Sandcastles 616 avec deux balcons avec vues superbes sur l'océan et le coucher de soleil

Nous sommes ici pour aider, il suffit de demander. Ce condo sans fumée est très contemporain avec un mobilier en cuir souple et est clair et propre. L'unité de coin du 6ème étage offre 2 superbes vues depuis le balcon du salon et la fenêtre de la chambre principale. Depuis cette unité est orientée au sud et à l'ouest, les deux balcons reçoivent beaucoup de soleil, en particulier pendant les mois d'hiver. Et une superbe vue du coucher du soleil d'ouest. Nous vous rembourserons votre location si nous relouons le condo pour vos dates, moins 100 $. 00 frais d'administration.
La chambre principale a un lit king size et dressing spacieux et placards. Alors que la 2ème chambre a 2 lits queen size, il y a même un berceau porta Pack-N-Play pour les très jeunes.

Autres caractéristiques sont 2 salles de bain complètes, une cuisine bien équipée, salle à manger, TV couleur / DVD avec câble élargi, et une stéréo dans le salon, service téléphonique local. Dans cette unité, vous trouverez presque tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, chaises longues, parasol, jouets de plage, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, grille-pain, vaisselle, planche à repasser avec fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux, serviettes et draps. Vous l'appelez et nous vous l'avons fourni pour votre plaisir. Il y a même une machine à laver et un sèche-linge dans l'unité.

Beautiful

We stayed in this condo for a week for a softball tournament and it was perfect! Beautiful condo, beautiful view, perfect location to the pool, beach and restaurants. Keith was great with communication and was just a text away if we needed anything during our stay. We def recommend this condo and will stay in this condo again if we get back to Cocoa Beach!

Beach vacation

Very nice, clean, well maintained condo with great ocean view from the balcony. Had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. Great location near restaurants and groceries. Would definitely stay here again when in Cocoa Beach.

Perfect beach getaway

We decided to stay here before a week of theme park chaos. Place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed being so close to the beach but also having access to the pool. Building was quiet and in a great location for zipping around town. Thanks for a great stay.
