Bienvenue au Lexi's Beach Loft. L'appartement est juste en face de la plage et dispose de plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s dans le salon, deux chambres de maĂźtre avec salle de bains et un loft. Profitez de la grande vĂ©randa avec Ă©cran ou regardez le lever du soleil depuis le grenier. La plage elle-mĂȘme est une promenade rapide de 250 mĂštres. Le Lxi Beach Loft est situĂ© sur la partie non motrice de New Smyrna Beach. L'unitĂ© est situĂ©e dans une communautĂ© primĂ©e avec 3 piscines, centre de fitness, courts de tennis, jeu de palets, racquetball et sentiers pĂ©destres. This place was so well stocked, we didn't have to bring anything really. Coffee, spices everything. Laundry supplies. Only drawback was the stairs. Overall a great place to stay. Beach and shopping walking distance . Great ice cream shop by dollar general and C's waffles was a great breakfast spot.

We had a pleasant experience staying here. The location was perfect and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The screened in porch was awesome during the rain storms & a great place for morning coffee & lunch :) I would absolutely recommend this place to my family & friends.

Wonderful apartment within a fabulous community. Immaculately maintained, clean with modern appliances and furniture. All the extras from beach cart, chairs, umbrella, kids beach toys, to hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster everything we wanted/needed for a beach getaway. With two pools, tennis/pickleball courts, exercise room. With so much to do in New Smyrna we are looking forward to a return trip.

We had such a fun time in New Smyrna Beach and staying at this condo was perfect for us. All of the directives given were well established before we began our road trip & this made the check-in and directives easily accessed. The condo was inviting, clean, well supplied, and great location. The communications were prompt and we were very impressed with the location. Perfect for a relaxing family trip!!

Sea Woods is a great neighborhood, and this condo is perfectly placed: a short walk to the beach or three pools, a short drive into town! It has all the amenities we needed and we spent a week of relaxation and fun!

Beach weekend

The condo was very clean and well appointed. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with pools and just a short walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping w close by. The owner responded to questions in minutes, which is a definite plus. Would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic!

We have two younger children and this place was great! It had quick easy access to the beach and the ocean was even somewhat visible from the upstairs and could watch the sunrise a bit as well. The pictures do not do it justice for the size, very large. We are from Colorado and the unit had plenty of fans and a great working A/C- which we were thankful for :). We will visit again! highly recommend for a larger group or family. The master bed was extremely comfortable.

Convenient, clean and comfortable

Plenty of provisions to get you started. Very clean. Although the kitchen is a bit outdated, the beds and furniture are very comfortable. Everything as advertised. Host communicates quickly and honestly. Unit and walking paths are very quiet. Yes, the screened in deck is noisy because of car traffic, but that was no surprise and did not affect a good nights sleep. The property is close to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, nature preserves, and shops. We would stay here again.

Comfortable place to stay in NSB.

Jack’s place is like home away from home. It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. I wish we could have stayed longer. It’s in a great location, close to the beach, and restaurants. Will stay there again if we return to the area.

Beautiful property and wonderful location

This property was gorgeous! The unit was clean and well appointed. Pictures don’t do it justice. The area is quiet and safe, well landscaped and great for walking. It’s close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Communication was excellent as well. We will definitely return!

Laid back family getaway

The beach was easily accessible. The main strip for restaurants was fairly close with a wide variety. The condo had all the amenities needed. Jack and John thought of everything.
