Ouvrez la porte de Paradise Place et retrouvez-vous transporté dans un sanctuaire paisible.

Le salon en bas est décoré avec des planchers de bois chaleureux, des accents de bleu et de sable et offre beaucoup d'espace pour se divertir. Les portes françaises mènent à un grand patio couvert et privé. La cuisine comporte des appareils modernes, des armoires blanches propres et un comptoir en granit spectaculaire pouvant accueillir quatre personnes pour manger.

À l'étage, la chambre principale est une oasis apaisante aux accents de lavande. Une baignoire en forme de spa dispose d'une grande douche et d'une vanité généreuse. Un deuxième balcon offre un espace extérieur privé pour profiter de votre café du matin. La deuxième chambre comprend un lit queen-size et une autre salle de bains privative.

Duval Square est situé au coeur de la vieille ville de Key West, mais est isolé à l'étage de la foule. De délicieux restaurants et des boutiques uniques sont situés dans la cour pavée pittoresque ci-dessous. Une piscine sur le toit lumineux et ensoleillé se trouve à quelques pas de votre porte d'entrée. Cette maison dispose également d'un espace de stationnement couvert.

The house is exactly as listed! It was clean, well stocked kitchen, beds were comfortable and coffee on the balcony in the mornings was wonderful. The location was great and having a designated parking spot was a bonus. (If you know what it’s like to park in Key West). This is a perfect little spot that’s close to Duval but quiet at night. We will be for sure staying here on our next trip!

Great place to stay in Key West super location

The condo we stayed in had all the amenities you would need both both bedrooms were very quiet to the outside noise. The two decks were nice to sit on the pool area was clean and the security around the location was great.

Great location, great space

Location is right on Duval, but not the loud crowded part. Easy walk to the bars and attractions. Place was really clean, well decorated, and spacious.

Perfect Spot

Had everything we needed and more. Probably the most spacious two bedroom for the price on Duval. Pool location was really cool too. It overlooks Duval, which makes for an “interesting” view at certain hours.

Property was just as advertised. Fabulous location! Property was sparkling clean. Pool just a few steps away. Loved having a safe, dedicated parking spot. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Another Fantastic Stay

We love the Duval Square complex and this is definitely our favorite unit we have stayed in. Paradise place was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The furnishings were great and the unit extremely clean. The location is great with easy access to everything Duvall and surrounding areas. Check in process was a breeze. We will definitely be back!! Thanks for making our stay relaxing and issue free!!

Hurricane Milton in Key West

We arrived the day before Milton hit Florida. Key West was pretty empty but did not have any damage. We absolutely loved this property. It was spacious, had everything we needed, lots of outdoor space, close to the pool. Beautifully decorated. Unfortunately I lost one of the security gate keys and had to pay $250. We love Key West and would love to rent this property again

Perfect location

Had a great time. Unit is very clean and quite you have everything there that you need. Just far enough from the loud bar scene but close enough to all the stores and restaurants. Morning rooster wake up calls are a must. Great communication with the property owner. Felt very safe and secure.. Loved having a covered parking spot. Enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Amazing condo

We had actually stayed at another Duval Square condo, just three months prior. This condo was far and away better in every respect. It is exactly how it is described on the VRBO site. Our only complaint, was that the pool was never cleaned for the week we were there (Saturday to Saturday). We brought the issue up to the property manager, but they said there is nothing they could do about it. Other than that, we would surely rent this particular home again.

Wedding Trip

This unit is beautifully decorated as pictured, modernized and very comfortable. It felt very safe and was quiet at night. Only the roosters will disturb your sleep in morning! Two common area keys are provided to unlock an exterior door from the Duval Square Mall to walk into the secure garage. From inside garage, you unlock an interior common area door to walk up flight of steps or you can take an elevator one story. The pool is on unit level; 4 pool towels are provided. Convenient powder room on entry level. There is a full flight of stairs to 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom. Master bedroom is very large with 2 dressers, walk-in closet, full ironing board w/iron and large bathroom including blow dryer. Beds were very comfortable. A few suggestions are to: provide more luggage carts, fix the lock on the patio door, and provide an auto-shut off coffee pot (which is basket style). Also there was a slight squeak in the ceiling fan in the master bedroom when on low/medium speed. It's a convenient location with several restaurants and shops steps away, We enjoyed Blue Heaven Restaurant. We walked to Southernmost Point, Butterfly Conservatory, Key West Lighthouse and even to bars near Front St. (about 20 minute walk). Irish Kevin's was fun. One-way Uber ride was about $10. We enjoyed this unit and the location and we would stay here again. Thank you.
