There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

This rental was perfect, pretty much as pictured. This is our 2nd time staying on this property, and we enjoyed it as much as our first time. Loved that there were beach chairs, an umbrella, and cooler provided. Seems like it was standard with each unit. Only negative was that we couldn’t find any carts to use to haul our stuff up to the unit.

Awesomly Relaxing Vaca

Property Manager Taylor, was outstanding every step of the way. She answered emailed questions ahead of our trip within 24 hours and checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Top notch service! The matresses and pillows in this condo are super comfortable. The only thing that was different than expected from picture is the living room furniture was not as pictured. It now has a leather sofa and two chairs. The heated pool is outstanding. Warmest pool we have ever enjoyed on vacation. The beach was so clean and just steps from the condo. Every condo at Paradise Beach Club is just steps to pool and beach. The elevator was a huge plus. The outside maintance manager, Christian, was very kind and clearly cared about keeping everything looking good and working well. The location of Condo is a huge plus. Publix, Pizza Hut, Mcdonalds and Taco Bell across the street with many nicer local eateries up and down the Jimmy Buffet Memorial Highway. We enjoyed 5 full days at the beach and pool and one day we traveled just a little over 2 hours to St. Augustine and took the trolly around the historic city. It was a fantastic vacation. We will return to Paradise Beach Club for sure, because of the great service, cleanliness and great location. Sharon H

Great place to stay. Nice coquina reef surf break right out back. Publix across the street. Close to good restaurants. Unfortunately, can't walk your dog on the beach here.

Nice but need a little TLC

The location is quite nice. Very practical to have a grocery store across the street. Mostly quiet but while we were there, some renovation work seemed to have been going on. Mind you, if the weather would have been nice, it most likely would have not bothered us but unfortunate many days had to be spent in the condo. Sofas in living room are not super comfortable. — BBQs ARE NOT GAS but briquets. We were told that they replenish them regularly but not once was there any. Bought them the entire time. —- We love clean. When we arrive the floor in the living room and passage were dirty. No mope in condo. We’re told to buy one and they would reimburse us. The main areas are mostly clean but corners and edges are obviously done fast. Doors are sticky. The door of the small washroom takes lots of effort to close. The toilet paper holder is broken and falls down. —- one of the foot holding of a chair on the balcony is broken. — 2 doors cupboards in kitchen won’t close. We had what we needed to cook. The kitchen was clean. Oven works well but is old. — If you are caring for your car, don’t park close to the building as they hose down the back concrete balconies each day and it will water down you car with dirty water. —- beds were not what we consider comfortable but maybe its just us. With all of that said, the view is beautiful, and it’s a good enough little condo. Just would need a little more to tender care.

Anniversary trip

A return trip for us to PBC. Usually with family, but just husband and I. Unit was just what we have come to expect
clean, well appointed and stocked with everything we needed (especially in the kitchen). Washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus! We’ll be back! Thanks for all the effort

Amazing Vacation

We had an amazing 2 weeks stay at Paradise Beach Club in Satellite Beach the condo we rented was absolutely beautiful and had everything there that we needed for our stay. I highly recommend renting a condo for your next vacation the pool is very nice and the ocean is absolutely beautiful Taylor was amazing to deal with and very responsive and accommodating see you again next time

Paradise Beach Club Resort

This was our 2nd stay at PBC. Love the pool and having the ocean so close. Grocery store, Wal-Mart, gas stations and restaurants are all around the resort. We will be back again.

Great getaway for family

Great place to take the family on a getaway. Property is directly on beach so it’s easy with little ones. Plenty of hoses to rinse off sand accessible to all condos, great pool area with grassy sections for kids, large grilling area. Appreciated the luggage carts available for loading and unloading. Happy with cleanliness.

Beautiful Ocean View!

This is a beautiful beachfront condo! The view from the balcony is stunning! Waking up to the sound of the ocean was wonderful and the pool is perfect for families! One caveat is that there is a seawall, and only one set of stairs to reach the beach from it. No ramp, which for me would have been a major improvement.

PLACE WAS GREAT!!! Kelsy and Taylor were awesome from begining to end!!!! Ajay was very helpful....and great attitiude... not sure senior guy name always around fixing thing like pool,shower, he was always working ...sunday night at dark working on stuff around the pool...and nice guy. THANKS!!!

We liked the condo very much. The negative thing was the beds were so uncomfortable.

We want rent this one again because of the uncomfortable mattresses. Last years beds were great. We had no power for 2 days and nights. Other than that great stay.
