Cette maison de ville Villa Château est parfaite pour un couple ou une famille! Situé à seulement une minute ou deux à pied des plus belles plages du monde. La Villa Château, très calme et pittoresque, offre une belle piscine et une aire de pique-nique, qui n'est jamais trop de monde.

La maison de ville elle-même a un espace de vie spacieux, vous aurez beaucoup de place pour toute votre famille. La cuisine vient d'être mise à jour à la fin de 2018 avec des comptoirs en granit, des murs et des armoires peints récemment pour vous faire sentir comme chez vous. Livré avec une cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle et un coin repas sont parfaits pour les repas, et vous aurez hâte de vous détendre devant la télévision à écran plat dans la salle familiale après une longue journée à la plage. Ce condo peut accueillir confortablement 4 à 6 personnes avec un roi dans le maître, roi dans la chambre d'hôtes, ainsi qu'un lit complet dans la zone des lits superposés. Cependant, avec tant de choses à faire en PCB, vous pourriez ne pas dormir beaucoup!

Relaxing Getaway

Very impressed with our stay at Panama City. First time in this city and first time staying at this beautiful location. Strongly recommend this location if you want a relaxing vacation! It was quiet, clean and safe!

Great location!!

The location was great! It was right near the beach. The pool area was very nice and close to the property. There were great shops nearby, too. Any concerns or issues we had were immediately addressed by Kenny.

Great locatio

We enjoyexd being in the quieter neighborhood and not in the midst of the hustle and bustle, though it was only 4 miles from Pier Park. Nice quick walk to the beach. Beds were a little harder than we're used to, but overall very enjoyable.

Location Location Location

Perfect location. No crowds on the beach but close to everything. The house just needs some upgrades and a REALLY good cleaning, especially the dust on the ceilings. Upstairs toilet barely flushed. Great stay overall.

Thanks for your feedback Lori. I'll talk to the cleaner and discuss this with them. It is coming to the end of the peak rental season so now have more time to clean between guests. I'll work on getting it a deeper clean. We sure hope you are able to come back again soon!

Just what we expected. Manager very attentive! We've stayed in this complex numerous times over the past 29 years! Love the area, along with Thomas's donuts, the Carousel and Alvin's Island! No traffic issues. Gorgeous Beach! The pool is clean and we'll cared for!

Location to beach very nice. The place a little dirty and needs a good deep cleaning. Also could use more bath towels, wash cloths, and blankets. Definitely not enough provided for 6 people.

I wish I had known you were short towels and such, could have got you additional ones. There should have been one for each person to have their own. Hope you can come back again soon!

Pleasant neighborhood

Very pleasant neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. Reason for mid rating on cleanliness, it needs a deep clean and some updating. Also we showed up to check in at 4 and it wasn't ready. Did contact Kenny and he was very quick to get the cleaners there but couldn't check in till 6.

This property needs not a deep clean but a full renovation with the all wall stripped down, the pics on the listing are VERY VERY blurry, need a real version let me know, ask for pics of bathrooms before you book, and also beds are hard as concrete, noisy as it can wake up whole neighborhood. To enjoy this property you have to be hammer drunk all the time you there so you dont see the bad side. Will never recommend it to nobody until it gets a renovation.

Sergio I'm sorry to hear your feelings on the townhouse. I looked at the photos and are clear and feel they show the place as it truly is. The location was amazing! The beach was never crowded, and hardly anyone in the pool. However, the condo itself needs some updates and a good cleaning. When we arrived the refrigerator was not cold, so we had to keep a week's worth of groceries in a cooler until the repair man could come. There was a layer of sand over everything, including the beds. While I do realize it is hard to get sand out of tile, there should not have been sand in the beds when we arrived. Makes me question if the linens were washed at all. It was lacking in basic kitchen and bathroom supplies. We had to buy pans, baking sheets, and toliet paper while there. They also did not supply any bathroom rugs so you constantly had sand on your feet after bathing which was challenging with young children. Kenny was very helpful with all of our questions, however I would not stay at this condo again.

Thank you for coming and staying at the townhouse. Yes the location is tough to beat. I'm sorry to hear about the cleaning and will definitely address with the cleaners. You are correct in saying tough to get all the sand being at the beach but your linens and such should be sand free for sure. I will make sure this doesn't happen again. As far as the fridge we have not had anyone else tell us about the fridge since your stay which we apologize again for the inconvenience, but definitely should be noted we refunded you for your inconvenience. We have not had any issues since then. I'll discuss the different recommendations you made for updates and additions with the owner. They have a great desire to provide an enjoyable place to come enjoy the beach. Thanks again for comments. Best regards

Would not recommend!

The location was great but the house was dirty . The rug is very stained . Found gross hairs in the bathtub. The upstairs bathroom needs a full renovation. I guess there was a reason that they didn’t post pictures of the bathroom online . We was supposed to stay Monday thru Saturday but ended up leaving Friday night due to the furnace going out and it got up to 85 degrees inside the house😳. That started Thursday night and we suffered thru it which was absolutely Miserable. We went to our car and got some air . We called the manager and he acted like he was going to be able to have it fixed that night so we waited . It didn’t end up getting fixed until 4 o’clock the next day .we was going to stay our last night but by 7 o’clock the house was back up to 77 degrees so we said we couldn’t handle another night like the night before and decided to go back home . The property manager said he would refund 2nights and the deposit but wouldn’t give us the full nightly amount that we paid :/ . He was very helpful though . But I definitely would not recommend

Tabitha I'm sorry about your experience with the AC. I wish I had more control over when the AC people get there to address these things. We called them the moment we knew about the situation. Once the AC was fixed it worked perfectly fine and have not had any issues. We did refund you for the 2 nights and the security deposit as promised, even though it was just one night that didn't have AC. Best regards!

