Confortable, amusant et fabuleux! À quelques pas de la plage St Augustine

Une chambre, une salle de bains, appartement rez de chaussée 2 pâtés de maisons du sable blanc de Saint Augustine Beach. Élégant, plage et confortable avec un mobilier et une décoration flambant neufs. "Cloud like" dans la très grande chambre avec deux grands placards, une commode et des portes coulissantes en verre menant à la cour latérale. Canapé-lit confortable dans le salon pour la famille ou les visiteurs. Détendez-vous, respirez, échappez et renouvelez. Vélos, planches à roulettes, parapluie, chaises de sable. Chiminea / foyer et nouveau barbecue Weber dans une charmante cour latérale. Pot bien formé dressé petits animaux de taille moyenne bienvenus. Yard et "Hairy Dog" très sympathique et enjoué habite à l’étage et aimerait probablement faire un tour dans la cour pour s’amuser avec son chien. Une retraite parfaite! L'un des meilleurs endroits pour profiter de tout St. Augustine Beach et l'historique St Augustine a à offrir.

Perfect little getaway

10-15 to downtown, beautiful little neighborhood and property, our dog had the most amazing time with the back yard. Can walk right across the street to the beach. Super dog friendly areas all around including the beaches, very clean and easy process. We only live a couple of hours away and definitely want to come again :)

The place was so nice and perfect for the few days we were visiting for the first time to St. Augustine Florida. It was a perfect spot to walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The amount of supplies they had to the guests was incredible. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a great 4 day stay. Loved the close proximity to the beach! Restaurants were really great! We had a couple of days of rain but we made the best of it. Thanks so much for adding to our ‘get away from Wisconsin cold’ vacay!

Perfect pet-friendly St. Augustine getaway

We loved the property, location, and amenities. The house was within walking distance of everything on the beach from food and drinks to the beach itself. It was perfectly suited to our little dog, especially having the fenced in yard. There was the added touch of the Ellis Philadelphia Roast coffee, which we enjoyed every morning. Thanks for a great stay!

Len Weeks is a general contractor and built this duplex in 1982. When we first started dating in 1987 we lived in the upstairs unit. So of course this is a very special place for us. We are both business people. Len runs his general contracting business & maintains 20 long term residential and commercial rental properties. Kristy owns Panache: an Aveda store, salon & spa right down the road if you are in need. This is our first vacation rental and our test. So far it has been a blast. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have!

Very well cared for property with a cozy, comfy, relaxing feel. Have coffee, from the provided coffee bar, in the side yard in the morning and listen to the birds chirp. Walk two blocks to beautiful St Augustine beach but don't forget the boogie boards, chairs, cooler etc provided in the outside closet. Grill dinner and sit by chiminea at night and listen to the ocean waves. Peaceful, serene and relaxing environment in well cared for clean home you will sure to be comfy and cozy in.

Have everything you need for the ideal beach vacation – a sunny accommodation, tropical seaside restaurants and bars, a beachfront park with a fishing pier, a large beach side pavilion, a splash park and sand volleyball court. Time spent in St. Augustine Beach can be as active or as laid-back as you like.

Relax on the beach in the sunshine, waves caressing the shore ... what better place to relax than on the beach? Take a walk along the shore or enjoy the view from your beach chair (provided in your outside closet) beneath an umbrella (also provided, along with a beverage cooler and beach toys).

MANY fantastic establishments all within walking or biking distance such as restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, taco shop, pizza etc.

5 miles from downtown historic St Augustine when you are ready for history, shopping and exploration.
