SituĂ© dans le charmant village de vacances piĂ©ton de Quinta Velha qui a une grande piscine commune, pelouse, snack-bar et 2 restaurants. We've stayed in this property three times now and have found the standard continues to be very good. It's modern and yet feels very homely. Will definitely return.

Excellent

Fantastic stay for a surprise 60th birthday present for my dad. Plenty of room for 4 adults, well equipped villa with board games books good wifi and fully equipped kitchen always hot water. Restaurant on site had fabulous steaks and the pool bar has a great stack menu area lovely and clean and a short walk to bars and restaurants along the front. Bruno was an absolute delight to deal with from checking in to check out.

Really lovely holiday property

We loved staying here, the house was clean, modern and unbelievably well equipped with lots of games for the children, even a pencil case!! It was a fantastic location and we could not have asked for more. The property was perfect for our family of 5 and we really enjoyed every moment.

Beautiful House

This was our second stay in this property. It has everything you need and more. It literally is a home from home! Watching the sun rise and set on the rooftop terrace made it even more special. We rett summer.

A lovely property

The property is more spacious than the pictures might suggest. It's extremely well equipped and the location couldn't be better - just a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants, bus stop, beach ferry and the railway station. Would certainly recommend.

November holiday in Cabanas

Enjoyed our stay in Cabanas and appreciated the amenities of the property. Loved the sunroof areas for sunrise and sunset's. Appliances and equipment in unit worked well. Lovely space for two couples. Used the pool and appreciated the short walk to town restaurants, shops and the water. Taking the water taxi to the beach was a highlight. Beautiful sand beach to walk. One of the nicest we have experienced. Look forward to coming back!

Fabulous stay!

Property was just as described, fantastic location with swimming pool very close (Pedro, the pool caretaker was very helpful). Especially loved “The Hippo” bar, great drinks and food- the owner even took care of my parking ticket! “The Jolly Sailor” was our favorite, lovely fresh food and waitress Claudia was a star! The only bad thing was that we had to leave 😱

Lovely house, great location!

We were a party of 2 couples and the house was a perfect size. The kitchen was clean & had everything we needed, plenty of glasses/crockery etc. The roof top seating had great views over the pool & towards the sea and the garden area was perfect for bbq's in the evening. The pool was gorgeous, very clean & plenty of sunbeds. The pool bar does nice bar snacks (toasties) and the sangria is the best! We used both local restaurants O'Monte & Jolly Sailor and would recommend them both. It's an easy 10-15 min walk down to the front & boardwalk and the 1.50 euro fare on the ferry boats over to the beach are well worth it. We really enjoyed our week & wouldn't hesitate to retrun & rent this house again.

Nice stay

We had.a lovely stay in property. We stayed at 4 other properties in Portugal and this was by far the most equipped. Thank you. Lots of spots to capture the sun from the property and short walk to town. Overall really lovely trip. You need to make sure you cover everything as lots of ants in kitchen. I'm a bit OCD and the cleaners/last people forgot to clean microbe which was frustrating so we didn't use it. Also some stains on bed sheet they were obviously clean but frustrating to see all the time. Communucation with owner and host fantastic. Lovely accommodation and area.

Nice property. Nice to have three sitting out areas. Comfortable beds but bedding for double bed too small. Disappointed that British TV wasn't available as we were there for 8 weeks and some evening entertainment would have been welcome. (We are in our 80s) The DVD wasn't working.

Cabanas

I booked this little house from its online photos as it looked very nice and well maintained. On arrival I was shown around quickly and didn’t really look at the place properly as I was tired from my travel. Sadly the apartment is pretty run down the front entrance had lots of weeds and was very uninviting. The shower screen in the bathroom needs the rubber seals replaced as they were falling off the bottom of the door. The seating was extremely uncomfortable as it was an ikea folding bed so not comfortable to sit on. The cushions on the couch were grubby and need replaced. The sun terrace at the top of the property was very dirty the furniture was dirty and her poor and it was burst at the side not somewhere you would want to sit in. One of the balcony’s from the upstairs bedroom the one with the view of the pool was a dumping ground full of dirty white plastic chairs. I did take photographs and I sent them to person who gave me the keys. I also informed him I’d only stayed 2 nights as it just wasn’t a place for me. I booked into a hotel at a considerable expense. Not sure who wrote the reviews but it certainly wasn’t as the photographs or how it was described. Sadly it was not a great experience for a lone traveler over 65 yrs old. Should you want to see the photograph l will gladly send them to you. Regards

Nous avons bien apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour ...et le confort Ă©tait au rendez vous...joliment dĂ©corer ...et avec ces diffĂ©rentes terrasses toutes les personnes prĂ©sentes trouvait leur petit coin pour s’ isoler ... Nous vous signalons diffĂ©rent petits dĂ©tails Ă  revoir les abattants des wc ....et le tapis Ă©tait sale ....et pas vraiment indispensable pour du locatif ..odeur d’ Ă©gout dans l’an salle de bain du bas ... ceci juste pour le confort de santĂ© locataires suivant ...mais si nous revenons dans La rĂ©gion nous redemanderons cette maison.....