So clean and welcoming. Bathrooms were super clean and there were lots of towels, we didn’t even use them all during our week long stay. There is a brand new washer n dryer with a couple laundry detergents packs to wash your clothes. I brought my detergent pods but so nice that was provided just in case. Kitchen is updated and there is a keurig which I loved and they have lots of pots n pans n kitchen tools, just every thing u might need to cook there. We cooked breakfast n dinner most days. There is also an outside propane grill. The backyard area was very cool I loved sitting outside and watching the helicopter go pass every 1/2 hour or so. So relaxing!!!!! Everything was very clean and neat with lots of seating. The beds are a lil firm but no problem for me I just put s few blankets down that they there and I put them on the mattress n I slept like a baby. The unit is only a 2 min walk to the beautiful crystal clear water and white sand beach. There is a pool on the complex and it’s very clean and well maintained. The complex is very quiet. Great for families!! Kenny was wonderful to work with and everything was perfect. I would give it 5 stars!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fixed up maybe but Definitely not renovated. There's a newer paint job that's splattered everywhere. Things are rigged not fixed. The master bed has a flashlight and some poorly screwed and improperly possisioned boards holding it all together to keep it from collapsing. The fixtures are splattered in paint. The porch swing is in I'll repair. We were afraid to use it as it was falling apart. The back porch area needs to be weeded and made to not look abandoned. Needs pressure washed and the cousions are coming apart out back. This place is very neglected on the owners part. The housekeeping was great. It was physically clean. Just looks like upkeep is just from a long time low quality do it yourselfer need professional help to be a vacation home. They should have at least put a pillow top mattress in the master instead of the concrete that's there. I'd look elsewhere.

The bathrooms were clean and there were clean sheets on the bed although they were ill fitting. The rest of the condo was quite disappointing. Furniture and rugs were stained. Ceiling fans were dirty and there were cobwebs upstairs. Under the bed was very dusty. The place definitely needs a deep cleaning, re-painting and professional cleaning or replacement of sofa/loveseat and area rugs. The hose at the front leaks terribly. With that being said, I did not call management on arrival because I did not want the stress of finding a new place to stay and most of the things were not a quick fix.

Reviewer Comments: Here's a list of why I will not be renting this property again:1.) dead cockroach in the living room -- he had been there for awhile2.) Most of the dishes were dirty on our arrival and I had to clean them before using them. The inside of the cabinets were definitely not clean. All of the dishes looked like mismatched thrift store finds and/or stuff that people left behind. There were no mixing bowls. The bakeware was crusted in baked on yuck.3.) Everything is dated and doesn't match. It looks like it was furnished via Goodwill. There's a weird second bed (a twin and a king) in what is clearly the master bedroom with it's own television that wouldn't turn on or even had a remote. The furniture in both bedrooms look like it was just put wherever it landed. The second bedroom was difficult to move around one side of the bed because you had to squeeze past a dresser and television. The cabinets are probably old enough to have kids in college and the inside of the cabinets have yucky contact paper from the 80s.4.) Speaking of college... it also looks like an off campus college rental that's seen quite a few toga parties. Big dings in the walls and woodwork and cabinets. Marks on the wall. Places on the wall where the artwork is clearly missing and the dust is left behind. The curtains in the kitchen are stained all over. All of the woodwork is dusty and covered in cobwebs. A post cap is missing from the deck railing. Some weird long item is lying on the deck. The planters are full of weeds and a hoard of garden decorations.For about $500 and elbow grease I could make this place look reasonably decent. For what I paid for this property rental, I didn't expect to say "ewwwww" as much as I did. It looks like an income property and not something the owners take pride in maintaining.The bedsheets, towels, and bathrooms were clean. The location is good.

Disappointing Condo

The condo was not clean- bugs in kitchen, dirty refrigerator, very dirty walls with food stains, cobwebs on the ceiling and a musty smell. We did not stay - we left 30 minutes after first entering the condo.

Joni - I'm sad I was not personally in town this day to help address your concerns. I did send over my cleaning leader to make sure everything was to the condition it should have been. They explained to me it was good and still you didn't approve. Hence why we gave you the credit we did. Once I got back to town I personally went to look at the home to see if your claims were accurate. After walking the home I would have to disagree with your claims and standards. The home was not anywhere near the the level of dirty or smell you expressed to me over the phone. Wish your husband the best on his recovery from cancer! Best regards!

Absolutely perfect location

This place is Amazing. The location is just enough away but close enough to everything. You are right across the road from the beach. The pool was never crowded. My girls loved it. Our teenagers were able to walk to pier park and other locations. The beach was not crowded. I will be staying here again. Best place I have stayed for my family.

Great Location

Great location, short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and great pool. But, the unit needs a DEEP clean and a paint job, and bathrooms updated. Doors, walls, cabinet doors are dirty. Some mold on the upstairs shower curtain and ceiling. But, we did enjoy the size of the unit, the patios and decks are great.

Location great

Location was great and enjoyed the pool. The short walk to the beach was manageable even with bad knees. Overall, the place needs a good deep cleaning and updates to the bathrooms. I would rent again.

Short walk to beach! Very family friendly!

This property is very roomy with two big bedrooms with queens and a full bed off one bedroom perfect for smaller kids. The downstairs floor plan is open and nice. Also, the back patio is cute and has a quaint little garden. The furniture is a little old but that makes spills and accidents no big deal. And the best part is that the beach is a five minute walk and was not crowded at all. The pool area is immaculate and very safe from wandering children. I will rebook here next year!
