Pointe Resort à Tapatio Cliffs est une communauté fermée dans laquelle vous trouverez trois piscines chauffées, bains à remous, un court de tennis et un terrain de basket. Ce condo est au niveau du sol directement à cÎté de l'une des piscines et des barbecues à gaz. Il dispose de deux chambres avec lits queen et salle de bain privée. Il y a deux patios, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, et une laveuse et une sécheuse. Situé à proximité des commerces, du golf, de l'épicerie, des sentiers de randonnée et des restaurants. L'Arizona offre de nombreuses attractions telles que Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson et Spring Training! Vous ne manquerez jamais de choses à faire!

Great stay over Thanksgiving

This condo is a nice option for a stay. You are literally a 30 second walk from the sunrise pool! The condo is clean and well equipped. Beds are comfortable and Pam has tennis racquets, pickleball paddles and basketball available for use. The courts are less than a two minute walk. There are books and board games available. If you are into hiking North Mountain is a five minute drive with Camelback and Squaw Peak 20 minutes drive. Pam is a great host, very helpful and easy to communicate with for any questions or concerns. This is our second time staying at this unit and we will certainly stay again.

Everything you need

This property is perfectly located, it is very central and all major highways are easily found. The pool is wonderful and located just outside your door. The property is well maintained and if you like to hike the hills you will not be disappointed! Pam was exceptional to deal with and we would definitely stay again

North Mountain Condo

Very nice property. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms perfect for families or 2 couples. Great access to north side of the Phoenix area. Pool and hot tub right out the window so very short walk. Both were heated so no worries in January.

Very Clean

The condo was very clean. The kitchen was well appointed. We stayed over Christmas and I found several things in the kitchen to help prepare Christmas dinner. The living area is spacious with lots of seating. The only issue we had was the place really only sleeps 4; no bedding was provided for the couch and it wasn't comfortable at all. The outside gated property was beautiful, green grass everywhere, at the base of a mountain, but the condo is a bottom floor, so no views from inside, which didn't bother us. Sadly, the surrounding neighborhood was low quality. We went to a grocery store nearby and there were many homeless people and questionable characters about. We weren't comfortable leaving our vehicle there. We drove a little farther and found a better area. Overall it was a comfortable stay and mostly worked for our needs.

Nice two bedroom condo

The condo was clean and met our needs perfectly. We had four adults staying and with two bedrooms the condo easily accommodated us. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed and the card table and chairs were extremely helpful for our thanksgiving dinner. The condo is steps from the sunrise pool and very close to the tennis court. The unit has four pickle ball paddles and the tennis court has two nets for pickle ball. Judy was easy to communicate with and very responsive to our needs. Condo was great value for the money and we’d certainly stay again.

Home away from home

Good location. Pam has everything you need. Two master bedrooms. Great area. By the pool and bar b que. played lots of card games with my grandchildren. Had family dinners here. Will stay here again. Thank you Pam for having us.

Like being at home

The property was immaculate. We were also surprised by how well stocked it was, going well beyond the standard amenities. The pool is right outside the unit, parking is nearby and the unit is very convenient to north Phoenix. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Great affordable gated community. Customer service was awesome with information and accommodations

Great gated community, everyone was friendly. The children had a great time at the basketball court, tennis court, and we went to two pools and jacuzzis on site. I was not pleased with the area of town of location; however, it was not a deal breaker because it was a community. I would recommend the property to others and rent at this property in the future.

Very comfortable!

Very comfortable condo! Enjoyed the roomy space of each room and location it was to the pool. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was comfortable and plenty of daylight in each room. Will definitely stay again. The owner was very easy to work with and responded quickly.

Beautiful Condo.- Wonderful Host

Pam has a beautiful condominium in Phoenix, and she was a wonderful host. We had planned to see Spring Training games, but MLB cancelled those plans. Luckily Pam's condo. was close to many tough hiking trails, an LA Fitness, and the best restaurants and craft breweries. Thank you Pam for all the courtesies and amenities you provided.
