ( Redwood Regional Park; Tilden Park) driving is exciting. Love to return.

Very Modern/New

The drive up is a bit confusing but it’s extremely gorgeous, so that makes up for it. The actual house has a very modern look to it. Quite a few stairs but that’s hardly an issue. Nice bed. The bathroom was amazing. The entire place is extremely clean and smells great. The loft feels very expensive and classy, which is cool. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to stay somewhere peaceful and safe, with a really cool view.

Beautiful, peaceful, quiet and inviting!

We were extremely pleased with our stay in this lovely home. Accommodations were comfortable and met our needs perfectly. The addition of beautiful outdoor deck areas offered breathtaking views of the San Francisco Bay and greater Oakland area, from high above appropriately named, "Forestland." The overall experience offers a restful, very peaceful and quiet environment. Our host perfectly balanced his role in offering assistance with gracious overtures to make sure we were comfortable and welcome, while also avoiding any intrusive behaviors. Faz made communication easy and any questions we had, which were few, were answered very quickly. I find that a host with good communication skills makes for a pleasant overall stay! We would be very happy to return to this lovely home, and will undoubtedly do so!

Cozy apartment that is exactly what I expected. The description is real. The owner is very nice and accommodating. The decor is modern and comfortable. Beautiful view from atop the hill. Its a bit of a drive to get here, but worth it once you arrive.
