Décoré avec goût 3 chambres 2 salles de bain condo situé à distance de marche de la plage sans voiture. Près de la piscine principale, des courts de tennis et l'accès à la plage. Unité au 2ème étage avec balcon privé. Salon avec canapé en cuir, siège d'amour et une chaise confortable, grand écran plat HDTV, et DVD / magnétoscope. Cuisine entièrement équipée et salle à manger avec des sièges pour 6. Spacieuse chambre principale avec lit king size, TVHD à écran plat, accès au patio et salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne. La 2ème chambre dispose d'un lit queen size et d'un écran plat HDTV. La 3ème chambre dispose de 2 lits jumeaux. La 2ème salle de bain complète jouxte la 2ème et 3ème chambre et dispose d'une baignoire / douche. Télévision par câble, laveuse / sécheuse, accès Internet sans fil et tous les draps sont fournis. Pas d'ascenseur.

It was a truly awesome little place to have our staycation. Short walk to the beach a beautiful pool right by. Will definitely book again!!

Wonderful week!

The property is located conveniently to the beach, stores and restaurants. It is spacious and comfortable. The short walk to the beach is easy on the nature path then you cross the street to the public beach access path. The checkin process was quick and easy. The staff was very pleasant. We would definitely stay there in the future!

NSB condo

We had a wonderful time and condo was very nice it had new furniture from listing which was very comfortable. Location was by no drive beach and there were three pools to choose from if you didn't want to do beach. Only disappointment was it was clean but not really clean for fee charged sorry.

Just steps from the ocean

Great generously sized 3 bedroom condo in short walking distance from a beautiful beach. Sea Woods community has 3 great pools and lots of outdoor activities. We will be back 💕NSB is laidback and much less crazy that it’s neighbor beach towns.

Our family reprieve

Our experience was very nice, peaceful quite get away. We had 3 teenagers they enjoyed theirselves also. The walk to the beach was close enough. All in all great stay.

Condo was great!

We had 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and plenty of room in living room. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking supplies and there were beach towels and a beach umbrella. There are 3 nice pools on the property and we only had to walk across Atlantic Ave. to get the beach. We loved our stay!

Excellent location for beach lovers

Very clean place. Excellent location to beaches at New Smyrna. Me and the family especially loved driving south to Bethune Beach and even the National Park at Apollo Beach. Far less crowds at Bethune compared to New Smyrna Beach. At Apollo you'll practically be eerily by yourself on this beaches. The unit was great. Met all of our needs. Swimming pool is heated and specious. The only gripe I have is that the wifi modem is bad and needs to be replaced by the service provider. Constantly had to power cycle the modem in order to maintain internet access. I'm an IT professional.

Nice condo in a quiet area

We really enjoyed this condo. It is in a relatively quiet area without all of the traffic etc. associated with the more built up beach areas. The condo is very large and was very clean.
