Sur le son et nichĂ© dans les pins Ă  Oyster Pointe, notre condo au 2Ăšme Ă©tage est le meilleur des deux mondes. NichĂ© dans un quartier calme, 3/4 mile de la plage, Ă  proximitĂ© des attractions de la rĂ©gion et des pistes cyclables. Lorsque vous n'ĂȘtes pas Ă  la plage, notre vue sur la piscine vous donne encore l'impression de vacances. SituĂ© au MP7, le condo est un spacieux 1485 pieds carrĂ©s. Notre grande terrasse, complĂšte avec des meubles de pont et un grill Ă©lectrique, donne sur la piscine. Les pistes cyclables vous permettent de marcher ou de rouler le long du son, (beaux couchers de soleil), ou au Monument des frĂšres Wright. Nous fournissons une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, laveuse et sĂ©cheuse, internet sans fil, jeux, livres et DVD. Le condo est en excellent Ă©tat ainsi que les motifs et la piscine.

Wonderful 5-day trip!

We loved Oyster Pointe. It was a great location centrally located near many restaurants and attractions, but still quiet and tucked away from the main busy road. Newish appliances and well stocked kitchen had everything we needed. We had a small issue with air conditioner (understandable since it was 90 heat wave everyday) and the owner was extremely responsive and addressed/fixed it immediately. It would be hard to beat the overall value of this place for a family of 6.

Serenity at it's Best

We very much enjoyed our visit to Kill Devil Hills. This condo was extremely clean and peaceful. It was equipped with all the necessities we needed. We spent quite a bit of time sitting out on the deck and overlooking the pool area. The pool was so refreshing and relaxing. Our host Debbie was very courteous and helpful with any questions we had. Definitely, a must stay!

Friends and family vacation

The place was great. Lots of space for everyone, location is perfect right in the middle of the Outerbanks, which makes it easy to do a day trip in any direction. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation rental

We had a great stay here! The condo is clean and spacious, and they have everything you need. Great central location to everything we like to do in the OBX. Check in and check out was very easy too, we would definitely stay here again!

Great condo!

This is a great place to stay for vacation! The condo is only 5 minutes from the beach (free parking) and it was very clean! The host, Debbie, is very responsive and the whole process from check-in to check-out was organized. I also cooked several meals while we were there and the kitchen had everything I needed. I highly recommend this condo as a place to stay on vacation!

Fantastic stay, fantastic location, great host!

We normally stay down near Nags Head when we stay, but couldn't pass up this gem. The master bedroom is enormous, the condo was incredibly well appointed and we had a simply wonderful time. We didn't even get to take advantage of all the amenities, but hopefully we can come back next year and do so. This is a great location, right in the heart of the outer banks and the beach is very close even if you wanted to walk (we drove each day). The host was very helpful and responsive and the condo simply has everything you need! I highly recommend this property and this owner!

Best place!

This was the neatest, cleanest place that we’ve stayed in recently. It’s a very short distance from everything, which made it very convenient. The area was quiet and perking definitely wasn’t an issue. We would definitely stay here again.

A couple of issues but overall a great location

The location of this property is great as it is close to the beach, grocery store, the sound and the Wright Brother's National Monument. We had a couple of issues as there was a sub cleaner for our stay and we did not have paper towels, a sponge to clean the dishes, kleenex and we ran out of toilet paper. In addition the bath towels and hand towels were still dirty from the previous guest and we had to wash them upon arriving before using them. I understand that these things happen however, although the owner was very communicative about it, her offered solution was to send a gift card to reimburse us for the paper towels and sponge which we felt did not solve the issue for the other costs involved and inconvenience. Despite these issues the space overall was good for our family of four and she had other items (such as a pack and play) which made the stay easier.

Clean and convenient home to explore all that the OBX has to offee

We enjoyed our time at this home very much. Stayed for 5 nights and sound it to be clean, comfortable and relaxing. Beds were comfortable and the unit had everything we needed as far as kitchen appliances, utensils, grill etc. check in/check out was fast and easy. Would definitely stay again!

I have been coming to this area for 60 years. I was lucky enough to live and work there in summers and hopefully will live there again in the next 5 years. We treat KDH and surrounding towns with the respect it deserves. We are honest in our recommendations and know the area extremely well. We believe strongly in supporting local restaurants shops and stores as this area was not meant to be changed but to continue to hold onto the charm of what we love so much.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This neighborhood is primarily year round residents who love tranquility. The trees and gardens are a nice change of pace from the beach. It's safe and easy to walk around the neighborhood or other places. The bike path takes you to the sound or to the Wright Brothers Monument. Beautiful sunsets can be seen as well!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The complex only has 6 condos that are 3 bedroom with extra large decks. We are lucky to own one of those! The 2nd floor is not too many steps. Our deck is large enough for separate dining/cooking and seating areas. The view of the pool is truly the best in all of Oyster Pointe.
