Sandcastles 616 avec deux balcons avec vues superbes sur l'océan et le coucher de soleil

Nous sommes ici pour aider, il suffit de demander. Ce condo sans fumĂ©e est trĂšs contemporain avec un mobilier en cuir souple et est clair et propre. L'unitĂ© de coin du 6Ăšme Ă©tage offre 2 superbes vues depuis le balcon du salon et la fenĂȘtre de la chambre principale. Depuis cette unitĂ© est orientĂ©e au sud et Ă  l'ouest, les deux balcons reçoivent beaucoup de soleil, en particulier pendant les mois d'hiver. Et une superbe vue du coucher du soleil d'ouest. Nous vous rembourserons votre location si nous relouons le condo pour vos dates, moins 100 $. 00 frais d'administration.
La chambre principale a un lit king size et dressing spacieux et placards. Alors que la 2Ăšme chambre a 2 lits queen size, il y a mĂȘme un berceau porta Pack-N-Play pour les trĂšs jeunes.

Autres caractĂ©ristiques sont 2 salles de bain complĂštes, une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, salle Ă  manger, TV couleur / DVD avec cĂąble Ă©largi, et une stĂ©rĂ©o dans le salon, service tĂ©lĂ©phonique local. Keith was easy to communicate with, and his condo was exactly as pictured. We appreciated the extra seating available on both the balcony and the large sectional couch. Beach access was just steps away, and our family was blessed with a relaxing stay!

Very nice view of the ocean from balcony and master bedroom.

Very nice area. The condo is beautiful, and is very quiet. Please wear beach shoes walking to the beach as the sand is hard to walk through and can get very hot and get into your sandles, flip flops, etc. and it burns your feet. Bonus, soon a nice resort will be finished right next door with an abundance of immentaties that you will be able to use, restaurant, bar etc. Im sure alot more too.

Beautiful

We stayed in this condo for a week for a softball tournament and it was perfect! Beautiful condo, beautiful view, perfect location to the pool, beach and restaurants. Keith was great with communication and was just a text away if we needed anything during our stay. We def recommend this condo and will stay in this condo again if we get back to Cocoa Beach!

Clean beachfront property with lots of space, charming décor, and a great manager.

Our stay at Apartment 206 in Sandcastle was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property is incredibly well-managed—and a huge part of that is thanks to Keith, the manager. Keith went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. He was responsive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, which made a great first impression and set the tone for the entire trip.The apartment itself was spotless and spacious, with two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms—plenty of room for our group to relax and feel right at home. The beachy decorations throughout the condo added such a fun, coastal vibe and really enhanced that vacation feeling. One of the highlights was waking up to the breathtaking view of the sunrise from the main bedroom and the living room balcony. There’s nothing quite like sipping your morning coffee while watching the sun come up over the ocean—it was absolutely magical.If you’re looking for a clean, well-kept beachfront property with lots of space, charming dĂ©cor, and a great manager who truly cares, Apartment 206 at Sandcastle is a top pick. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Family vacation

We’ve been going to Cocoa Beach for years and this is one of the nicer places we’ve stayed. Keith is super responsive , has thought of everything and makes sure stay smooth and enjoyable. The condo itself is well appointed and very clean. Super comfortable for a few days or longer

Thought of everything!

Condo was stocked with everything you brought and everything you forgot! It was clean, spacious, great ocean front view, Clean pool and hot tub area. Private beach area with keyed access to the beach. Keith was super friendly and helpful! Easy access. Highly recommend!

Cocoa Beach Perfection!

This unit was absolutely perfect for our girls’ trip of five! Owners were easy to communicate with, called to check-in, and even got us in a fee hours early. The unit is clean, plenty of space, and the owners really have thought of everything. Anything you might need is tucked away neatly in a closet somewhere! The condo itself and the building as a whole are all in great working condition with cold A/C, good water pressure, fast elevators, and convenient outdoor shower stations. We didn’t hit the pool or hot tub but they both looked clean and enjoyable. The beach is FABULOUS with a view of the space center and ships coming in and out of Port Canaveral. If this place is available- just book it! You WON’T regret it! Thanks again, Keith- Hope we get the opportunity to stay again in the future!

Relaxing getaway

We had an amazing time in Cocoa Beach. The condo was even better is person than in the pictures ( hard to believe that was possible.) It had a homey vibe with all the cutest beach inspired decor. Everything we needed was there from pots and pans to beach chairs and towels. The condo was well kept and secure with locks on the stairwells and codes required to use the elevator. The view of the beach was incredible and we enjoyed daily sunshine from the balcony. Private access to the beach made for easy beach days and less busy beach areas. Keith was prompt in his replies during communication and made it clear his main focus was ensuring our stay went well. Definitely a place to check out and we will for sure be back!

Beach vacation

Great Escape

Very peaceful. Beautiful beach view from the master bedroom. Enjoyed Margaritas on the deck listening to the waves. Very clean and well stocked. We hated to leave.

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect location and most comfortable condo we have ever stayed in. The owner makes sure you understand every little detail and follows up with you to make sure things are going well. You have pretty much everything you need...juat bring your bathing suit. I ended up with Covid on my trip and spent most of my vacation inside and it felt like home. The owner was very accommodating and understanding. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful condo in Cocoa Beach!

This was one of the most well-appointed condos we have ever rented. There was a single item we needed that wasn’t provided! The coolers and beach chairs/umbrellas were fabulous to have (versus having to rent). The kitchen was well stocked with necessities. We loved the location near the stairs so we didn’t have to wait for the elevator. And the condo felt very safe with codes for elevators and keys to the stairwells. And while we were there during some construction which caused some frustrations, Keith was wonderful about responding to questions and concerns quickly and helping us navigate. Would highly recommend this unit if you’re looking for great family-friendly vacation in Cocoa Beach!

Awesome Holiday Stay!

The owner is a very good communicator! There was work being done on the building and when I booked he called and offered me a refund if I didn’t want to stay there during the construction. We chose to move ahead and stay, and did not regret it. Unit has amazing view of the beach, just a short walk away from the building, and came with everything you needed (towels, coolers, chairs, toys). My kids had a blast. Beds were very comfortable, televisions and appliances great. Parking easy, lots of amenities nearby (stores, restaurants, mini golf). Would stay here again!
