Sunset Rock Retreat est magnifiquement rénové maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Cette maison dispose d'une nouvelle piscine creusée avec une terrasse spacieuse en travertin. Il y a deux lits king, 1 queen et deux canapés-lits. Il est situé à 6,4 km d'Indian Rocks Beach, à 11 km de Clearwater Beach et à 38 km de Tampa. Il comprend une buanderie. Cette propriété offre une sensation de villégiature privée tout en vous donnant accès à une variété d'occasions de visites de sites, de plages et de détente.

The house was a perfect getaway, all the amenities of a home , bonus pool, but close to the beach and all the shops on the Gulf!!

The pool is amazing. Everything is so clean. The house is spotless. The beds are very comfortable. We had Everything we needed to cook at " home" and there was a lot to choose from if you wanted to eat out. I definitely would return

We have family in Palm Harbor so we visit a few times a year. This was our second time staying at this property and it was perfect for our needs. Clean, quiet neighborhood close to beaches and anywhere else you want to go. We loved having our coffee on the patio every morning.

The property is well maintained. Plenty of towels , dishes, appliances and beach chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Would stay again next year if available. Host were very accommodating to our needs.

Just returned from 10-days here and it was wonderful. Comfortable beds, fully stocked, and very quiet neighborhood! Easy access to stores and to the beach. We were there during Hurricane Helene and the owners were great to have things cleaned up that were damaged and texted to check on us! Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

This was our second time staying at this location, and it was perfect just like before! A short distance to grocery stores, the beach, restaurants etc and tucked just enough away from the main roads you didn’t hear any traffic. Scott was quick and easy to communicate with when we had any problems or concerns. The heated pool was a godsend!! Would highly recommend and plan to stay in the future!

Perfect Location & Stay

Myself & my husband stayed at this home & it had everything you need for a comfortable & relaxing stay. It really felt like a home away from home. The pool is beautiful and we had everything you could wish for. A great back yard with plenty of seating to enjoy the sunshine, and it was HOT! The location is perfect for exploring Indian Rocks, Clearwater Beach & beyond. Would thoroughly recommend this property! Thank you Scott & Melissa, we had a wonderful time

Wonderful, comfortable home. Quiet neighborhood, lots of privacy. Plenty of all the stuff needed, beach towels, bath towels, kitchen fully loaded. Best part was the pool…very clean, well maintained and in good shape. <10 minute drive to beach.

Great stay in Largo

This was the first time my husband and I rented a house for a family visit.Normally we have rented a condo on Indian Rocks Beach and we were looking for something more quiet and private. This home was everything we wanted. Clean, comfortable beds, nice outdoor space and the heated pool was perfect. The owners were very responsive and the house was stocked with beach chairs pool toys and plenty of towels. We are looking forward to returning to this rental again.

Second Stay

This is our second time staying at this rental home and its exactly as we remember from 2023. The house is the perfect size for us, not too large nor too small with a great size pool. It's a quiet residential road with all amenities close by. The beach is a short drive as is grocery stores, shopping & restaurants. The home is very comfortable although some updating would prove beneficial but definitely excellent value for money. The owners are super quick at repsponding to anything and our thanks go out to Scott & Melissa for another great stay!

Great vacation home

This is a nice property in a great location. Close to shopping, grocery stores, and 10 minutes from the beach. A short hop to Clearwater Beach and Madera Beach. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 tvs, 2 bathrooms, and the best patio with a heated pool. Many FL rentals have pools that are not heated. The owners are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Always feel at home in this great property.

An awesome vacation home

This property has everything that you need for a comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable stay. Plenty of towels, linens, beach towels. Kitchen has every utensil you would possibly need including pots, pans, slow cookers, dishes, and glassware. There is a gas grill for coming out. The beautiful pool is heated, clean, and totally amazing with plenty of poolside seating. Location is close to shopping and 3 miles from the beach. Great communication with the property owners. Great place

Great property for a family of 4. Each child had their own room and space. The kitchen was functional and 2 full bathrooms was great! Pool was clean and refreshing. Crazy close to the beach for a much better price than staying on the beach plus way more space. Some minor issues were handled quickly. Keurig was great for the morning coffee! Supplies for enjoying the beach were pretty basic but were enough for us. What else to say? If we came back to the area, would have no problem staying here again.

Another Great Stay in Largo

Scott & Melissa are excellent property managers. Everything we need to be a home away from home is provided. Everything works as it is supposed to. The kitchen is more than adequate. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and functional. There is large TV in the main room and smaller TV's in the main and first bedroom. WIFI is easy to link and is very fast and reliable. Outside is simply wonderful. A covered patio with table and chairs leads to the heated salt water in-ground pool and lounge chairs. The backyard is secured with a very nice privacy fence. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and provides easy access to shopping, restaurants, parks and beaches. This home is truly a gem.
