We are a pet friendly property and we customize the home based on number of guests and if you are bringing pets, so be sure you add them to your reservation. Just a short stroll will lead you to fantastic restaurants, vibrant nightlife, Wahoo's stadium, & beautiful Pensacola Bay. The many parades and festivals are right down the street! Want to stay in for a night? The large kitchen and backyard oasis invite you to gather for a delicious meal laughter and memory making! Grab some fresh fish at Joe Patti's (10 min walk) & enjoy your time together on the back deck- grilling or playing cornhole. The backyard is fully fenced in and has lots of room for your pets and kids to run around. Relax and enjoy the many birds and butterflies from the spacious deck!

Perfect Stay!

Wonderful home. Very clean, equipted with everything you need, and nice location for visiting downtown. The backyard is amazing! Super quiet neighborhood- even during the busiest time of the year. The owners are very friendly. We will definitely stay again.

Very Cozy

Very nice property! The kitchen is well stocked. Check-in and getting into Pensa-cozy was a breeze! It has a nice fenced in yard with a fire pit. It is an easy walk to see the Blue Wahoos and nice restaurants. We will definitely pick this place again next time.

Wonderful get away!

Boys fishing trip

House was perfect for our fishing trip. We kept our boat at Seville Harbor marina and it was a short drive each morning.

Perfect getaway!!

The house was very clean!! Contacting the host was easy. Restaurants and grocery stores were all 10 min way driving. Easy access to highway to and from Pensacola beach. We will stay at this location again!!

Highly Recommend

I can't say enough nice things about this house and the property manger. They were kind, prompt, friendly and always willing to help. The house and area are lovely and a short walk to downtown Pensacola. Its a great spot!

Great Stay In Pensacola

House was great. We only did a short stay as we were in Pensacola to meet some friends that had traveled down. But everything was excellent with the house. It was well equipped for cooking, both indoors and out (nice patio). The yard was fenced for our small dog. Communication with the owner was great and the house was very clean. Only a couple of blocks away from a nice grocery store (co-opt store) and an easy walk to the many restaurants on Parafox street.

Hidden Treasure

The pictures are exact. The description is on point. This home is minutes away from EVERYTHING you need to have a great time. The cleanliness and the kitchen was very useful and came in handy. Especially when you don’t want to eat out everyday. The home is also only 15 minutes away from UWF campus and downtown is less than 5 minutes away!! We enjoyed our stay and will book again in the upcoming months!

Originally from Colorado, we LOVE to travel and decided to sell everything and buy an RV and tour the country. We weren't looking for anything in particular, just a new adventure. So we pulled up our roots and headed out to explore and possibly find a new home base.

The trip took about 2 years and was filled with many fun adventures! When we stayed near Pensacola we fell in love with the area! The restaurants are amazing, the people are kind, the community supports local businesses and artists and there is always a festival or event to go to! Then we saw the beach and we knew we had found our piece of paradise!

Now that we have STRs we have discovered that we truly enjoy creating experiences for guests here in Pensacola that are unforgettable.

It is just blocks from the center of downtown. Walking distance to so many great restaurants, live music, events and beautiful Pensacola Bay! You can walk to the Wahoo's stadium, see the post game fireworks, attend the many concerts at Maritime Park and watch the Blue Angels practice during the week over the bay!

It has a stylish mid-century modern feel, with a touch of the beach. The kitchen has a huge island to gather around and each room is spacious. The backyard is truly an oasis with a huge deck, full size grill, dining table and bistro lights to set a great mood! There is much to enjoy outside including the cornhole boards and fire pit!
