Vous allez adorer l'accĂšs facile Ă  la plage et Ă  la piscine, ainsi que la magnifique pelouse Ă  l'avant, idĂ©ale pour faire voler des cerfs-volants et permettre aux enfants de jouer. Faites griller certains de vos plats prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s sur les meilleurs stands de barbecue du monde, tout en regardant les magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la plage.
Ce complexe de 1 chambre, 1, 5 salles de bains est l'un des rares complexes de faible hauteur de Destin. Windancer est situĂ© dans un endroit calme, avec une plage privĂ©e et seulement 4 Ă©tages d'unitĂ©s. Moins d’unitĂ©s signifie que vous n’aurez pas Ă  combattre la foule en essayant de profiter de la plage.

Miramar Beach Condo

This is a nice little condo right on the beach. It is clean, but a bit older. The couch has some issues making it uncomfortable and the bunk beds are in the hall if you have children.

Our stay was fantastic, Lucy responded very quickly with some of my crazy questions. The condo was just as described along with the view, the beach, and pool were right out the back patio door. Would love to stay again.

Favorite place to stay!

The condo is very clean and comfortable. Lucy is amazing and sends info well in advance. She has everything you will need for your stay. Clear instructions for checking in/out. Our favorites are the view of the ocean from the comdo, short walk to the beach, a few steps from the pool, and a short drive to all the shopping you need! Our favorite place to stay!

Perfect family getaway

Our family of 5 stayed for spring break. 1st floor access, very close proximity to the pool and grill. Steps away from the beach. Master bed was so comfortable. Only con is the master bedroom was right next to the elevator and the people above us were very noisy. Thankfully they usually settled before 11pm. Overall it was a great stay on a beautiful beach. We will be back.

Could use some updates in Kit and Baths.

The owner claims this unit was updated in 2018 but could use a few more updates, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. It is in a great location near shopping and restaurants. The only negative is the cleanliness of the unit. There were wet spill stains near the nightstand in the bedroom and the kitchen cabinets were grimy and sticky.

Great property!

We absolutely loved being on the ground floor! This location is right off the boardwalk to the beach, and directly across from the entrance to the pool, leaving a great view of the ocean, and even some grass for the kids to throw the football back and forth on! It was great being able to go right out the back door onto the beach, which also cut down on tracking sand through the condo! I think I’m spoiled to the ground floor now! My only suggestion would be to have a way to lock the back door from the outside while at the beach, but it was easy enough just to have one person go around the front and open the door. I love the smaller condo feel vs a high rise now, lots of room on the beach for everyone and never any lines at the showers/hoses. The building is in a great area, and the crew on the beach was so friendly and helpful! A++!

Over paid.

Decor was fine, washer and dryer newer. Condition of (chipped) flooring, trim, countertops , slider curtains were poor and are need of updating and some work such as fresh paint on all baseboards and trim. Also Bathroom vanities need updating. This unit is very worn! For the price of the stay , one would expect a updated and immaculate unit!

Windy but fun

The wind blew very hard all weekend but it was gorgeous. We all had a blast despite the wind and it is perfect for a family of five. We hope to come back soon.

overall a great property and even better location

We absolutely loved the location of this property. Living room furniture was not in the best condition but was definitely functional (didn't use the pull out couch). You can clearly tell it is a rental property. Master Bedroom and bunk for my son worked out great for our family and were in great condition and comfortable. There was a rainstorm that happened prior to our arrival and flooding of the road made it difficult to drive in/out. We were told residents were unable to leave for 2 days. Something needs to be done to fix the drainage. The location is definitely the star of this property. We will definitely return for another visit to Miramar Beach!!

Perfect stay!

You can’t beat the easy access to the beach and pool at Windancer! Having a ground floor condo was perfect. We really liked the fact that this was a smaller condo complex, as there was always room on the beach and in the pool. It had a laid back family feel. The owner was very responsive to all communication, which we really appreciated. I would note that you will need to buy things like toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, etc. They give you enough to get started but not to last a week. (2 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towel, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 trash bags). We plan to return!

AMAZING

This was our first time to Miramar Beach and we will absolutely be returning. This unit was perfect for our family. It was clean, beautiful, and location was perfect. The unit had everything we could have needed and more. I love that it was ground level and walked out right to the pool. It’s literally feet from the beach with a gorgeous view. The beach isn’t overly crowded plus you get the beach service with chairs and umbrella. The beach is the most beautiful beach I’ve been to in America. Clear warm water and white soft sand. Everything you need is in close proximity - grocery, restaurants, souvenirs, family activities. We will for sure be returning. Thank you!

Overall great area and rental! Owner was quick to respond and great communication!

We’ve stayed in Fort Walton and Destin in quite a few different areas. This is the first time in Miramar and in this particular condo. Overall we really enjoyed it. Our kids (age 5 and 7) made friends the whole week with multiple families and played at the beach and pool together often. The Area is close to restaurants and shopping without being in the middle of the crazy Destin traffic during peak season. We had one minor issue toward the end of the stay (not owners fault) and they were quick to respond so it could be addressed and the next renters weren’t affected. If there was anything “negative” I would save I didn’t particularly care for the arrangement of the chair/umbrella setup at the beach but that’s not within the owners control. We’re used to having the chairs setup in a row close to the beach but these were in a “U” shape and closeness to the water was assigned on a first come first serve basis when you check in. So we were at the very back of the U the whole time until the very last day when all the other people had gone home on Saturday and we stayed until Sunday. It just wasn’t very convenient for us with kids that wanted to be playing and building sand castles by the water all day and have no shade near the water where we could watch them. But we made do and still had an amazing time! We come to the area 2-3 times a year for family trips, couples, girls trips, etc. and loved Miramar and Sandestin!

Wonderful stay and location

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway! The property sits right on the beach and we did not have to worry about a crowd of people. I loved the privacy and Lucy was a great host. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

First Anniversary

We celebrated our first anniversary at our favorite beach. We typically come with our family so this was just my husband and I. We love Miramar Beach and this was a fabulous rental! It met all of our expectations and did exactly what it needed for the two of us.
