A quick getaway for me any my husband.

Enjoyed the condo, beach, pool, and just doing nothing. Reading on the balcony listening to the waves was the best!! Didn’t cook but the kitchen had everything needed. Highly recommend!!

The Apartment was nice, the view on the beach was excellent. The Appartement had a direct access to the beach. To find the Appartement Building was a challenge and the pool was over crowded.

Overall great experience, great location. We were involved in a car accident about an hour from Sandcastle in Cocoa Beach and would be the next day before we could arrive. Our manager went to the condo to get our pre ordered grocery order and put tjem in refrigerator

The view was the absolute best. Gorgeous balcony views. The manager of the complex was amazing! He helped us out with a small situation. I’m giving this u it a five, in spite of the following:I wish that the entire property was smoke free. We lost a considerable amount of balcony time due to the hourly smoker below us. It was so bad that when we went in the second day of our stay it set the smoke alarms inside our unit off. Every. Single. One. Thankfully the property manager assisted in getting them turned off. The rental company had workers come and “fix” them, which included them coming in the unit and taking down all the smoke alarms and popping the batteries out. Completely unsafe and when we reached out to have it resolved, the rental company said they could be like that for a week. The other difference I saw in this unit compared to the previous ones we’ve stayed at in Cocoa Beach with a different rental company in a nearby property was the clean feeling. This unit just didn’t feel clean like so many other people had commented. It needed a deep clean and just some simple maintenance. As an example, some of the switch plates didn’t even have covers. Little things like that create repeat guests. Overall, the unit was not bad. I would recommend to someone based on the price and balcony views.

Thank you for staying with us Katie! We never intended for you to feel uncomfortable! We removed the battery operated smoke detectors but the unit still had hard-wired smoke detectors inside. We always want our guests to feel comfortable and safe first and foremost! Thank you for staying with us and I hope you can visit us again sometime.

An Unforgettable Beachside Experience at Happy Palm Stays

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Happy Palm Stays, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I knew I had found a gem that I would happily return to time and time again. The condo was immaculate and spacious, with a breathtaking view of the open ocean. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the morning sun with such a stunning view was truly a treat. The beach was not only beautiful but also incredibly easy and pleasant to access, making our beach days absolutely delightful.A special thanks to Zareh, whose excellent and welcoming demeanor made our stay even more enjoyable. He was the true epitome of professionalism and hospitality. His communication was impeccable, promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had, which made our experience smooth and trouble-free.If you're looking for an excellent beachside experience with top-notch service, Happy Palm Stays is a must. I can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories at this incredible spot.Thank you again, Zareh, for your exceptional service!-Brendan Moaratty

This place has a great view of the ocean and is right on the beach! Where we were it was not crowded at all! That was the best part, most beaches are so crowded you’re practically on top of each other, but here we had plenty of space. We even saw a baby sea turtle make it’s way into the ocean

We had more than what was expected. With flying in we figured we would have to purchase our cleaning supplies/toiletries and this condo came with everything needed for our stay (including an crockpot!!) and only had to purchase our food. Super grateful for this! The condo was clean and the only minor issue we had was the master bedroom light didn’t work. Nothing about our condo was bad. Super comfortable, and homey! Thank you!
