Cottage moderne nouvellement construit au coeur du centre-ville de Pensacola.  Phoebe's Place 2 a été construit en Mars 2018, et dispose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, cour entièrement clôturée, grand patio et un grand porche.  La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec ustensiles de cuisine, ustensiles, mixeur, mixeur, grille-pain, micro-ondes en acier inoxydable, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur. 1 King et 2 Queen Chambres sont toutes de plain-pied avec 2 salles de bains, cuisine / salon et buanderie. Extra large drive vous donne un parking privé dans la rue.  Ce chalet est à seulement 5 pâtés de maisons du centre-ville historique de Palafox Street et d'innombrables restaurants fantastiques.  Il est proche du stade de baseball de Wahoo, et à seulement 8 miles de Pensacola Beach!

We were visiting the Pensacola area to attend my brothers Navy Winging ceremony, and our stay was made that much better thanks to our stay. The rooms were tidy and clean; the house had ample space for all 4 of us staying there. The house itself was located close to many of the local places, but still in a quiet spot in town where we could relax. It was great place to stay for our visit and provide my family and I a much needed home away from home during our trip.

The house was very well equipped with everything one could need - and even some stuff they didn't realize they'd need, like a TOWEL WARMER! :DWe are locals, so we weren't here for "the beach", but there were lots of 'Beach Needs' available.Check in/out was super easy. We didn't have any issues during our stay.

This was a wonderful part of our mini vacation to Pensacola. Everything was easy and the house is nice, immaculately cleaned and roomy. We even discovered a beautiful patio and yard in the back. If we come again this is my first choice! Also close to downtown area. You can walk there.

I am from Nashville Tennessee and I had a vrbo listing in Nashville and decided I wanted to do one in an area that I could come and enjoy a vacation myself so I chose Pensacola. Pensacola reminds me a lot of Nashville and you get the benefit of having a beach nearby. I love Pensacola and I wanted to share my home so that people could experience Pensacola in a home that was given a lot of tlc and attention to comfort.

This property is located in the hip up and coming downtown area of Pensacola which has a vibe similar to my home town of Nashville Tennessee. What I really love is the close proximity to the downtown restaurants and being 8 miles from Pensacola Beach. You can enjoy dinner at the Bay and daytime fun in the sun at the beach.
