In heart of Ocean Drive

Thanks Rachelle! We hope y'all come and SEA us again!

Hi Trevor! Thanks for the review!

See you again soon, we hope! Best Regards, Monroe

Thank you for your patience and grace with the wifi situation. When it's a Frontier problem we have no control over it. It's frustrating for us as well. We do have a bar counter that seats 6, two bar tables that seat 4 or 5 each, and the t.v. trays for little ones or anyone who might want to sit lower. If you return, we may be able to provide a folding table if you ask when you book. We'll make that happen. Thanks for staying with us!

Thank you.

Thank you!

Thank you Yunet! I enjoyed meeting you! Thank you for the kind review. Best Regards, Monroe

Sheena, Thank you for the review. That leak in the ceiling outside of your front door is our Achilles Heel. We have been chasing it for 5 years. We chaulked and repainted the entire building last offseason and that stopped the leak. But not for long. In the middle of this Summer, it started again. The company has come back to fix it because of their warranty. fingers are crossed. Best Regards, Monroe

We're glad you enjoyed the stay. It took us 6 months to get 2 sofas because our country was out of foam for custom sofa cushions. I have 3 more on order for the last 4 months. I can't get them because there is now no fabric. Pandemic struggles. Thanks for staying.

As we stated before, we are sorry about the mis communication. It was fixed the moment that you pointed it out. Also, we did refund you your money right away. We did not wait to refund it. Eescpailly when you entered the property before the check in time. Check in was at 4, and you entered at 2:30. And we did not charge you for entering the property early, or having to clean up the fridge and table after you left. Agian, we are sorry about the mis communication. And please have a good day.

Hey Tori! After inspection no mold was found. They did see some rust on rings. I informed the owners to switch them more frequently. Good call :) Please visit again & any issues just call maintenance to be handled :) THANKS! Mike

Hey Jeff! Thanks for your review! We love being right in the heart of Ocean Drive :) Please come back and stay with us again! Thanks! Michael

Hey Rudy! Thanks for the review. And glad y'all had a good time. Palmetto Bugs are everywhere down here. We do have the properties treated by professionals every month. Hope you will come back again. Thanks! Michael

We are so Happy to hear that and hope the Bride to be had the best time ever :) Please come back and stay with us again! Thanks! Michael

This review makes me smile and I hope y'all come back and make it a yearly vacay :) SEA y'all next year :) Michael

Thanks Sue! We would love to have y'all come back again for another Girls Getaway! :) Michael

This review is not truthful and you know that. Here are the holes in your review: Dryer parts were delivered the day of your check in. We informed you at check in that we would be installing the parts. The parts did not fix the problem. We offered the other services in the review, as well as replaced the entire washing machine 2 days later. We did solve the issue it was not your ideal solution however you had a washer and dryer to use. The unit does not leak when it rains. COMPLETE UNTRUTH. If there was water in the kitchen or unit hallway, it’s from your feet. We track all maintenance requests surely you would of called it in. Never “saw” someone at the pool because they vacuum/clean & treat it at 5 or 6 a.m. EVERY day. That's why we ask to shower off the sand before pool time. All properties are treated monthly by a professional exterminator. If you had such a terrible problem you could of called maintenance saying you couldn’t do laundry that last day you left is not true. We replaced the washer and you chose to check out early.
