Mon unitĂ© a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment mise Ă  niveau avec un nouveau poĂȘle Ă  dessus en cĂ©ramique en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, un nouveau lit king dans la chambre principale et une peinture fraĂźche avec des couleurs ocĂ©aniques gaies. Vous pouvez vous asseoir sur le balcon et regarder les vagues de l'ocĂ©an et les bateaux sortir et revenir de la marina VIA Rudee's Inlet. Parfois, vous pouvez voir les dauphins courir! Great location. Nice ocean views. South part of the strip a tad less crowded. Wateremans right next door is awesomeI am a local who moved from the area and come back a few times yearly to visit friends and the beach so I know the area well and places to stay on the strip and this is a great option.

Overall the property was nice. Unfortunately the kitchen had ants in the dishwasher and some roaches. The Master bath also had roaches. The wifi info in the condo was incorrect and there was no info on the amenities of the facility. Also, the pool was closed when we were there.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, close to the ocean, local attractions, and easy to get around. Our family loved being able to walk right out to the beach and pier. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of space for the whole family to relax after long beach days, and the kitchen made meals super convenient.The host was responsive and helpful, which made check-in and our entire stay stress-free. This trip gave us great memories, and we would absolutely stay here again!

The property is perfectly located to beach front. The issue we found was that, although, non smoking, there was a lot of smoking from neighboring balconies, which made it hard for us to fully enjoy ours. The unit is nice just not as clean as we would have liked. Howard and his team were great at responding to our questions and concerns during our stay. Overall, we would probably stay again just maybe in the off season might be better.

Dolphin Run Condos

Everything was great! Howard was great with everything we needed. He even went as far as to help us with parking in the event our vehicle didn't fit in the parking deck. We didn't need it fortunately but he went the extra mile to communicate with us. I wish the property would've had an outdoor pool though. Would definitely go back.

We were in town for work but wanted to stay close to the beach. We had a great view of the ocean. The condo was clean and check in and out were super easy. The boardwalk, ocean and many restaurants are so close. It was a great visit!

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect!

Very clean and had everything you would need plus some! View of the Atlantic was exactly what you're looking for. Elevator was fast and the building was not too busy. Condos are quiet, we had neighbors with children but did not hear them even once. Air conditioning worked excellent without and moisture. The beds were comfortable, slept like a baby. The waves were not too big or too small. One of the best vacations in a very long time. The host was very available and responsive to any questions. A highly recommend and would for sure book the exact same condo again.

Our stay was wonderful! Check in process and codes all worked and was super easy. Communication with Howard’s was quick and efficient and helpful whenever I did have a question. The ocean was beautiful, saw lots of dolphins. Location is awesome and within walking distance of all the fun shops and cool restaurants. The condo building itself is older but it was clean and stocked nicely and all the furniture was comfortable. We really had no complaints and I would definitely come back to this same unit again!

Wonderful beach vacation

What a stunning building! It offers a serene atmosphere, convenient onsite parking, and direct access to the beautiful beachfront. With fantastic restaurants and charming shops just a leisurely stroll away, and its close proximity to the Navy base, this location couldn’t be more perfect. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Close to Richmond where I live. Can be there in 2 hours which makes it very convenient. Right on the ocean and boardwalk. Covered deck free parking space for owner or guests.

Living room balcony overlooking ocean and Rudee Inlet to watch the boats exit and enter and to frequently see the dolphins.
