Grande maison privée sur la superficie, proche de tout. À quelques minutes du centre-ville de Sandpoint et de la station de ski de Schweitzer. Parfait pour les couples et les réunions de famille. Home cinéma, sauna, cuisine gastronomique, linge de luxe.

La maison Brite est située dans un cadre paisible, à quelques minutes au nord de Sandpoint. Accès rapide à Schweitzer, au centre-ville de Sandpoint, aux boutiques et aux restaurants.
En hiver, profitez du feu après une longue journée de neige.
En été, reposez-vous sur les deux ponts et profitez d'un barbecue familial.

La maison Brite est située sur un chemin de terre à moins d'1/2 mile de l'autoroute 95. Selon la saison, il peut y avoir de la boue ou de la neige légère sur la route. Envisager un véhicule à traction intégrale en hiver.
Il y a un passage à niveau juste à côté de l'autoroute, qui n'a pas de barrière.

The Brite house was great and more than served as a wedding hub for my daughter's wedding. Thanks to the host for allowing the day before the wedding event. Very nice home.

Family vacation

Property was great. They had a pretty significant leak in the house and had to do repairs while we were there. But the hist made everything right. I will definitely be returning next year.

Perfect Getaway

Our group was fairly small - a total of 6 people, so the house was much bigger than we needed, but it ended up being great because everyone had peace and quiet. We booked this house for a weekend of skiing and it was great. Close enough to Schweitzer for a quick 25 minute drive to the mountain. What I particularly loved about this home was that it felt private and tucked away. The kids (ages 9 and 13) loved the movie room, and all of us loved the air hockey and foosball table. Would definitely recommend this for future trips!

Well equipped & family friendly!

Loved our stay at this place. Would recommend. Spacious & bright, a fully stocked kitchen, loads of beds, campfire area, delightful front porch & swings. The theater room was a hit as was the game cupboard. A few updates needed but nothing major. Cozy & comfortable. And Sorin is friendly & responsive. Sandpoint is such a fun town!

Carpenter Family Summer Get Away

The home was clean and welcoming and located in a serene and beautiful private setting. Great kitchen and living space - and the 5 bedrooms were all large and easily accommodated our large family of 4 generations. The owner was great to work with and was quick to respond to a couple of questions that came up. We all really enjoyed this place - and, location was perfect for day visits to Schweitzer Mountain (20 minute drive) and Silverwood (40 minutes) - and just 10 minutes away from downtown and City Beach. We all had such a great time! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Great House for Groups

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a group of 14 adults and 5 toddlers/infants and it was perfect for a group that size. It was in the woods and nicely isolated but still only 10 minutes to town and 40 minutes to Silverwood. There were plenty of bedrooms with different bedroom setup options for different families. The kitchen was mostly nicely stocked (no round pizza pans or brownie pans that we could find). There were multiple tables so the group could split up to play different board/card games. There was a theater room that the teens loved. Overall, after spending 2 days at Silverwood, we were able to relax and chill all day at the house and be comfortable and entertained. Would love to come back!

Perfect fit for our group

Booking this property was a last-minute pivot in lieu of some rainy camping! From my initial communication with Alyce, to the perfect fit of our stay, everything about this property was incredible! We arrived to a clean and well-equipped home with all the space (and then some!) for our large group of students! We brought along extra items (Keurig, serving platters, etc.) thinking we would need them to feed our crew, and we were so impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was. Each bedroom had ample space for each group of our crew, and the bonus spaces downstairs were a hit! All the bathrooms were a great bonus, too. We can't say enough positive things about our experience here and plan to book this property outright (rather than as a Plan B) next year when we will be in the area again! So thankful for this gem of a property!

Great Family Space

There was 15 of us and fit comfortably in the house. We actually loved the nature and beauty of the area. We saw deer and turkeys and the kids loved it! The owners were so helpful when we had an issue with the heat and spent quite a bit of their Thanksgiving working with us. Great people! We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again!

We moved to Sandpoint in 2007 and, along with our four children, have enjoyed boating, hiking and gardening in the summers, as well as skiing in the winters. Alyce and I are both professionals and run a local business.

Located just a few minutes north of town, we fell in love with the this large beautiful home. It sits on 5 acres, with 3 other cottages on the property. The Brite House is the main home and is over 5600 sq feet. It is close to all of Sandpoint's recreational offerings, yet is in a private tranquil setting.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Brite House welcomes you with a large portico area in front, with two swings. Its front entrance features has a large covered deck with a barbecue where you can relax and wait for friends to arrive. There is an additional deck and porch in front of the home with an additional barbecue area on the ground level. With many alcoves to relax and take in the beauty and serenity Idaho has to offer, friends and families can get together, forget about the cares of home and connect with each other and with nature. The home feature a large open space connecting the kitchen, living room and dining room, where friends can eat, relax, play games and just enjoy each other's company. the There is a home theatre room where you can stream movies from the comfortable theatre seating area. The game room and kitchenette downstairs allow for smaller groups to enjoy different parts of the home, without interference. Being a large family ourselves and frequently staying in short term vacation rentals, we have set this home up the way we would like to find other homes. We hope you enjoy this home and find it a great haven to have family reunions, get together with old friends and enjoy this gorgeous area with all it has to offer.
